Chapter 123: Rescue
Her gaze was locked on two research rooms.
She walked over and opened one of the rooms. There was no one there, so she opened the other one.
Zhou Yao heard a noise and looked up.

Xiao Ying brought the slightly more mobile Zhou Yao back to the dormitory.

Xiao Ying went to cook a bowl of ginger soup for him. She watched him drink it and was relieved.
She said resentfully, “Chen Qiang must be involved in today’s matter. I’ll settle scores with him tomorrow.”

Xiao Ying had just arrived. Chen Qiang was usually a good person, so everyone naturally trusted him more.

Chen Qiang lowered his head. His shoulders were still trembling slightly. However, the corners of his mouth revealed a smug smile.
