In a certain segnt of the river of ti, a snapshot of history from two thousand years ago, there lay an unremarkable mortal city.

The streets were bustling with people, filled with the lively atmosphere of daily life. Porters, vendors, farrs, teahouses, and costic shops were all present. At a table in a teahouse, ng Qingzhou placed his blind cane on the table, picked up a cup of tea, and drank by himself.

"Entering a snapshot of history is like looking at the moon's reflection in the water. Ultimately, one cannot interfere with the future or the past. A re passerby, also a re observer, temporarily staying two thousand years ago."

ng Qingzhou swirled the tea in his cup, yet no ripples ford. The light yellow tea remained as still as amber.

The passersby on the street couldn't see him, the big black dog lying in front of the teahouse couldn't sll him, and the teahouse owner ignored him, not charging him a penny for the tea. Even a bird flying through the hall passed right through ng Qingzhou's chest...

"To truly control the future and the past using the Dao of Space-Ti, I'm afraid... one must reach a realm beyond the Heaven Supporting Realm."

"Right now, I'm still far from that. I'm rely manipulating so scraps of the Dao of Space-Ti."

ng Qingzhou appeared leisurely and carefree, as if he were a re passerby in the mortal world, yet his heart was filled with countless emotions.

Suddenly.

Out of nowhere, white mist began to drift, covering the entire city in the blink of an eye.

The citizens were completely unaware, continuing with their busy lives, not noticing the mist so thick that one couldn't see their outstretched hand.

"Cause and effect, destiny..."

"No wonder I hid in the river of ti, and you didn't even try to stop ."

ng Qingzhou looked up at the sky. Although he couldn't see, he could vaguely feel a gaze piercing through the clouds, looking down on him from above.

Despite the white mist enveloping him, isolating him from the bustling atmosphere around, making it seem as if he had been abandoned by the world, ng Qingzhou still held his teacup, showing no intention of getting up.

"Surrender, and I will spare your life. If you remain stubborn, don't bla for being ruthless."

The entire world rumbled, and the voice of the Yin-Yang Elder sounded like the voice of a creator, terrifying in its majesty.

ng Qingzhou sat alone, accompanied only by tea and furniture, holding a cup in one hand, sitting in the midst of the boundless mist. His lips moved slightly as he calmly said:

"Co on then, I want to see whether your cause and effect, destiny is stronger, or my Dao of Space-Ti is superior."

"Ignorant child, I will grant your wish!"

The Yin-Yang Elder finally lost his temper, his voice becoming sharp.

The two stopped talking, and the air fell into silence.

Suddenly, ng Qingzhou frowned, sensing sothing amiss, but he didn't suffer any substantial harm.

The Yin-Yang Elder's killing move had arrived!

"Dragon-Seeking Bone Toucher!"

ng Qingzhou held his cup steadily with one hand, while the other hand ford a seal, then brought two fingers together to touch his own forehead.

This was his only technique related to cause and effect, usually used to play the role of a fortune-telling blind man, but now used to calculate his own fate.

"The path to immortality is vast, and the future remains bright..."

"The mandarin duck star is strong... indicating that my wife and I are still in love..."

"The stars shine with purple light, there is no sign of fatal danger, nor any calamity..."

"The six lines are normal, not tampered with..."

ng Qingzhou grew increasingly suspicious. Everything was perfectly normal! There was no anomaly at all!

But how could this be possible!

The more normal it seed, the more abnormal it was, indicating that the Yin-Yang Elder's killing move was deeply hidden and extrely vicious!

"Ugh!"

At this mont, ng Qingzhou's face flushed, his throat felt sweet, and he spat out a mouthful of bright red blood, splattering on the table, with drops of blood falling into the cup, dyeing the tea red...

ng Qingzhou wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth with his fingertips and rubbed it between his fingers.

"How is this possible..."

"My Sword Sense of Ti and Space is so strong that even my blood contains endless Dao of Space-Ti."

"My body can't bear it, unable to withstand such a dense Dao of Space-Ti."

ng Qingzhou's breath grew weaker, his face paler.

He could feel the Sword Sense roaring within his body, even with his peak Moon Shine Realm cultivation, he could barely suppress it.

His flesh body was on the verge of collapse!

anwhile.

The villagers of Present Village used their divine eyes to watch the battle from afar. Their cultivation levels were too low to help the Empress' Husband.

Even the only one who could help, the Empress, dared not act rashly.

When they saw the Empress' Husband spitting blood, his breath plumting, and his life force flickering, everyone was shocked.

"What happened? How did the Empress' Husband suddenly seem gravely injured!?"

"I don't understand. The Empress' Husband and the Yin-Yang Elder didn't even touch each other, how is the battle almost decided!?"

"What should we do? Who can save the Empress' Husband?"

"Save? How? I can't even understand what's happening, let alone figure out this battle."

...

The villagers were extrely anxious, like ants on a hot pan, running around in circles.

Su Qingqiu's face turned pale. Her cultivation was too low to see ng Qingzhou's state in the river of ti, but hearing the court officials' discussions, her big eyes were filled with worry.

"Your Majesty, please save the Empress' Husband. Is he going to die?" Su Qingqiu cried, tugging at Dongfang Liuli's sleeve.

Dongfang Liuli's face was extrely serious. Without hesitation, she placed her finger on her forehead, intending to break the seal.

"Don't waste your efforts. The Sword Saint and the Yin-Yang Elder are in a contest. This battle is not as simple as it seems." Sister Qiong suddenly spoke.

Dongfang Liuli's expression remained unchanged, but worry flickered in her eyes. She asked coldly, "What do you an?"

Sister Qiong noticed Dongfang Liuli's hidden concern and smiled mysteriously, explaining:

"They are in a Dao contest!"

"A contest between the Dao of cause and effect, destiny, and the Dao of Space-Ti! This is a ga, like two chess players."

"The Yin-Yang Elder set up a formation as the chessboard, while the Sword Saint used the river of ti as the chessboard. One sits in the center of the formation, the other hides in a historical snapshot."

"And their understanding of their respective Daos, along with their techniques, are the chess pieces they place!"

Sister Qiong, a natural deity living for tens of thousands of years, explained eloquently and continued:

"Have you seen a chess ga?"

"Move and counter-move. You make a move, I make a move. The Master takes a move from the Yin-Yang Elder. If he can counter it, he wins this round. Then it's the Master's turn to make a move, for the Yin-Yang Elder to counter..."

"You outsiders, who don't understand cause and effect, destiny, or the Dao of Space-Ti, might end up harming the Master if you rush in to help. Stay put."

Dongfang Liuli looked surprised, glanced at Sister Qiong, and after a long ti, reluctantly nodded.

Wu Die moved closer to the Empress and, gathering her courage, said, "Since you understand so much, why don't you help?"

"Nonsense."

"Do you see moving? I'm an outsider too. How would I understand these complex principles of space-ti and destiny?" Sister Qiong shrugged.
