The Extra’s Survival: Logging into the Game Master System! Chapter 183: [Fight!]
Author's note: I will be making a few changes in my writing style. It's not too much different from before, but it's going to be more detailed than before. Since I have taken a long hiatus up until now, I will now be writing continuously for so ti, rereading the old chapters, making connections and this ti, describing each of those items, persons, stories in more detail than before. It will be more akin to show not tell, so hopefully it won't be an information dump breaking the imrsion. But still, it's just rewriting the sa thing one more ti, albeit, a bit more detailed. …

My eyes took a brief look through the system told a lot about the story of the loneso vampire, and also nothing about what I can use in this fight. Then taking a slow breath, I concentrated on how his mana threads were floating, allowing to predict the attack before it could happen. Adding on the foresight ability that I have, I can have almost a 5-second gap before I can dodge the attack.
But his near-infinite health and mana are a big problem. More than the problem of defeat or success, the main problem is ti. Unless I figure out a way to land a critical hit that would actually damage him, it would be just an endless farce. I calculated with what I gained from the system, before designing a few things that I can use against him.
[Twin Guns of Azeroth
Effects: Continuously adds Light Mana that does 10 tis damage against Vampires!]
It was an additional effect that I had added to the guns when I was fighting against the Vampires. Against a normal vampire, or perhaps even against an elder Vampire, sothing like this should have been enough to deal with him, but our dear progenitor vampire didn't seem to be soone who would even get a scratch from sothing like this.
As I was thinking, I noticed the sudden changes in the mana around the vampire king. The mana threads on his left were slowly converging. Like a fine red thread, that were barely visible, the mana seed to be connecting his left hand to my body, specifically my legs.
Left. No, right. A bit above my head, a circular attack that seed to be based on my ability and direction of reflex. It wouldn't be hard to dodge, but let's see if I can parry it first. If I can parry it, then I can try to counterattack. I calculated before creating a few sentences on my [Ga Master System].
[Additional Effect: When the twin guns of Azeroth: Twin Blade Form, get in touch with a vampire, it can use the opponent's power to create a powerful defence that can block almost any attack, given it has enough mana to support the defence. The stronger the opponent, the more mana is needed!]
[Would you like to add the following details to [Twin Guns of Azeroth] for 400,000 GM Points?]
Accepting the changes, I saw a sudden white tint developing over the bluish golden twin guns, which I slowly changed into twin blades. My eyes looked at the golden-haired handso dude, almost ready to kill with a smile on his face.
Is that what we call a killer smile? I amused myself nonchalantly, as I waited for him to attack. Since there wasn't much to do in the next four seconds, I poured as much mana into the twin blades as I could for now, with [The Ancient one], I should be able to hold out pretty much easily, but I still decided to take it seriously, just in case. Nothing wrong with being a bit cautious.
The short yet long four seconds passed slowly as I looked at that guy charging at with full force. It wasn't a direct exchange, since I was avoiding most of his 'spare' energies from hitting my vitals while also managing to inflict a parry at him. My aim was to get a perfect parry against him, making sure I reflect a hundred per cent of his attack while taking little to no damage in return.
At the end of the fourth second, sowhere in the one-thousandth fraction of a second or perhaps even less than that, I saw him reaching behind , on my left side. Just like I should normally react, I did a horizontal slash around , which he effortlessly dodged by jumping above . Using his blood, he created a massive giant scythe that was aid at my legs in a circular fashion, just like a foresaw.
Drawing an arc, that was beautiful enough to paint a sad canvas, still deadly enough to tear the very space we were standing at, his blade almost reached my legs.
-Clank!
Using the white blade in my left hand, I first parried the scythe a bit to the right, avoiding the attack that ant to disable from the bottom. And then using the right-handed blade, I aid at his legs in return.
Perhaps he had already predicted that, he sprouted huge wings of blood, decreasing his falling speed, and then slowly landing both his feet on my right blade, where he gracefully crouched. Putting his left hand on his right chin, and holding the scythe behind him with the other, he smiled before speaking in a kind and humble voice,
"You need to do better than seeing the future if you want to defeat ."
