The cry of the phoenix echoed across the void, vast and piercing, as the brilliance of its flas intensified with every passing instant. Its radiance grew ever brighter, its heat more unbearable, until the inferno it unleashed reached such terrifying levels that any existence below the Alpha Oga Rank would have been reduced to ash simply by approaching it. Yet even that overwhelming display of power was only the beginning, for with each heartbeat, the flas surged higher, fed by an endless source of will and destruction.

Despite the phoenix's dominance, the battle was far from one-sided. A deep rumble erupted from within the blazing inferno, reverberating across space-ti itself. The Heart of the Root writhed within its fiery prison, its colossal form trembling as it struggled to break free. Massive tendrils lashed outward with desperate fury, each strike carrying the corruptive essence of the Root, capable of rotting even the very laws that governed existence. The clash between the scarlet phoenix and the world-sized abomination grew increasingly violent, shattering the fabric of space-ti and creating a vast vacuum of destruction that drew both awe and dread from all who witnessed it.

Across the battlefield, every gaze was drawn toward that apocalyptic clash. Warriors of the Nine Empyrean Suns Alliance, abominations of the Root, and the dreaded Curse Eaters alike could not look away. The legend of the Scarlet King had long since transcended reality, becoming sothing closer to myth. His na inspired reverence and terror in equal asure, yet even so, there had always been doubt lingering in the minds of many. No being, they believed, could truly embody such overwhelming might. No existence could live up to such impossible expectations.

The tremors grew stronger, more violent, as the Heart of the Root unleashed an even greater surge of power. Its monstrous form twisted and expanded, and then, before the eyes of all, several of its massive tendrils tore through the phoenix's wings, ripping apart the blazing construct and forcing an opening in the inferno. A surge of anticipation flashed through the ranks of the enemy. Robuke and Mikela watched with sharp, gleaming eyes, a thrill coursing through their hearts. If the Heart of the Root could crush the Scarlet King at the very mont of his return, it would shatter the morale of the Alliance and secure a decisive advantage.

For a brief mont, victory seed within their grasp.

Then everything changed.

The phoenix's eyes ignited with a deeper, more ancient light, and its form began to shift. The blazing wings dissolved, transforming into a vast, dark crimson robe that spread outward like a storm consuming the heavens. Countless chains erged from within that robe, each one radiating a terrifying authority, as if they possessed the power to bind reality itself. Above the figure's head, a massive crown manifested, emanating an aura of absolute dominion and conquest that pressed down upon existence like an unbreakable decree.

The transformation was instantaneous and absolute.

The chains lashed outward, wrapping around the tendrils of the Heart of the Root and restraining them with overwhelming force. The robe tightened, constricting the massive abomination as if it were nothing more than prey caught in an inescapable trap. The tendrils struggled, thrashing with all their might, but they were torn apart one by one, devoured by the consuming power of the entity that had erged.

Screams erupted from within the Heart of the Root. Countless mouths ford across its grotesque surface, wailing in agony as its very essence was not rely destroyed, but consud. Its flesh, its energy, even its connection to the Root itself was being devoured.

It took only a single glance for all who watched to understand the truth.

This was not the phoenix.

This was Cain's Alter Ego.

The Path of Conquest had always been one of domination and consumption, a force that turned the strength of enemies into fuel for one's own growth. Yet what stood before them now transcended even that brutal philosophy. This was no longer simple conquest. It was an existence that devoured without limit, a force that seed capable of consuming reality itself, leaving nothing behind.

An Alter Ego was the manifestation of one's inner self, a reflection of how one perceived their own existence. To witness such a being was to glimpse the true nature of the Scarlet King. Friend and foe alike could not help but wonder what kind of trials, what kind of endless slaughter and struggle, had shaped a soul into sothing so absolute, so rciless, so insatiable.

There was no ti to dwell on such thoughts.

With a sudden motion, the Alter Ego raised its massive claws and plunged them deep into the core of the Heart of the Root. For a brief instant, silence fell across the void, as if reality itself held its breath.

Then ca the explosion.

A blinding light erupted outward, consuming everything in its path. The force of the detonation spread across countless kiloters, tearing apart space-ti, twisting gravity into chaotic spirals, and unleashing shockwaves that reached the battlefield itself. ArchDeities were sent tumbling through the void like leaves caught in a storm, while even Alpha Oga Overgods were forced to brace themselves against the overwhelming impact.

The light was so intense that even figures like Nito had to shield their eyes, unable to withstand the brilliance of the detonation. Several long seconds passed before the radiance finally began to fade, allowing the survivors to witness the aftermath.

What they saw left them utterly speechless.

Reality itself had collapsed in the wake of the explosion. Vast scars stretched across the void, fractures so deep and unstable that they threatened to consu entire worlds. Scarlet flas rained down like a storm, filling the expanse with an eerie, apocalyptic glow.

The Heart of the Root was gone.

Not destroyed.

Consud.

At the center of that devastation stood a single figure.

The Scarlet King.

Cain's form was now fully revealed. His hair had turned white, his eyes burned with scarlet flas, and his body radiated a perfection forged through endless battle and evolution. Behind him hovered his Alter Ego, no longer colossal in size, but condensed into a smaller, more concentrated form that exuded an even greater sense of danger.

Though only a few ters tall, the presence of the Alter Ego was overwhelming. To look upon it was to feel as though one were staring into a cosmic nightmare, a being whose sole purpose was to devour, conquer, and consu all that existed.

Cain had already entered his Resurrección, his body fused with the power of the Primarch of Conquest. Yet even then, the strength of his Alter Ego was so imnse that it still manifested externally, a silent testant to the terrifying heights he had reached.

Slowly, Cain raised his hand.

The Alter Ego mirrored the motion.

At once, the energy unleashed by the explosion began to respond. The scarlet flas that filled the void surged toward him, drawn by an irresistible force. Space itself seed to bend as the remnants of the destroyed dinsion were pulled inward, forming a massive vortex of power.

Within seconds, all that energy condensed into a single point.

An orb, no larger than Cain's fist.

Yet the power contained within it was imasurable.
