Suppressing a breath, he looked at Old Sir Jennings,
“You heard it yourself earlier; he could speak all along! He’s deceived the family for so many years, even keeping it from , his own father!”
He, a musician, had a mute son, a matter he had long been ashad to speak of.
Michael Jennings had resigned himself to it.
After all, the child had been frail and difficult since he was young, and Michael Jennings had no high expectations for him.

Upon hearing the familiar electronic voice, Michael Jennings’s anger flared up again, turning to Kingston once more,

Before he could finish, a Yellow Talisman appeared before him.
Scarlett held up the talisman, her voice indifferent,
“Second Uncle, do you want to control your emotions yourself, or should I help you?”
Seeing the talisman, Lucas Jennings and his brothers’ eyes brightened.

Michael Jennings didn’t see the expressions of the younger generation beside them. When he heard Scarlett’s words, the muscles on his face involuntarily twitched twice.
