Chapter 512 – DXD Asgard (I)…
[POV Reo]
"Can you repeat that?" I asked as I started to glare at the red-haired man standing in front of . At least he has the decency to look ashad. The red-haired man looked down and started to rub the back of his head sheepishly.
"…I must have made a mistake, my lord. I wanted to say that Sona Sitri is very strong for soone so young. I didn't even need to interfere, Sona Sitri along with her Peerage took care of everything" Ddraig said and started to chuckle sheepishly.
I simply pald my face. "But I rember that I sent you to take care of those pesky Witches" I said in an annoyed tone and Ddraig simply shrugged.
After a few monts of silence, I released a defeated sigh. I wonder if Ddraig was infected by Nara Genes when he was rolling around in the Dinsional Gap along with the Great Red. That must be probably why he has taken up cloud watching.
"Fine… whatever" I said and waved my hand in a dismissive manner. Then I turned towards my fanatic follower, who seed to be getting ready to rip apart Ddraig into tiny pieces with bare hands. I cleared my throat to get his attention and his head imdiately snapped in my direction.
"So, what have you been up to?" I asked curiously. Crom Cruach coughed in his hand and then he straightened his back. Well… I already knew what he has been up to, but I wanted to hear everything from his perspective.
"I have made contact with the souls of the other Evil Dragons. They are very eager to serve you, but I am worried about sothing else" Crom Cruach rattled. I simply raised my brows in question. After watching my reaction, he decided to continue.
"Hades' death seed to have put a dent in Rizevim's plans. That is why he is yet to revive your future servants. For whatever reason, he wants to access the Cocytus" Crom Cruach revealed and I simply rubbed my chin with a thoughtful look on my face.
I didn't know he wanted to access Cocytus since he hadn't talked about it to anyone and I was only keeping an eye on him in a passive manner. Since he wants to access Cocytus, it ans that he wants to release Samael, the Dragon Eater, but what the hell does he want to do with the Dragon Eater??
Is he planning to threaten the Evil Dragons into submission by using the Dragon Eaters?? That is plausible, but controlling the Dragon Eater will be hard too, so he can't take Samael everywhere with him. It seems that I need to talk to Ophis… let's see if she knows anything about the Dragon Eater or not.
"I see… I need you to do sothing for " I turned towards Ddraig who flinched at my glare.
"Of course, my lord. Your wish is my command" Ddraig proclaid proudly and slamd his fist on his own chest. I simply gave him a blank look… I see he is laying it quite thick and from his expressions, he is also quite aware of it.
"Ddraig, I think it is about ti you pay a visit to your arch-nesis. You will find Ophis there… just tell her to et " I said and at first, Ddraig looked completely ecstatic, but as soon as I ntioned Ophis, he seed to pale slightly. His fear is quite understandable…
"You wouldn't mind if I stick around to give that filthy white-scaled beast beat down, would you?" Ddraig quickly gathered his bearings and asked in a more than slightly hopeful tone. I could see his eyes glowing in excitent and anticipation while he started to subconsciously release his Draconic Energy.
"I wouldn't mind…" I said with a grin. I could understand his eagerness and both Albion needed to be reminded that he had denied my gracious offer.
Monts later, Ddraig was gone. So, I also sent away Crom Cruach. Right now, only a few Gods have access to Cocytus, but I haven't seen any of them making contact with Rizevim. Hmm… shall I allow him to release the Dragon Eater? Ardat is going to absolutely adore that thing…
[Asgard, DXD World]
"Hmmm… this Asgard is very different from my Asgard. This place seems to be pretty bland… I was expecting more gold and the Bifrost is also bland!! It should have been a rainbow! Unlike my Father, this Odin seems to lack taste…" Hela muttered angrily as she looked around in Asgard.
Grayfia pursed her lips and kept walking behind Hela with a bland look on her face. The two of them continued to walk towards the Royal Palace and only after a few minutes, did the two of them see a lot of Valkyries approaching them. Hela couldn't help but smile when she rembered how she had butchered the Valkyries in her world.
"Their security also seems to be quite lacking and I also didn't see Heimdall" Hela added in a monotone. She was sowhat glad that Heimdall wasn't here, she never liked that creepy pervert. Apparently, the man could see everything, except for the things that mattered.
The Valkyrie force landed on the ground, surrounding Hela and Grayfia. The Valkyries imdiately pointed their spears and lances towards the two invaders. Hela simply smirked in amusent while Grayfia didn't even bother to react.
"Grayfia Lucifuge, why did you invade Asgard?" The Valkyrie who seed to be the leader of the group asked with a serious look on her face. Before Grayfia could say anything, Hela decided to interfere.
"My my… I didn't expect to be ignored. I want to et Odin and that is why I entered Asgard" Hela admitted as she took a step forward. The Valkyries imdiately pointed their weapons towards Hela. The green-eyed Goddess simply crushed the tip of lead Valkyrie's weapon, shocking everyone except for Grayfia.
"My na is Hela, Goddess of Death and War. You must have heard of . Now, take to et Odin" Hela demanded while glaring at the lead Valkyrie. The Valkyries paled as soon as they heard Hela's now. Hela was a pretty famous Goddess in the Supernatural World right now.
Hela has taken over the Three Great Faction with brute force and she was also known for her brutality, ruthlessness and savagery. Hela had the reputation of killing anyone on a simple whim. Hela was pleased by the reaction of the Valkyries.
The Valkyries were scared but they didn't want to admit defeat in their ho realm, so they kept pointing their weapons towards Hela even when their hands were shaking in fear. The lead Valkyrie simply nodded her head and decided to lead Hela towards the Palace.
"Inform Brynhildr about our uninvited guests" the lead Valkyrie said while looking towards one of her underlings. The Valkyrie nodded her head and flew away towards the Palace before anyone else could say anything.
"Follow us" the lead Valkyrie said in a shaky tone while looking towards Hela.
The green-eyed Goddess didn't say anything and decided to follow the Valkyries. Grayfia was already wondering if Asgard was going to be subdued by Hela or not. She was already making so plans inside her head in case Hela ended up conquering Asgard. Grayfia was a diligent maid, and it was her duty to plan ahead.
Hela and Grayfia finally entered the Royal Palace and they found a lot of Valkyries waiting for them in front of the gates. One of the Valkyries stood out the most, as she was the only one who didn't look afraid of Hela and she was also wearing a different type of armour.
"Greetings! My na is Brynhildr, the All Father is waiting to et you inside the throne room" the differently dressed Valkyrie said while looking at Hela. Then all the Valkyries turned around and started to lead the unannounced duo through the Royal Palace.
Hela wasn't pleased with the interior… it lacked both green and gold. She couldn't complain much about the green since her Asgard also wasn't sporting that particular colour, but gold was necessary. Instead, the whole palace was marred with Silver. Silver was the colour of second!!
Well… Hela supposed that she couldn't complain much since this wasn't her Asgard and everyone seed to be pretty weak compared to her. The whole entourage finally arrived in front of the pair of massive doors. Brynhildr looked towards Hela, it seed that she wanted to say sothing, but she decided against it.
Brynhildr pushed the door and the massive doors opened with a loud bang. Hela's eyes imdiately found the geezer sitting on the throne. Apparently, there were a couple of things similar between her father and this Odin. Both of them were fans of dramatics and both of them had lost one of their eyes.
Additionally, this Odin seed to be an open pervert too. Well… she shouldn't have expected anything less from the old bastard. Hela quickly scanned the room. She easily found Thor and Loki along with a few more Gods inside the room. Odin was holding Gungnir in his hand.
'I wonder how they are going to react if I reveal my ancestry?' Hela mused in amusent…
