Chapter 116 A Weird Blind Date
Qin Haodong smiled because it looked like Xu Jinkai was treating his family as one of these nail households. He said, “I have two requirents for the relocation. First, you should build a sa-size TCM clinic for my grandpa, and we’ll move as soon as the new clinic was completed; second, you should pay reasonable price for the relocated neighbors.”
“That’s easy. Any more requirent?”
Xu Jinkai looked slightly surprised because he had investigated the young man. He knew the seemingly simple young man had a complicated background. With one night, he put Hong Tianbao in jail and pulled Fu Haikun off his position as the director of the County Public Security Bureau. He heard that Qin Haodong had the head of the Public Security Departnt and the secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection to back him up easily, so he thought it could be beneficial to cotton up with the resourceful young man. Moreover, Qin Haodong had asked for very few things, and it would be lower than his budget even if he sent him the house as a gift.

Qin Haodong checked the two won. The younger one was about 20 years old. She was not as beautiful as the one on the photo, but they looked familiar. So she must be Qin Haodong’s blind date today. The woman sitting next to her was in his 50s, and she must be the girl’s mother.
The young woman was in skirt and black silk stockings. Her make-up was so heavy that others could barely tell what she was really like, but after all, her arrogance was obvious enough.
She raised his chin and looked at Qin Haodong, with disdain in her eyes. She then asked arrogantly, “Are you Qin Haodong?”
It was Qin Haodong’s first blind date and it felt really weird. He smiled and said, “Yes, I am. So you’re Zhang ili.”
The woman didn’t answer his question. Her expression remained unchanged and she asked coldly, “I need you to answer my questions if you want as your blind date.”
“That’s fine, you can ask.”
Qin Haodong was still smiling, and his attitude was still nice. The woman might be rude, but she was introduced here by his grandma’s friends. He had to taking their feelings into consideration.
“Have you bought apartnt in Jiangnan City?”
Qin Haodong thought for a while. The villa was a gift from Lin Zhiyuan, and he didn’t pay for it. So he answered honestly, “No, not really.”
Zhang ili frowned slightly, and she was apparently not satisfied with his answer. She continued, “Then do you have a car? Those under 300,000 yuan don’t count.”
Qin Haodong had three cars now. A Lamborghini Centenario, a Porsche 911 and the Honda, but he paid for none of them. So he shook his head and answered, “No, I don’t.”
Zhang ili looked even more disappointed. She went on asking, “Then do you have over a billion deposit in your bank account?”
Qin Haodong shook his head again. He did have deposit in the bank, but it was over ten million, not one.
“How long have you started your career? Why don’t you have none of those things?”
Obviously, Zhang i had lost her patience and she didn’t even try to hide her dissatisfaction.
Qin Haodong thought to himself that Grandma Wang was such a careless match-maker. She didn’t even tell his basic information to others. He explained, “Oh! I’m studying in Jiangnan dical College. There’s still one year for to graduate and find a job.”
The woman’s expression eased down when she heard he was a student in the dical College, because he may be able to earn plenty if he can graduate and beco a doctor. So, she asked, “What’s your major?”
“Traditional Chinese dicine.” Qin Haodong said.
“What? You majored in Traditional Chinese dicine in a dical College? What are you going to do after graduation? How much can you earn? What are you going to live on?”
Qin Haodong’s answer irritated Zhang ili. Questions kept popping out of her mouth, and she looked like she had been badly hurt.
The silent middle-aged woman was irritated too. She yelled at Qin Haodong, “Why do you co to this date if you don’t have anything? How can you be a match of my beautiful girl if you don’t have nothing at all!”
Qin Haodong did not care about the result of the blind date at all. He smiled and said, “Beautiful girl? I can’t find anything beautiful in here except her na. (TL’s note: ili ans beautiful in Chinese).”

The middle-aged woman glared at Qin Haodong with hatred and said, “What are you?” “You deserve dying alone!”
After that, he held the young woman’s hand and left without even looking back. Qin Haodong’s first blind dare failed, but he was smiling proudly. He wished that he could finish the other two weddings as soon as he could.

Qin Haodong felt quite interested when he found Huang Xiaojuan wanted no money, no cars, and no deposit. He asked, “Then tell , what are your requirents?”
“To be honest. I’m already pregnant. You need to treat my kid like your own, no matter it’s a boy or a girl. You shall not beat, swear, or yell at him or her.”
Qin Haodong was surprised at the who man who was pregnant but still insisted to co to the blind date. Seeing she wouldn’t stop talkig, he intterupted him and said, “So you wanted to respect them like my masters?”
“That’s pretty much what I an.” Huang Xiaojuan said, “I knew this might be hard to accept for a man, but I can pay you. And you can spend as much as you want.”
Qin Haodong was so embarrassed because the woman was such a freak. He refused it and said, “I can’t accept that. You can ask sobody else.”
Huang Xiaojuan seed to be unwilling to give up. She added, “Why can’t you accept it? That’s a nice deal. You’ll have beautiful wife and a kid. You can beco a father after we get married.”
Qin Haodong said, “Let’s drop the ‘beautiful wife’ part. My grandpa has been telling that one should reap if he hasn’t sown. I think I should do all things on my own, especially when it cos to marrige and reproduction.”
“Hum! How ungrateful!”
Huang Xiaojuan glared at Qin Haodong and left the coffee shop in anger.
Qin Haodong felt his forehead. He was really impressed by the two strange won ca in succession. He felt himself lucky to have only one more. He would try to get through with all this, and he had to take Lin Momo ho tomorrow.

Qin Haodong felt more comfortable when he saw the beautiful and polite girl. He thought to himself that he finally t a normal date.
He nodded and said, “That would be . I’m now a senior in Jiangnan dical College, majoring in Traditional Chinese dicine. I don’t have cars, houses or over-a-million deposit.”
Qin Haodong was in a hurry to finish the blind date, so he poured out all his personal conditions all at a ti before the girl asked to save so ti. He wished that Liu Fangfang could be like Zhang ili, that she would stand up and leave, then he could go back ho, too.
Unfortunelately, Liu Fangfang didn’t react much. He smiled and said in a low voice, “That’s great!”
“Really? I thought nowadays the girls all want cars and houses.” Qin Haodong said, feeling quite surprised.
