Returning to the Ancient Demon Ridge evokes new feelings.
This place, so mysterious to the people of the Nine Countries, was already quite familiar to Fang Lin, like an easy path for a seasoned traveler.
The demon beasts guarding the Ancient Demon Ridge didn’t show any vigilance upon seeing Fang Lin and Dugu Nian, letting them wait outside briefly before going to report to the Great Sage Equal to Heaven.

The two exchanged a glance, both a bit helpless, and could only patiently wait for the monkey to finish the peach.
Finally, when the peach was finished, the Great Sage smacked his lips, looking utterly satisfied, murmuring, "Should I have another one?"
Fang Lin couldn’t hold back and quickly said, "Great Sage, we have co for a request."
The Great Sage Equal to Heaven turned to look at Fang Lin, a hint of surprise in his monkey eyes, "What about your cultivation?"
Fang Lin smiled wryly, "That’s precisely why we’re here."
Fang Lin then explained to the Great Sage Equal to Heaven the series of events leading to his cultivation being sealed, hoping that the Great Sage could help to lift the seal and restore his forr cultivation.
"We’re completely out of options, which is why we ca to trouble the Great Sage, hoping you might lend us a hand," Dugu Nian said with clasped fists.
The Great Sage Equal to Heaven scratched his head and said, "The Hidden Kill Hall Master sealed your cultivation? Have you seen that guy?"
Fang Lin was taken aback and then frowned slightly, "I haven’t seen his true face."
The Great Sage Equal to Heaven nodded, gesturing to Fang Lin, who understood and approached the Great Sage.
"Let take a look for you," the Great Sage said, placing a furry palm on Fang Lin’s shoulder.
Fang Lin felt sowhat apprehensive, fearing that even the Great Sage Equal to Heaven wouldn’t be able to break his seal; if that were the case, probably no one but the Hidden Kill Hall Master himself could help him.
Although the Old Dried Corpse Jin Zhulong might be able to, and his parents definitely wouldn’t have a problem, Fang Lin couldn’t find any of these three individuals now.

Seeing Fang Lin and Dugu Nian’s changed faces, the Great Sage Equal to Heaven coughed dryly, "Just kidding, just scaring you."

Dugu Nian shook her head, understanding that nothing in the world was perfect, but her concern had confused her, as she really didn’t want Fang Lin to lose so much lifespan just to regain his cultivation.
Suddenly, Fang Lin smiled and said, "Then I ask the Great Sage to proceed and break the seal for ."
The Great Sage Equal to Heaven looked at Fang Lin, "Have you really thought it through? If you truly dissolve the seal, you’ll be left with only two hundred years of lifespan."
Fang Lin was about to speak when Dugu Nian interrupted, "No, if it really cos to this, then I’d rather you not recover your cultivation."
Dugu Nian’s thinking was simple; she didn’t want Fang Lin to die. Two hundred years was far too fleeting.
