"So, what happened to her, Leona?" Ronald asked with a worried look on his face.

Ten professors behind him, including Leina, Jason, and Victor, stared at Leona with the sa concerned expressions.

Leona pulled her hand away from Nysera's forehead and replied calmly, "Nothing bad happened to her. She'll wake up in a few hours."

Her answer made everyone breathe a sigh of relief. Ronald patted his chest and whispered, "Thank goodness. I thought she was seriously injured. Even with my power, I couldn't check what happened to her. Fortunately, it's nothing serious."

If Nysera had been injured, the dragon race would definitely be angry with them.

That would be a big problem, especially since the dragon race was formidable and the most important part of their plan.

Leona's gaze never left Nysera. She pondered for a mont before asking, "Actually, what happened to her? Who did it?"

According to her examination, Nysera had experienced what was known as clinical death. However, she was still breathing and had suffered no physical or ntal damage.

However, she couldn't say with confidence that nothing had happened to her soul. After all, it was a mysterious field she hadn't fully mastered yet.

Most likely, the problem was with Nysera's soul—sothing she didn't understand.

"Actually…"

Ronald began recounting the events that had taken place in the arena earlier.

Leona listened carefully. However, when she heard the na rlin Clay, she was taken aback.

"rlin Clay? So he's the one responsible?" Her eyes blinked several tis.

"Do you know him?" Leina asked instinctively.

Leona glanced at her and nodded. "Yes, I know him. Actually, saying 'know' isn't quite right. My student, Tharvis, is from the city of Droswen and was once helped by him. You could say that I was able to et him because of rlin."

Tharvis often talked about rlin to the point that Leona's ears almost hurt.

But his stories made her even more curious about rlin.

The boy was also Linda's private student. As soone who knew that woman well, she understood how impossible it was for soone to be accepted as her student.

Even those who claid to be geniuses had never been accepted by her.

Unexpectedly, rlin was the one who had caused Nysera to experience this mysterious condition.

'That child is truly as mysterious as Tharvis said,"' she whispered with a aningful look.

"So that's how it is..." Leina nodded slightly and let out a sigh of relief.

She had thought rlin had offended Leona, but fortunately that wasn't the case.

"In that case, I'll leave Nysera in your care, Leona. Please take care of her until she wakes up. After all, she is one of the most talented students of this generation. I don't want to lose her or anger the dragon race. Do you understand?" Ronald said.

Leona had no objections. "I understand. Leave it to ."

After exchanging a few more words, Ronald and the other professors left the dical room.

The outco of the battle between rlin and Nysera had changed their view of this generation's students.

Each of them was a monster, and rlin was a monster among monsters.

They didn't understand how the Holy Kingdom of Aldoria could produce such a genius. But one thing was certain: rlin's ergence would signal a change in this era.

In all likelihood, the chaotic era ntioned in many legends would soon begin.

...

Two days later...

The welcoming hall was located on the south side of the academy. The building stood alone and was very spacious.

It covered an area of fifteen thousand square ters. Six enormous silver pillars stood inside.

These pillars supported the structure of the building. At their tops stood three giant statues in the shape of winged humans.

The two on the right and left were won, while the one in the middle was a man.

The won held a magic staff and a spear, while the man held a sword.

Beneath the statues stood a fairly high and spacious stage.

The hall had been beautifully decorated, as today was the welcoming ceremony for the new students.

At that mont, all the new students entered through the main entrance. They wore the academy's gold uniforms with a wing emblem on the right side of their chest.

There was a Roman nural one, indicating that they were first-year students. They were all amazed by the hall's stunning interior.

"Is this the welcoming hall? It's huge," Luna murmured in awe.

Even the royal hall, which she had thought was large, was nothing compared to this.

Monica and Liora beside her nodded in agreent. For those who had lived in the forest, the sight before them was truly magnificent.

It was the first ti they had ever seen such a large building.

Only Catrine remained calm. Her face was expressionless and indifferent, as if she were completely unaffected.

"Hehehe..." Margaret smiled proudly as she patted her chest. "This hall was built based on a suggestion from the Beethoven family. My great-grandfather was the designer. Isn't that amazing?"

"That's so amazing!" Monica exclaid with sparkling eyes. "Soone who can design a building this big must have extraordinary skills. Your great-grandfather is really incredible, Margaret!"

Liora, who stood beside her, looked at Margaret with the sa admiration.

Margaret's pride swelled even more when she heard their praise.

The corners of Luna's mouth twitched slightly. Margaret was her rival, so seeing her receive praise from both of them made her annoyed.

"Wait a minute..." Her eyebrows suddenly furrowed. "What are you doing here, Margaret? You're a second-year senior, aren't you?"

She suddenly rembered that Margaret was their senior. So what was she doing at this welcoming ceremony?

Liora, Monica, and Catrine also realized this and looked at Margaret with surprised expressions.

"Ahem!" Margaret coughed and explained, "You might not know this, but I'm back in my first year."

"Huh?" The four of them were stunned. "What do you an?"

"In short, I'm a first-year student again. Look at the number on my right chest."

Margaret pointed to her right chest, which had the sa Roman nural one as the four of them.

"How is that possible!?" Luna was shocked. "You… What did you do to make that happen?"

"Hehehe… My family is the main donor of this academy. How could the academy refuse my request? Besides, I rarely attended the academy before, so they didn't mind transferring from the second year back to the first year."

Luna, Catrine, Monica, and Liora fell silent. They had never expected that money and status could be used like that.

Using them to move to a higher year might sound reasonable. But what was the point of using them just to drop back a year?

That was completely unreasonable.

Luna sighed deeply and muttered, 'This is really annoying. It'll be very difficult to control rlin and make him mine.'

She glanced angrily at Margaret, who was surrounded by Liora and Monica.
