The moon hung high in the ink-black sky, casting silvery light over the barren cliffs of the deserted isle. Wind howled through the night, carrying the whispers of sothing... no, soone approaching.
The only sounds were the occasional flutter of wings and the soft rustle of wind brushing against scorched grass. Every candidate in the vicinity, whether vampire or human, held their breath. The tension in the air was razor-sharp—like a storm waiting to explode.
A tension unlike anything before crept into the air, and the temperature seed to drop as shadows stirred unnaturally. Then—
Tap. Tap. Tap.
A hush swept through the area as the shadows themselves seed to shiver.
And then—
A rhythmic sound of heels echoed across the stone floor. A figure stepped out from the thick darkness, white hair gleaming under the moonlight like woven starlight her steps silent but commanding. Her athyst violet eyes glimred with confidence and danger, reflecting the faint shimr of mana that wreathed her form.
Her skin was porcelain, untouched by blemish or battle. Athyst Violet Eyes sparkled with intelligence and hidden mischief. The faintest pink tint colored her cheeks, not from exertion, but the natural grace of soone born to rule.
A brooch shaped like a miniature sword and shield rested over her heart — a subtle sign that she wasn’t just royalty, but a warrior too.
Trailing behind her were several human candidates, all dressed in armor and magic-resistant gear. But none dared step ahead of the girl in front.
She wore a attire that was not only made for battle—but also for royalty. A flowing dress of ivory and sapphire silk embroidered with stardust-thread, armor-plated at the shoulders with a magical alloy glistening like enchanted tal.
A cape lined with feathers from the mythical Sky Phoenix fluttered behind her, untouched by the wind. Jewels set in delicate gold circlets frad her forehead and glimred with magic sigils—each one a symbol of nobility and power.
"She looks... like soone out of a legend," a human candidate who was a captive whispered in awe forgetting that he can be eliminated anyti now.
Lilith’s crimson eyes narrowed as her gaze locked onto the girl. And then it clicked.
"Charlotte Evans Avaloria," Seraphina muttered beside her. "The first princess of the Human Empire..."
Even Lilith’s expression shifted slightly in acknowledgnt—though her cold smile quickly returned.
Charlotte’s beauty was divine yet dangerous. Her skin was porcelain pale, as if kissed by moonlight itself.
Her long lashes frad eyes that held untold authority. Every step she took felt choreographed, like a dancer’s, yet her presence scread battlefield royalty—lethal elegance with a crown.
She walked straight toward Seraphina, her smile warm but her aura anything but.
"Sera," Charlotte greeted smoothly, extending her hand. "Glad to see the intel was correct. Looks like soone was indeed hoarding candidates like candies."
Lilith’s lips curled upward into a faint grin. "You flatter ."
Hearing the voice Charlotte turned her full attention toward Lilith, eting her gaze directly. There was no fear in her eyes—only confidence.
Seraphina scoffed lightly. "You really brought an army for this Char?"
Charlotte’s eyes twinkled. "Better safe than sorry."
Then her gaze shifted—and t Lilith’s directly.
The vampire princess stood unshaken. Her long dark gown billowed like ink in the air, and her vampiric aura danced like bloodfire. Her pale skin glowed under the moonlight, her dark dress fluttered in the breeze like living shadow.
Blood-red eyes glowed faintly, mirroring the moon itself. She radiated a dangerous type of charm .
There was no need to posture. Her presence did that for her.
With arms lightly crossed, she stared at the two intruders—no, the two interlopers—who dared to tread on her growing dominion. Her lips curled upward slightly, amusent dancing behind crimson lashes.
But Charlotte smiled, stepping close.
"Glad to finally et you Princess Lilith. Thanks for gathering all these candidates for ," Charlotte said with a playful grin, placing a gloved hand on her hip. "So we can eliminate and rack up so serious points."
Charlotte’s voice remained sweet. "Your reputation do you justice. Ruthless, efficient, cold-blooded... and undeniably stylish. That dress of yours is to die for."
Lilith raised a brow. "Flattery from you? Should I be honored or concerned?"
"Both," Charlotte replied smoothly, stepping forward. " I only bothers with complints when they are deserved."
The humans behind her chuckled nervously.
Lilith smirked. "How charming."
After that Lilith didn’t respond with words. Instead—
She laughed.
Lilith blinked. Then she started laughing. Not the chuckle of amusent, but a bone-chilling, regal laugh that made the air itself tremble.
The pressure that surged from her body was suffocating. Even the blood in everyone’s veins felt like it had turned into liquid fire, pulsing and thrashing wildly.
"You’re cute," Lilith purred darkly. "But you’ve just walked into my garden of nightmares."
With a flick of her pale finger, a sudden ripple of energy shimred across the battlefield.
Snap.
The vampire followers behind her suddenly stood taller, groaning as if chains had been lifted.
The gravity magic that had pinned her vampire followers shattered like glass.
Dozens of vampires hissed and rose with gleaming red eyes, fangs bared and weapons ready.
"I guess things just got a lot more interesting," Lilith said, lips curling into a deadly smile. "I get to eliminate not only the rising noble Seraphina, but also the precious princess of the Human Empire. Lucky ."
Lilith’s eyes glowed faintly. " But you’re brave, I’ll give you that. Or stupid. I haven’t decided yet."
"I’m ambitious," Charlotte replied. "And unlike you, I play with allies."
Lilith gave a short laugh. "You two are adorable. So confident. So united. I almost don’t want to break your bones."
Charlotte flicked a speck of dust off her coat. "You’ll find it harder than you think."
Lilith raised her hand, summoning a ripple of blood mist that twisted into the form of a slender crimson blade. "Then co. Impress , princess Charlotte."
Charlotte flipped her hair with a smirk.
"Don’t celebrate too early, fang girl. I’m not the type of princess who needs saving."
Their auras clashed, vibrating through the ground.
One side: Lilith and nearly her 100 elite vampire candidates, standing like a black tide.
The other: Charlotte and Seraphina with nearly 200 human candidates—like a wall of light.

A magical announcent thundered across the sky.
"Attention candidates: Only 2500 participants remain."
Imdiately, the atmosphere changed. The air grew colder.
Everyone knew what that ant.
A wave of realization spread across the island.

Lilith licked her lips. "Tick-tock, Charlotte. Seraphina. Let’s get this over with."
Charlotte’s hand rose. Lilith raised hers.
All. Hell. Broke. Loose.
"ATTACK!"
"FOR THE PRINCESS!"
Both sides erupted in war cries as spells, weapons, and battle cries lit up the night.
Magic spells shot across the air like cots. Vampires leapt into the skies with blood-enhanced speed, clashing mid-air with sword-wielding humans.
Explosions rocked the cliffs. Screams echoed across the island. The night sky lit up with spells, fire, lightning, and shadows.
Seraphina dashed forward, impaling a vampire mid-step with an ice spear.
Charlotte danced through the chaos, her sword flickering like a silver serpen and casting spells at mid combat and controlling the gravity around her.
Lilith hovered midair, laughing as she descended with a blood-dripping blade.
