[Comprehension of God’s Eye, 0.5 percent]

While he ran into the fight, the library sent him a ssage, informing him that he had made progress with God’s Eye, but he didn’t have the ti to be happy about that for now.

He let the ten arrows go. They ripped through the air at shocking speeds, headed for their targets. The attackers all tried to block the arrows, but they were thrown back by the force and slamd into the ground.

Raze wanted to capitalize on that, but the attackers were onto him. They had assassinated many people and knew the type of person Raze was, plotting and conniving. There was only one way to take soone like him down, and that was by giving him no space at all. So every attacker that wasn’t pushed back by the flas lunged forward, attacking all at the sa ti.

But then suddenly, sothing felt off. Raze grinned from ear to ear. "Bingo," he muttered, and in that mont, he cast his current most powerful spell, the only two-star spell he had been able to comprehend before heading off to the academy.

He pulled his hand back like he was shooting an arrow, and an arrow made of fla ford in his hand. They could tell this was no ordinary arrow; the flas flowed like liquid and looked extrely intense.

"Back up!" one of the attackers yelled, but it was too late. Raze fired it, the arrow shot through the air and hit the ground before them.

BOOOOOOM!

What followed was a thunderous explosion. The flas roared wildly, and the n were caught in the inferno. Their screams echoed as they struggled to quench the flas on their bodies, rolling and tossing on the ground.

"I guess that’s ga over," Raze said. He pulled out Yue’s sword that had been hurled at him long ago and rushed forward, but before he could take a few steps, a huge gust of wind slamd into his chest so hard it cracked his ribs, throwing him back. He hit the ground and skidded for a few ters, blood leaking from his mouth.

Gavin saw Raze on the ground bleeding, and that shocked him. It distracted him just enough for one of the attackers to lunge forward, throwing dust into Gavin’s eyes and then stabbing. Gavin managed to move a little, but the blade dug right into his side. He blindly grabbed the attacker who did it and headbutted him so hard he shattered his nose and jawbone.

Raze slowly got back on his feet, staggering as he tried to stand, his gaze hazy.

"What the hell just happened? Who attacked ?" He scanned the area with God’s Eye and saw a figure heading their way, a lady with hair so long it touched her legs, dressed in black and white, one side black and the other white.

’Who the hell is that?’

"Get up, Raze! I need you!" Gavin roared as he pushed back another attacker. A few attackers rushed at Raze. He got a grip on himself, dodged the attack aid at his head, and planted his palm into the attacker’s chest, using Fla Arrow. It penetrated right through and burned the insides, killing the attacker instantly.

’I just killed a person. Sadly, I can’t start feeling bad about it. If that lady reaches here, we’re done for,’ Raze thought.

Gavin saw how easily Raze killed soone without even looking back, and a frown ford on his face. It gave him the impression that Raze had killed people before and was used to it. But the truth was that Raze had a logical mind, and when he was in a difficult situation, that logical mind took complete control.

An attacker pulled out his bow and arrow and shot at Raze. Raze dodged the attack and lunged at him. A few more attackers ca from the sides and tried to catch him, but he leaped into the air to avoid them. His eyes locked on the one who shot the arrow, but before he could make a move, he sensed the compressed wind attack heading his way again, the sa person had struck.

If he took another attack from her, it would be bad, and even worse if it hit him in midair. So he twisted his body in an extrely unusual way. The blast grazed his side and bruised it. He gritted his teeth in pain and kept his gaze locked on his target. He shot a fla arrow that penetrated right into the archer’s head, killing him instantly.

He landed on the ground, rolled, and got back on his feet again. "Gavin, soone dangerous is coming our way! We have to get out and regroup with the others!" Raze yelled before dodging another attacker, grabbing his hand, twisting it to the back so hard that it dislocated, and then using Fla Stream to block off the rest.

Gavin heard what Raze said. He focused and could finally sense that soone was actually headed their way. They had no choice but to take action. He parried an attack, kicked the man hard in the knee and shattered the bones, then followed up with a wide slash that released a fla arc, pushing the others away.

They both tried to run, but the figure made its move, covering the remaining distance in an instant. She appeared before Gavin first. He could barely react to her presence before her thin leg whipped through the air toward his head.

Gavin managed to raise his hands at the last mont, blocking the attack that would have taken off his head. His body was thrown back so hard he slamd into a tree and broke through it.

She hadn’t even touched the ground before her eyes were already on Raze. The mont her toes touched the dirt, she blasted forward again. Raze used God’s Eye in hopes of predicting her attacks, but he couldn’t. Before he knew it, she was already in front of him. She spun and slamd him right in the gut, hurling him back so hard he bounced across the ground like a ball until he crashed into a tree.
