The dream unknowingly disturbed his senses, and Luca Jennings began to disrupt the developnt of the dream with his will.
Reality and dream intertwined, neither party could distinguish the truth from illusion.
And as Luca Jennings lingered in such a dream, he was unaware of a malicious thought, invisible to ordinary people, seeping through the shut-down computer, into his dream.
Hence, in his dream, Luca Jennings learned of another truth.
A truth from a parallel world.
Neither Magnolia Hearne nor Scarlett Jennings were originally from this world.
The husband/father they ntioned as deceased was him.
Only that he was the Otherworld’s version of him.
Though they were essentially the sa people, because the Otherworld him existed, they chose not to pick him.
If... the Otherworld version of himself didn’t exist.
Their choice should have been him.
They should have been his wife and daughter...
If there were no parallel world, things would be better.
Such thoughts were planted into his consciousness with the dream.

The shadow turned its head, seeing Magnolia Hearne who had unknowingly returned, with five fox tails swaying behind her, glaring coldly at him.
The shadow raised its chin, seemingly indifferent towards her.
Being in the Otherworld, under the restrictions of the Otherworld Heavens, even if she could show five fox tails, it couldn’t trouble him.
The shadow ignored Magnolia Hearne, turning and attempting once more to reach for the sleeping man.
Only to have Magnolia Hearne, at that mont, pull out a peach wood knife inscribed with runes from sowhere.
Her swift actions like lightning, raised the knife and severed one of her fox tails instantly.
The mont the fox tail was severed, it turned into dots of demonic light, and before the shadow could react, the surroundings changed suddenly, entering another domain.
Inside the domain, the person resembling a shadow gradually revealed their true appearance, it was Shu’e who had been exterminated by Scarlett Jennings and Althea in the Ten-tailed Realm.
Or more accurately, the Otherworld half of Shu’e.
Exposing his true form, Shu’e finally looked at Magnolia Hearne with a trace of admiration.
A Five-tailed Half-Demon capable of cultivating her own domain, quite talented.
Only in her own domain could she avoid the suppression of the Otherworld Heavens, having a chance of fighting him.

Inside the domain, the four elents erupted, encircling Shu’e, rushing at him.
Shu’e remained in place, watching the fierce attacks coming from all directions, slowly curling his lips into a smile.

As if only seconds had passed.
A space seed to gradually dissipate in the quiet room.
Accompanying Magnolia Hearne’s demonic power dispersing, the domain also disappeared.
Shu’e stepped out from the fragnted domain, covering his mouth with a slight cough, glancing around the room, raising his hand, a blood-stained fox tail was casually tossed to the ground.
The crimson demon blood stained the room’s carpet.
anwhile, far across the sea, Scarlett Jennings suddenly felt a tightness in her heart.
As though held tightly, an inexplicable panic arose within her...
