Since the table isn’t a circle like usual, the emperor had to sit at the edge of the table while the first prince, Ji Sharen’s father, took the seat at the other side. The rest sat on the left and the right side of the table.
The empress sat closest to the emperor’s seat while the previous emperor sat between the Empress and Ji Sharen. That young prince, of course, had to sit near his father else his father won’t know what his dear son would do this ti.
On the other hand, Li Shi Ying sat across the previous emperor this ans she had a seat near Ji Sharen’s father but there’s one seat separating them and it’s empty. As for Long Ao Zhen? He sat right beside Li Shi Ying and on his left side, was the emperor.
"Thank you, imperial father" Li Shi Ying curtsy lightly as a polite answer before she hurriedly sat down. The girl saw that the empress, the previous emperor, Ji Sharen and his father already gathered around the table. There’s one empty seat next to her and it should be her master but...

"Sure" Long Ao Zhen gripped the edge of this clothes tight as he waited for the servants to serve the dish. He knew for sure what his father would say today but...he won’t give up. His bunny can’t go! No!
The people around silently watched the servants served the dish and after all of the food are served, they began to eat. Of course, eating in silence since the atmosphere had been heavy ever since the start of the dinner.
Everyone knew why they held the dinner thus they were reluctant to speak. Even Ji Sharen wasn’t an exception. The maniac would often glance at Li Shi Ying before shaking his head and sighed. If he could, he too would do everything in his power to prevent the emperor from making the decision.
But...he is too useless. He can’t even find a single girl! That witch is really good at hiding herself.
Just as the emperor and the others were eating in silence not knowing how to begin the conversation, the door to the dining room was opened and Qiao Mo ca in hurry.
