Neriah climbed down from the bed and Aria did the sa but allowed Neriah to stroll toward the balcony, still patiently waiting for that response.

"I t a stranger. A man." Neriah blurted out and she could see a million expressions play on Aria’s face as soon as she said those words.

"Oh no! Not another stranger!" She exclaid. "Please tell you did not do anything like fall in love with him or try to fight him or sothing?" Oh, if only Aria knew that her mistress did not just fight, neither did she fall in love, instead she did things that people normally did after falling in love.

"I was not the one who started the fight!" She exclaid with frustration and unclasped the pin holding her cloak on her body and tossed the cloak onto a nearby chair.

"Ahh!" Aria suddenly exclaid as she ran toward Neriah. "My lady what is all this?" She placed her hand on Neriah’s neck that was covered in red spots, "Did you contact so kind of rash from those barbarians?"

Neriah’s eyes opened wide with embarrassnt as she realized what Aria was talking about. Her hands instantly flew up to cover her neck and the upper parts of her breasts that were covered in these mysterious spots.

Neriah had not noticed them before. The man was really a beast. How could he mark her body like that? Her entire body was starting to burn again. She was feeling it all over again, his lips on her, his tongue stroking the length of her neck, and his teeth around her breasts. Goddess help her, but she was burning all over.

"Your entire neck and breasts are covered in spots!" Aria moved Neriah’s hands out of the way so she could do a better inspection. "I think we need to see a doctor at once!" She nodded to herself. "I will go get the royal physician right now!" She instantly turned around to walk away but Neriah held onto her hand.

Oh goddess, where was she supposed to start?

"Th_ they a_ are not rashes." She muttered the words. She could not look Aria in the eye so she stared at the floor instead.

"What? I did not hear you clearly My Lady, what did you say?"

"They are not rashes Aria. It was done by that stranger." Aria’s eyes that were usually a light shade of purple quickly darkened at those words, her fists clenched and her brows furrowed.

"How dare he!" She yelled. "How dare anyone lay a hand on you? Oh I shall see to it that his head rolls for hitting you, My Lady! Look at all these bruises on your chest. The nerve of the bastard to beat the princess of_"

"Aria!" Neriah scread her na. Aria was thinking a whole different thing. "He did not beat ."

Aria’s expression changed once again. This ti to confusion. "If he did not beat you, how then did he lave so much mark on your body? Did he nibble on your skin or sothing?" She jokingly asked and laughed, only her laugh slowly began to die down as she saw the look on Neriah’s face.

"N_No." She muttered and shook her head as she studied Neriah’s fidgeting hands and fake smile that always ant she had done sothing highly, powerfully, ntally, and annoyingly irrational. "Please do not tell that you_"

"I_ I might or might not have lost my virginity to a barbarian whose na I do not know."

Aria’s head seed to replay the words over and over and over again, then she processed the words and she understood them but she still needed to confirm them. So, she asked, "What?"

"I had intercourse with a barbarian." Neriah shrugged with another fake smile and Aria went...

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"

...

After successfully convincing the guards outside that Aria’s scream was due to a bug and not a life-threatening intruder, Neriah stood with her head facing down, having explained the entire situation to Aria who was still staring at her mistress with disbelief. Sitting upon Aria’s shoulders was Riri, Neriah’s seven inches tall fairy who looked like a smaller and cuter version of Neriah. With the sa red hair and green eyes. She was previously asleep but was awoken by Aria’s scream.

"My Lady, do you understand the implications of what you’ve done?" Aria calmly asked. She had replayed Neriah’s words over and over in her head and she still could not begin to understand what devil had pushed her mistress to do what she did. "I an, how did you even co to that conclusion that_ that... ugh! I can not even bring myself to say it out loud!"

"That losing your virginity to a total stranger, a barbarian at that would be the only answer to your problems." Riri casually said the words with her thin voice like it was soone else’s matter and Aria’s headache seed to grow even bigger after Riri said the words like that.

"He refused to let go. The bastard was an oaf. He wanted to sleep with from the very beginning. I needed a way to make father call off the wedding and I could not think of any other better way than that. Father will not call off the wedding for any re reason. But you know him too, he values his honor a lot. He would never marry to the barbaric prince if he finds out I have lost my virginity while being engaged. And I know how vexed he would be when he finds out, he would kill the person who touched ."

"My Lady, what are you saying?"

"Do you think I happily wanted to sleep with that useless barbarian?" I suddenly snap. "No. I wanted my first night to be with Lyle! But I also needed a way to break this engagent! I need soone to be the scapegoat! If I had given my chastity to Lyle, his life would have been in danger, but I do not care for the life of that barbarian. Why should I?" She shrugged, as if shrugging off every bit of guilt that was trying to cling to her shoulders.
