Chapter 1350: Chapter 1448: Little Martial Uncle Chapter 1350: Chapter 1448: Little Martial Uncle “So it turns out there was still a rat hiding.” Fang Lin revealed a cold smile, having clearly captured that fleeting murderous intent just now.
The person hidden in the shadows sensed danger, acted decisively, and turned to flee without any hesitation.
Fang Lin did not do much, knowing there were other people around was enough; he would just need to be cautious in the future.
At that mont, Fang Lin flew a distance before entering the Supre Saint Hall.
Inside the Supre Saint Hall, Qin Guanyue was thrown on the floor by a Demon Puppet and could not move his body, his eyes glaring at Fang Lin, who wore a smile.
“What did you say your na was again, I didn’t catch it clearly earlier?” Fang Lin asked with a smirk.
Qin Guanyue took a deep breath to calm himself down and said, “Did you capture to obtain the inheritance of the Holy Palace from my body?”
Fang Lin smiled, “You’re right, take a look at where we are.”
Hearing this, Qin Guanyue looked around. At first, he did not recognize the place, but as an inheritor of the Supre Saint Hall and very familiar with its aura, once he cald down and combined with the familiar feeling, he then realized where he was.
Qin Guanyue’s expression changed, “This is the Supre Saint Hall? How is that possible?”
Fang Lin said, “Nothing is impossible; this place is indeed the Supre Saint Hall.”
Qin Guanyue looked solemn; he certainly knew about the Supre Saint Hall, having passed its trials with great effort to beco an inheritor.
But Fang Lin, even if he, like Qin Guanyue, was also an inheritor of the Supre Saint Hall, it was impossible for him to carry the entire Supre Saint Hall around.
“Who exactly are you?” Qin Guanyue asked, full of confusion.
Fang Lin looked at Qin Guanyue scornfully, “I’m different from you. You are rely inheritors, but I am the owner.”
“What do you an?” Qin Guanyue, completely baffled, did not imdiately understand Fang Lin’s words.
Fang Lin sneered, “You all can only receive the inheritance from the Supre Saint Hall, while I possess an entire Supre Saint Hall. Do you understand now?”
Upon hearing this, Qin Guanyue instantly understood; it was explained so clearly that if he still didn’t understand, there must be sothing wrong with his brain.
But Qin Guanyue couldn’t comprehend why Fang Lin could possess an entire Supre Saint Hall—it was so unfair. Why do we inheritors only receive inheritance from the Supre Saint Hall, but Fang Lin gets the entire hall?
“Are you very upset? Are you very jealous? Unfortunately, you eleven inheritors are destined to be my stepping stones,” Fang Lin said, with a sense of glee in achieving petty success.
“That’s not necessarily true; perhaps you will end up being soone else’s stepping stone,” Qin Guanyue retorted.
Fang Lin laughed, “Speaking of which, you really are unlucky. I haven’t robbed any other inheritors of their possessions yet; you’re the first.”
Qin Guanyue’s face was gloomy, and he silently lanted his own bad luck; ever since leaving the Seven Seas, he hadn’t encountered much good fortune.
At that mont, Fang Lin prepared to take the inheritance of the Supre Saint Hall from Qin Guanyue.
Just then, a black light appeared on Qin Guanyue’s body, protecting him and blocking Fang Lin on the outside.
Upon seeing the black light, Fang Lin was surprised and attempted to use the power of the Supre Saint Hall to try to break the black light.
However, the power of the Supre Saint Hall could not break through the black light; it only caused the black light to flicker intensely but did not make it disappear.
Qin Guanyue remained calm and serene, looking at Fang Lin with a slight upward curve of his lips, almost like a hint of mockery.
Fang Lin furrowed his brows as he stared at the black aura surrounding Qin Guanyue, finding the situation troubleso. If this black aura persisted, how could he obtain the Holy Palace inheritance from Qin Guanyue’s body?
“It seems that obtaining the inheritance is truly not easy,” Fang Lin sighed and shook his head.
Seeing this, Qin Guanyue breathed a sigh of relief, believing Fang Lin had decided to give up.
However, Fang Lin called out to the Demon Puppet, who imdiately took three steps forward and threw a punch at Qin Guanyue.
The punch terrified Qin Guanyue, turning his face deathly pale.
But a loud bang resounded as the black aura flickered violently, seeming as though it would collapse at any mont. However, after flashing several tis, the black aura stabilized and was not shattered by the Demon Puppet’s punch.
“Oh? Impressive,” Fang Lin said with a light smile before continuing to command the Demon Puppet to attack.
One punch, two punches, three punches…
The Demon Puppet stood there, throwing punch after punch, incessantly bombarding the black aura protecting Qin Guanyue.
Fang Lin was resorting to the most foolish, yet desperate thod—relying on the Demon Puppet’s strength to forcibly deplete the power of the black aura.
As long as the Demon Puppet kept attacking, the black aura would eventually falter.
Qin Guanyue felt extrely frustrated, but he had no choice but to accept his fate. His entire body was engulfed in Demonic Qi, rendering him powerless and unable to move or do anything.
“Since we both have ti, why don’t we have a chat?” Fang Lin, completely disregarding his image, plopped down on the ground.
“I have nothing to talk about with you,” Qin Guanyue said coldly.
Undeterred, Fang Lin spoke, “You’re from the Taoist Sect. Aside from that old ghost Cangyunzi, are there any other masters in your sect? Anyone more formidable than Cangyunzi?”
Hearing Fang Lin refer to Cangyunzi as an old ghost, Qin Guanyue beca furious.
“Cangyunzi is my master!” Qin Guanyue said through gritted teeth.
Fang Lin paused, then burst into laughter. “This is interesting. You’re Cangyunzi’s disciple, and Wuyan is Situ Yue’s disciple. There must be a counterpart in the Buddhist Sect too.”
Qin Guanyue didn’t respond, seemingly uninterested in continuing the conversation with Fang Lin.
As Fang Lin squinted his eyes and saw that Qin Guanyue remained silent, he waved his hand, and a figure appeared.
This middle-aged man, dressed in a Taoist robe and with a scruffy beard, looked sowhat disheveled.
This man was a Taoist Sect expert who had participated in the assault on Qian Country. At the ti, the Old Dried Corpse had just restored its physical body and captured this middle-aged man along with two other three sect experts.
Later, Burning Lamp Buddha arrived to demand the release of the captives and engaged in a fierce battle with the Old Dried Corpse. However, Burning Lamp Buddha entered nirvana without being able to retrieve the captives.
Upon the middle-aged man’s appearance, Qin Guanyue displayed a look of shock. As fellow Taoist Sect mbers, they clearly recognized each other.
The middle-aged man, also startled upon seeing Qin Guanyue, seed surprised to encounter him here.
“You’ve been captured too?” the middle-aged man asked in disbelief.
Qin Guanyue responded with a bitter smile, “Little Uncle, it seems we are truly unfortunate.”
