After the peaceful and fun date, it was ti for Rein, Luan and Lopas to return back to their mission again. So the very next day, after having breakfast with rtha and Flora, they left the inn to go to the Celebes company again.
Just like before, after they sat down in the reception room, Katla ca to et them. Looking at her exhausted countenance, it was clear that she had been very busy for the last two days. As a form of goodwill, Rein asked Luna to cast a stamina recovery spell on Kalta which improved her condition a lot.
Katla was also feeling good after getting treated by Luna's star affinity magic and thanked Rein's group for their help. Then she got serious and started discussing the situation with Rein. From her expression, it looked like the situation was far more dire than what Rein's group had thought before.
She told them that in the last two days, she had managed to found the culprit who was responsible for the mismanagent issue. She wanted to get rid of the person imdiately but there was a big problem associated with that choice.
The person who was doing all this was son of her father's close friend. And that friend doted on her son too much. Her father also had a crush on this friend of his so in no circumstances he would want his friend to hate him. That was why Kalta's father was unwilling to directly fire this man from his post.
Rein was not impressed by this and instead looked at Kalta with pity. Being sentintal was one thing but here Kalta's father was just being stupid. It looked like the reason for most of Kalta's stress was her father's decision on this matter.
Rein wanted to help Kalta out but if her father, the owner was not willing to accept any help then Rein had nothing to do with them. Rein directly told Kalta that and made a decision in his mind.

Rein really do not need to get too involved in it. So he decided to just repair the magic machines and to be on their way. Kalta understood their decision so she hurriedly spoke up to stop them.
Kalta told Rein that she had a plan in mind and she needed Rein's party's help for that plan of hers. Rein was curious about this plan of hers so he sat down again to hear her out. After hearing her whole plan, Rein narrowed his eyes and looked at Kalta sharply while releasing a bit of his overwhelming magical aura.
Feeling the pressure Kalta started sweating but still looked straight at Rein's eyes to show her determination. After staring at each other for so ti, Rein asked her to explain more about her plans while not taking his eyes away from her.
Still sweating, Katla started to explain her plan in detail. As for what Katla's plan was, it was quite an extre one. She wanted to remove her father from the position of the Celebes company owner.
Normally for companies, doing sothing like this was impossible. If the company belonged to soone then without them giving it away, taking the company was impossible. But the Celebes company was a bit different.
The Celebes company's owner was not really Kalta's father in papers but was the head of the Celebes family. As Kalta was the only daughter that the family head had, she was sure to inherit it in the future as the next family head.
Telling this to Rein, Kalta wanted to prove that she was not doing all this for greed. As Kalta was already destined to get the company in the future, she had no reason to do sothing this dangerous.
She also told Rein that it was not her father's first ti making a stupid mistake. He had made similar mistakes before so most of the top brass of the company were extrely disappointed and had given up on him.
From this statent, Kalta inford Rein that the people working in the company were ready to accept her as their new boss. To prove this to Rein, she even called for a few of the higher ups and Rein was free to ask them anything he wanted.
Kalta also told Rein that when her father took over the Celebes company, it was one of the three biggest company of this city. But in her father's managent, it had fallen down from that high throne and now it was just one of the many decently big but ordinary clothing company of this city. They were not considered amongst the top now.
Katla also told Rein that she could make an official request to Rein through the academy for this matter. In this way Rein would not be accused of involving himself in the family matter of soone little known to him.
After listening to Katla's plea, Rein asked her a question. From what Rein saw it looked like Katla could already beca the family head even without Rein's help. So Rein was curious why Katla needed him and his team to help out.
Hearing that Katla told Rein the reason. It turned out that Katla's father had a powerful rank 3 mage in his employ. No one among Katla's supporters was able to match him in strength. And that man was also extrely loyal to her father.
So to resist that man, Katla needed the help of another mage of similar strength. But with the current social connection of the Celebes company and Katla, finding a strong rank 3 mage would take a lot of ti.
That was the reason why Katla was asking for Rein and his girls' help as they were the strongest mages that Katla knew about.
After telling Rein about it, Katla looked at him with anticipation. If he rejected her proposal, then Katla would have a lot of trouble to deal with and her chance of success would also go down. But if he accepted her proposal, then Katla was 100 percent sure to be succesful.
After ruminating about the matter for a little bit, Rein was ready to give his answer.
