Chapter 94: Xu Yue’s True Face
Li Jingran narrowed his cold eyes and glanced at the ssy floor in the study, his body emitting chill. “I didn’t know that the Li family was your territory.”
His tone didn’t sound like it was fluctuating. The more gentle his tone was, the more it made Xu Zhongyi, who had done sothing wrong, feel guilty.
“I—I just ca to pick up Xu Wanwan. What’s wrong with that?” Xu Zhongyi forced himself to speak righteously.
Li Jingran snorted and sneered, “You brought her back to my study room?”
“You can’t bla us. Who asked you to keep Xu Wanwan with the Li family?” Sun Yuelan quickly threw the bla. “She’s a mber of the Xu family, why should she stay in the Li family residence?”
“Exactly. No matter what, Xu Wanwan’s surna is Xu. We’re her parents. She should listen to us,” Xu Zhongyi echoed.
“If you really treated her like a daughter, why didn’t you raise her?” Li Jingran asked coldly.
Sun Yuelan choked. “This is all a misunderstanding.”
Xu Yue lowered her eyes and put on a pitiful look. “Yes, back then, because of a misunderstanding, my parents left my sister in the countryside. In my heart, my sister will always be part of the Xu family.”
Li Jingran’s eyes were dark and cold. He glanced at her. “Who do you think you are? What right do you have to say these things?”
“I… I’m my sister’s sister,” Xu Yue said innocently. “We’re the closest people to Mom and Dad.”
“So people use disgraceful thods to steal other people’s things and still think that all of this belongs to her. Do you have any sha?” Li Jingran said coldly.
Xu Yue couldn’t hold back her pride. “Mr. Li, I have no enmity with you. Why are you doing this to ?”
“You know very well how you treated Wanwan.”
The emotions in Li Jingran’s eyes were hard to fathom. The coldness around him was threatening, and his whole body was filled with a sense of oppression.
Xu Yue was inexplicably flustered. She always felt that this man had discovered sothing, but there was no evidence.
She quietly pulled Sun Yuelan’s arm, lowered her eyes, and sobbed. “Mom, Mr. Li might have misunderstood . How could I hurt Sister?”
“On the contrary, I trusted Sister too much, that’s why I was… But you and Dad shouldn’t bla Sister. It’s my fault.”
Sun Yuelan was furious when she heard this. She stood in front of Xu Yue and confronted Li Jingran, “Director Li, you should have evidence when you speak. Framing our Yue’er without any evidence will only bring irreparable harm to her.”
“Do you know what Xu Wanwan did to her? She actually got soone to ruin Yue’er. Now, she’s even retaliating by saying that our Yueyue bullied her first.”

Xu Zhongyi also said, “I think it’s because Xu Wanwan did sothing bad and didn’t dare to admit it. She even said those heartless words.”
The more Xu Wanwan heard, the more ridiculous it sounded. Her eyes were cold, and her heart felt bitter.
They were both their children, but why was the treatnt so different?
In their eyes, Xu Yue was right no matter what she did, but even if she was right, they still felt that she was wrong.
Li Jingran glanced sideways at the girl and couldn’t help but frown. He slowly held her hand and used so strength to silently calm her emotions.
A warm current flowed into her palm. Xu Wanwan’s heart ward up as she stared at the man in a daze. After a long while, she said, “I didn’t hurt her.”
“I know.”
Xu Wanwan pursed her lips and felt much better.
Li Jingran looked at the group of people coldly and snapped his fingers.
After a while, the Butler walked in. He held a docunt in his hand and respectfully handed it to Li Jingran. “Director Li, the things you asked for have been prepared.”
“Go down.”
The Butler left. Looking at the reckless Xu family mbers, he couldn’t help but sigh and shake his head.
“It seems that you have so misunderstanding about your precious daughter.”
Li Jingran threw the docunt in his hand at Xu Zhongyi and said coldly, “Look at it yourself.”
Xu Yue’s heart sank. She stared at the docunt closely, afraid that she would be caught.
She looked calm, but her voice was very flustered. “Dad, you know well. There are so things that others can’t control, don’t you think so?”
Sun Yuelan said, “Yes, our Yue’er has been obedient and sensible since she was young. The only ti she has been hurt so much since she was young was because of Xu Wanwan.”
When Xu Zhongyi heard this, he placed the docunts back on the table. “Director Li, I know my own daughter very well. There’s no need for to look at these.”
Li Jingran did not force them. He walked to the side and made another call.
A few minutes later, the door to the study room was pushed open again.
Zhao Zixuan walked in and nodded at Li Jingran. “Director Li.”
“Explain what happened that day to them.” Li Jingran sat down. He looked nonchalant, but he gave off a domineering aura.
Zhao Zixuan t Xu Zhongyi’s shocked gaze. “Uncle Xu, let tell you the truth. It was who found soone to harm Xu Yue.”
“What did you say?! Say that again!”
Xu Zhongyi furrowed his brows and questioned out loud.
Xu Yue’s eyes were filled with panic as she closely looked at Zhao Zixuan. “Zixuan, what are you saying?”
“Even though we broke up, we’ve been dating for so many years. We still have feelings for each other. How could you do such a thing to ?”
Zhao Zixuan said impatiently, “Xu Yue, you begged to let you go back to the Xu family. I’ve already helped you, so why are you still pretending now?”
“I did this. I admit it now. Do you hear ?!”
Although Xu Yue had long since seen through Zhao Zixuan’s facade, she could not show it. She could only act like a victim as she sobbed, “Zixuan, what did I do wrong? Why are you doing this to …We are——”
“You should quickly admit what you did to Xu Wanwan!” Zhao Zixuan interrupted her impatiently.

Xu Zhongyi was confused. He watched Xu Yue and a few gangsters get into a shabby van in the video.
After getting out of the van, Xu Wanwan was taken to an abandoned factory by the gangsters. Xu Yue was behind the cara.
Then, Xu Wanwan was bullied by the two gangsters. Xu Yue got into the van and left.
At the end of the video, Zhao Zixuan put out his phone. “Uncle, I believe you’ve seen it clearly. This is what Xu Yue did to Xu Wanwan..”
