Chapter 898: Chapter 898: Hear My Command, Sycamore Oracle!
When Scarlett Jennings landed from Simon’s back, she noticed the giant turtle causing a commotion not far away.
Even without the burden on its back, Scarlett recognized it as the Benedict Beast at a glance.
She moved with the wind and saw from afar that Simon had already returned to his human form. He was now in the air, skillfully dealing with another elder from the Ghost Fog Organization.
Trusting Scarlett, Simon had quickly reached the Benedict Beast the mont he flung her away.
This Ghost Fog Organization, always appearing like rats from the sewer.
He had wanted to deal with them for a long ti.
They had kept ignoring these people for so long, allowing them to beco bolder, secretly attacking demon beasts, conspiring against the Mystical Sect and the Demon Clan, and now even trying to seize the Dragon Vein!
Today, he had no intention of letting any of these people leave!
With Simon joining the fray, the Benedict Beast’s side beca much more relaxed, causing an even greater disturbance.
The two faced elders from both sides, ignoring the underlings the elders brought along.
Scarlett watched from afar as those lackeys were swept away by the giant waves flung by the Benedict Beast, only to be caught again by the water tornadoes raised by Simon.
Looking around, Scarlett couldn’t find a chance to intervene. Her gaze shifted and locked onto Addison, who was idling and releasing Black Mist Puppets not far away.
Having had two encounters with her, both tis letting her slip away.
It’s said that enemies beco especially enraged upon eting.
Scarlett imdiately turned on her heel and headed in Addison’s direction.
Noticing Scarlett approaching, Addison sensed the increased intensity of demon power around her, even stronger than when she awakened, and quickly spoke,
“I don’t want to fight you!”
Without thinking, Scarlett retorted, “I want to fight you.”
As she spoke, her long fox tail swayed behind her. In an instant, she flew to Addison’s front, chanting a mantra with one hand, her fingertips gathering demonic light,
“Boom!”
Purple lightning struck directly toward Addison.
Addison clicked her tongue, releasing black mist without hesitation. Two giant beasts erged from the mist, blocking the purple thunder descending from above.
Simultaneously, a swarm of black bats poured from the mist, rushing at Scarlett.
Standing on the water with the help of Shellback, Scarlett watched as the bats swooped toward her. Her four tails lifted high, as if gathering strength, and just as she recalled.
The next mont, her tails shot out nurous needles ford from concentrated demon energy, scattering all the bats ford from the black mist, leaving none behind. Additionally, so of the demon needles pierced through the black mist, landing directly on Addison.
Several needles hit the black hole on her shoulder, absorbed by it, but others landed precisely on her arm.
If mbers of the Hearne Family were present, they would easily recognize that Scarlett’s magic, creating demon needles from demonic power, was a direct imitation of Luke Hearne’s previous mass-attacking Demon Poison Needles.
The only difference was that Scarlett’s demon needles contained no poison.
Struck by the demon needles, Addison’s expression twisted, glaring at Scarlett with a sowhat ugly face,
“Scarlett Jennings, you’re as troubleso as your mother!”
“After I lock you in the Security Bureau’s prison, I’ll have my mom visit you.”
As Scarlett spoke, she switched her spiritual power, quickly casting a Void Talisman,
“Heaven and Earth Water Virtue, all laws follow the flow… With talisman as proof, energy as guide. Please grant the Imperial Decree, blessing all directions!”
On the sea, the power of the water tornado was greater than ever before. Seeing the nearly comparable water tornado forming in front of her, Addison and Simon both frowned.
Simon silently stirred an even larger water tornado toward the opposite side.
anwhile, Addison retracted all the black mist, gathering a strange spell in her hands.
Scarlett thought she was going to use the retracted black mist to block the water tornado, but unexpectedly, all the black mist around Addison suddenly rushed into the water.
Although Addison had absorbed the blood mist plague, it was broken last ti by Scarlett and Magnolia Hearne’s Plague Extinguishing Spell.
She naturally wouldn’t use it again.
What she planned to use was another killer move she had prepared.
The black mist almost instantly surged into the deep sea and then converged at the broken base of the Divine Refining Array, like a hook, fiercely grabbing!
“Hear my command! Sycamore Oracle!”
The mont the sea floor stirred, Addison was swept into the water tornado.
At the sa ti, a terrifying pressure erupted from the seabed.
Originally focused on repairing the Golden Light within the barrier, Samuel Chalrs’ eyes darkened, causing Simon and the Benedict Beast to pause in their actions.
Samuel couldn’t bother with anything else. With a flash of golden light, he instantly teleported to Scarlett’s side, taking her with him as they teleported dozens of ters away on the sea’s surface.
The next second, nine snake heads rose with open mouths from the sea where Scarlett had just been.
They shattered the water tornado and simultaneously slamd Addison, who was caught within, into the sea.
The gigantic Hydra erged from the water, uncontrollably roaring and thrashing in the sea.
From a distance, Simon raised an eyebrow,
“What’s this guy doing joining the party?”
The Benedict Beast’s voice was deep,
“No wonder it didn’t respond to the master’s call for assistance.”
Samuel arrived alone at the Azure Sea, intending to purify the corruption, but not without precautions.
Besides the Benedict Beast, the Hydra, which had long slumbered in the nearby sea, would respond to his call in crucial monts.
But upon arriving here, although Samuel vaguely sensed the Hydra’s presence, he never got a response.
Until now, he finally understood.
“The Ghost Fog set up a Divine Refining Array for , using the Sycamore Oracle as the Array Eye.”
No wonder such a massive array could take shape.
Before the Divine Refining Array was destroyed, the Sycamore Oracle was suppressed beneath it, forcibly providing the array with demonic power!
The system originally served as a stepping stone for Scarlett, yet now with Samuel guiding her, it imdiately rose from below,
[What’s the deal? So this is an ally?]
With their three divine beasts, wouldn’t dealing with these Ghost Fog people be a sure thing?
Aweso!
Listening to Shellback’s words, Scarlett showed no sign of ease on her face, her voice slightly heavy,
“Most likely, it’s not an ally.”
Others might not see it, but at that mont, in Scarlett and Samuel’s eyes, the giant Hydra was clearly tainted with corrupted demon energy, in addition to being entangled in Addison’s black mist.
Scarlett had heard from her mother that Addison excelled at devouring living creatures with black mist and then using those consud beings in black mist form for her own purposes.
The Sycamore Oracle differed from ordinary creatures; Addison couldn’t consu it.
But she could control it!
Sure enough, as Scarlett’s words fell, the frenzied Hydra seed to sense them and suddenly looked in the direction of Scarlett and Samuel.
The enormous snake tail in the seabed swung, crash!
A tsunami-like massive wave directly engulfed the two of them.
