So Cheon Areum never did kidnap Lee Nari. It was her who kidnapped Cheon Areum and threatened him by using Rian as an excuse?

In the middle of his words, Lee Dohyun’s phone on the table vibrated with a new notification on the screen as he turned to pick it back up. It seed to be a ssage as Lee Dohyun’s eyes read the screen for a while.

"What is it, Dohyun?"

"I will have to go and check sothing out, get the papers signed in the anti, and call if there is a problem."

"Oh, okay."

Lee Nari rose from the couch, going outside the room with Lee Dohyun. As soon as they left, Cheon Areum activated his skill while standing up and observing the room.

The view outside the large open window was of an open field of dried grass, no civilization nearby, although there was a well-constructed road leading to this abandoned building. There were multiple cars parked in the front, and if he had to guess, this was the fourth floor of the building. The rooftop would be on the fifth floor...

Feeling a bit dizzy and overheated, Cheon Areum sat back on the couch as Lee Nari returned with a docunt in her hands.

"Can I have cold water?"

He asked as she put down the docunt on the table in front of him before retrieving a cold bottle of water from the bag beside him and gently set it beside the paper. Only then realizing the tight zip ties binding his wrists together, Lee Nari slipped her slender fingers beneath the plastic restraints. With a sharp tug and a sudden snap, she broke them in one go.

"You can drink the water now."

Cheon Areum quietly took the cold water bottle, unscrewing it and taking a few gulps as Lee Nari held out a pen for him.

"Take the pen, you just have to sign on the form, and then you’ll be reunited with Rian."

Slowly putting the water bottle down on the table, Cheon Areum took the pen from her and began to read the form as Lee Nari sat beside him on the couch.

"This is a marriage registration form."

"Yes. I’ll be signing it too."

Lee Nari confird with a sweet smile.

"After we register our marriage, we’ll move to a different country with Rian, of course."

He dropped the pen on the form without signing it. Cheon Areum would never sign a marriage registration form unless it was for Yoon Seoyul and his marriage, and that’s where the torture ca from.

"I won’t do it."

"Cheon Areum, is Yoon Seoyul more important to you now than your own brother?"

"If you hadn’t kidnapped or threatened , maybe I would have liked you a bit, not as a love interest though."

He currently had other options than to sign the form, but Cheon Areum, who didn’t have the S Class skill, had no other options. He would have been truly cornered to sign the form; however, he still persisted, prolonging the ti of his abduction, knowing no one would co to save him and that Rian was also in danger.

I definitely underestimated how much Cheon Areum loved Yoon Seoyul...

Cheon Areum spoke without a stutter. Lee Nari didn’t say anything for a while as he stared at the revolver under the table.

In the book, it took Yoon Seoyul 24 hours to find out that Cheon Areum had kidnapped Lee Nari (which wasn’t the case), and since Inho was in a dungeon at that ti, he had to wait more before finally getting the location, heading straight to it.

He had been unconscious for 25 minutes, as Lee Dohyun had said himself that there were still 5 more minutes left before the skill’s automatic deactivation.

If you deduct the ti for tying my hands and blindfolding , then there isn’t much ti left for them to drive away with .

And if he had to guess how long it would take for Yoon Seoyul to find him now...
