“Hmm?” Fang Lin’s expression changed as he felt the True Dragon avatar, which had already fused with him, suddenly seem to be out of control, wanting to break free from his body.
Before Fang Lin could react, he saw the True Dragon avatar transform into a light shadow that shot out from his body, colliding with the dragon skeleton that lay outside the Ancient Demon Ridge.
Imdiately afterward, the dragon skeleton began to grow flesh and blood at a visible speed, as if Fang Lin’s True Dragon avatar and the dragon bone were rging with each other.
This scene left Fang Lin sowhat astounded and caused the heart of the first-generation Demon Saint to sink instantly.
When the four Exotic Beasts appeared previously, the first-generation Demon Saint had felt imnse pressure. But after all, the True Dragon was truly dead, and even if its skeleton was revived and brought here, its strength would be far less than that of the other three Exotic Beasts. After all, there is a fundantal difference between the living and the dead.
The first-generation Demon Saint didn’t even regard the True Dragon’s skeleton as a threat; the real danger was the other three Exotic Beasts.

Thus, the first-generation Demon Saint had no choice but to face the four Exotic Beasts in battle, and even if he were to win, he wouldn’t live much longer since he couldn’t sustain his original form. He could appear here only by gathering a large amount of the Power of the Sacred Tree; once it was exhausted, the first-generation Demon Saint would quickly dissipate into the world.

The four Exotic Beasts, which once dominated most of the Ancient Wilderness era, truly assembled on the earth at this mont. Although countless years had passed, when the four Exotic Beasts reunited, it was as if all living beings on the earth had returned to that era ruled by the Demon Beast race.

Thus, all that remained of the Ancient Demon Ridge was a single Demon Clan’s Sacred Tree, with Fang Lin and the first-generation Demon Saint standing opposite each other.
The entire Ancient Demon Ridge, along with the rocks, grass, trees, and nurous Demon Beasts, including Dugu Nian and his group, found themselves inside Kunpeng’s belly.
Fang Lin was startled and worried whether Kunpeng was using the excuse of allowing the Demon Beasts of the Ancient Demon Ridge to take shelter to devour them all. Back in the Ancient Wilderness, Kunpeng was known for preying on groups of demons, after all.
But at this mont, Fang Lin could only think positively; after all, he had no way to venture into Kunpeng’s stomach to find out the truth.

Fang Lin was speechless. This fellow wanted to swallow him too but failed. Ironically, Fang Lin hoped Kunpeng had swallowed him as well, for in the upcoming battle, he could be of no help and would be safer inside Kunpeng.
“He is an unprecedented transcendent, an existence that ti cannot kill,” the first-generation Demon Saint sneered, speaking with ill intent.
Sure enough, upon hearing Fang Lin was a transcendent, the four Exotic Beasts all turned their gaze toward him, their expressions subtly changing.
As Exotic Beasts that ruled the Ancient Wilderness, they naturally understood the aning of transcendence. Even as powerful top-tier creatures, they could not achieve transcendence.
With a transcendent being of such existence before them, if they were to devour him, might they not also achieve transcendence? Beco everlasting, immortal beings?
All creatures desire immortality. Demon Beasts fiercely cultivate themselves to grow stronger, desperately hoping to live longer—even the four Exotic Beasts are no exception.
The first-generation Demon Saint revealed that Fang Lin was a transcendent to attract the attention of the four Exotic Beasts, hoping they would beco greedy for him. This would allow him to fish in troubled waters and seek more opportunities for escape.
Fang Lin’s face darkened, aware of the insidious intent in the words of the first-generation Demon Saint, knowing that if the four Exotic Beasts gained interest in him, things would turn grim.
Unexpectedly, the four Exotic Beasts rely glanced at Fang Lin without showing too much interest.
The first-generation Demon Saint was surprised. Could it be that these four creatures weren’t even interested in transcendence? How could that be?
“If you exist within this world, how can there be true transcendence? Is being immortal truly transcendence? An existence unaffected by ti is destined to destroy itself,” said the Divine Phoenix coldly, its voice resembling that of the Kylin’s, both speaking with a woman’s voice.
“Moreover, we are summoned by the Heavenly Beast to kill you, so we shall not defy the Heavenly Beast’s command,” the Kylin added.
“Heavenly Beast?” Fang Lin and the first-generation Demon Saint frowned simultaneously, hearing this term for the first ti.
“Could that creature be the Heavenly Beast?” Fang Lin mused secretly, wondering if the little creature he had stumbled upon in his early years was indeed the Heavenly Beast.
The first-generation Demon Saint’s expression suddenly changed, as if he had thought of sothing, disbelief filling his eyes.
“Could it be…” Just as the first-generation Demon Saint was about to speak, endless golden fire descended directly, as the Divine Phoenix made its move.
Fang Lin could not afford to think more about the Heavenly Beast, imdiately racing away for fear of being caught in the crossfire.
No joke; the clash between the first-generation Demon Saint and the four Exotic Beasts was not sothing Fang Lin could ddle in.
In the distant sky, a black umbrella floated quietly, with a person standing beneath it, watching the imminent peak battle with an expressionless face.
