White Tiger and Azure Dragon forced Esquin back. They passed through the rift and returned to Fengdu Land, where Black Tortoise was waiting.
Without hesitation, Black Tortoise conjured multiple layers of barriers, sealing Esquin inside.
Esquin chuckled, spreading his arms wide. Instantly, a vast darkness surged, filling the barrier.
"He's breaking through!" Black Tortoise exclaid, sensing the barriers wouldn't hold Esquin for even a second.
In the blink of an eye, the barriers vanished, consud by the encroaching darkness.
These barriers, capable of trapping even divine beings, were shattered effortlessly by Esquin.
Countless eyes erged from the darkness, watching the four Monster Lords. Razor-sharp teeth glead within, threatening to bite through anything in their path.

The darkness lashed out, and the four Monster Lords scattered, barely avoiding the assault.

Esquin stepped forward, his gaze calm and a faint smile on his face. He held back from continuing the attack, instead taking in his surroundings—the land, the formation of the army, and the four Monster Lords.
He knew this wouldn't be easy.
Fengdu Land, protected by the four divine beasts, held power far greater than most of the large countries.
When he had attacked the Eru Empire, Esquin easily killed the gods there. But this ti, it was different. The four divine beasts were far too powerful for him to conquer Fengdu Land as effortlessly as the Eru Empire.
"As expected of the four divine beasts. Your reputations are no exaggeration," he remarked.
Even people from other continents had heard of the four divine beasts. So sub-worlds even worshipped them. Their strength and renown were far from re legend.
"He's strong..." White Tiger muttered.
"From what he's shown, he might be stronger than the previous Ruler of Gluttony," Azure Dragon added.
The four had lived for a long ti and had once battled the previous Ruler of Gluttony. Despite their power and influence, they could tell Esquin was even stronger than his predecessor.
This was far more troubleso than they had expected. The previous Ruler of Gluttony had been strong, but the new one possessed strength that surpassed even him.
Esquin stepped forward, speaking slowly, "Pride, Greed, Lust, Envy, Gluttony, Wrath, and Sloth. These Seven Sins can plunge the world into chaos, but sothing is missing..."
"A long, long ti ago, they said sothing existed before the Seven Sins. They claid it was where the Seven Sins originated—the Original Sin."
He raised his hand, shaking his head.
"This is just a tale from an ancient era, but there's evidence that confirms its truth. Yet, it hasn't surfaced for a very, very long ti. Perhaps it has already vanished, lost forever."
"Original Sin? Is that what you're after? If so, there's nothing like that here," Black Tortoise replied.
"Well, yeah, but that's not my goal this ti. If the Original Sin were here, you wouldn't be alive for long. The seven Rulers of Sin would tear this land apart," Esquin shrugged casually.
"So, you won't stop," Azure Dragon frowned.
"Exactly," Esquin replied with a smile.
The mont those words left his mouth, Black Tortoise stepped forward. Thousands of small dots stread from his mouth, and as they reached the space above Esquin, they began to transform.

The dots ford a semi-transparent barrier that descended, pressing Esquin to the ground under its imnse weight. In the next second, hundreds of white arrows rained down from the sky, striking the layers of the barrier.
"Ignite!" Vermillion Bird shouted.

A powerful explosion erupted, shaking the entire area. The violent energy surged outward, distorting the fabric of ti and space around the battlefield.
"You think you can defeat ?"
Esquin's voice echoed through the chaos as darkness exploded from within, engulfing the blast in an instant. The explosion vanished, and a figure soared into the sky.
Esquin raised his hand, and a massive magic circle appeared beneath his feet.

The sky darkened as countless powerful dark blades rained down upon the battlefield. Three forbidden spells had been cast, unleashing massive destruction across all of Fengdu Land.
Black Tortoise struggled to defend what he could, but Esquin's relentless attacks were overwhelming.
"Still not enough!" Esquin exclaid as his energy surged even higher.
The darkness on the ground began to writhe as if it were alive. Suddenly, it rose, spreading over a vast area, as though intent on consuming everything in its path.

This was the sa power Esquin had used to swallow the entirety of the Eru Empire.
In this mont, every living being in Fengdu Land felt an overwhelming sense of dread. Their instincts scread that death was imminent, and there was nothing they could do to stop it.
Death was approaching.
The darkness slowly consud the trees, buildings, and people.

Suddenly, a brilliant red light erupted in the sky, forcing the darkness to retreat.
A loud screech echoed, and everyone felt a warm sensation coursing through their bodies. They suddenly regained their strength and gazed up at the radiant light.
In the sky, they saw a gigantic bird cloaked in magnificent, bright red flas.
The transformation of the Vermilion Bird brought comfort to the people. They felt a profound sense of calm, as though blessed by an almighty presence. The army, in particular, felt its strength surge, and the power of the [Supre Four Directions Formation] was greatly amplified.
"That's more like it."
Esquin chuckled before bending his knees and charging forward.

White Tiger let out a fierce roar as he lunged to intercept Esquin. His entire body transford, enveloped in white smoke that danced around him like flas.
A similar phenonon occurred with the army, who felt the formation strengthen once again. The two of the four Divine Beasts did not hold back as they clashed with the Ruler of Gluttony.

The commotion in Fengdu Land was impossible to ignore. The clash of powerful divine beings caused countless strange phenona to erupt across the landscape.
The cities, countries, and other settlents surrounding Fengdu Land felt the intense atmosphere.
"W-What's happening over there?!"

Confusion and fear swept through the crowd. Even though Fengdu Land was far away, the intensity of the chaos was palpable.
"The Divine Beasts are fighting soone!!"
There was no doubt that only the legendary four Divine Beasts of Fengdu Land could cause such a phenonon. Such power could only be unleashed by soone at the God rank.

Esquin was thrown back dozens of kiloters, his body marred by injuries from the battle against the four Divine Beasts.

He wiped the streak of blood from the corner of his mouth as darkness filled with eyes and sharp teeth enveloped his body.

A mont later, he erged from the darkness, his injuries vanished. He was as good as new, as if he hadn't fought the four Divine Beasts at all.
Esquin looked left and right before cracking his neck and saying, "I guess it's ti. This should be fine now."
What he had done was simple: he consud his own wounds, causing them to vanish completely.

"I've accomplished what I ca here for, so let's move on to the next step."
A smile spread across Esquin's face as he opened both arms. Darkness coiled behind him, tearing through the fabric of space.

From the rift, countless figures erged, their energy levels palpable as they surveyed the entire battlefield.
"My army is here... My order is simple: destroy Fengdu Land."
Esquin's voice echoed across the battlefield.

The four Divine Beasts frowned as they saw the army materialize behind the Ruler of Gluttony.
"The Gluttony Army..." White Tiger muttered.
According to their intelligence, the Gluttony Army was engaged in battles across three different theaters. But it appeared that Esquin was still concealing more of his forces.
The situation had worsened for them.
With grave expressions, the four Divine Beasts assessed the army and sensed the energy of six God-rank powerhouses and several dozen demigods among them.

This lineup was formidable, even for them. Six God-rank powerhouses were too much for their army to handle. Also, they knew that Gluttony wouldn't let them off easily.
Esquin chuckled at the expressions of the four Divine Beasts.
He turned to his army and said, "Everything is prepared, right? The formations, the runes, and the supplies? Set it up imdiately, and I'll keep those four busy."
"Yes, my lord."
Upon hearing their response, Esquin charged ahead. He opened his palm, and a surge of darkness gushed forth, forming into a gigantic hand.
"Co here! I'll fight all four of you again!" Esquin laughed.
"Hmph!" Vermilion Bird snorted as her flaming talons collided with the massive dark palm.
Boom!!
White Tiger, Azure Dragon, and Black Tortoise launched their attacks as well.
The second round of the fight had begun.
"Hahaha, let's make things more interesting! This show is just the beginning!"
Esquin's laughter echoed across the battlefield.
