Sleep was knocking on her, but Leena continued to wait for him, occasionally peeking at the door expecting him to appear and talk with her, but the man was as stubborn as her.
To cool her pent up anger, Leena placed a video call to Reese to speak with her Carrot. Soon when it got connected, Leena was welcod by a masked girl and her adorable Carrot lying on the bed with her legs extended.
"Not only you occupied my ho and bed, you even started using my expensive sheet masks. Do you know how much money I have spent on them?" Leena's scream caused Reese to close her ears.
'This pinch penny has enough money but always waiting to use my clothes and skincare products.'
"Carrot, how can you allow her to wear my sheet masks?" When Reese did not bother to reply, leena turned her attention towards Carrot expecting support from her at least. But as usual, Carrot cleverly sided with Reese since Reese is the one taking care of her food and grooming right now. Why did she go to the wedding in the first place? Carrot wondered. She calls every one hour to tell how much she misses just to disturb my sleep.
"I will go bankrupt feeding your glutton Carrot and you did not even pay a penny for taking care of her. So naturally, I have occupied your ho." Removing the mask, Reese tapped her skin to sink in the moisture.
"And what happened to your neck? Why is there a bandage?" Reese inquired the mont she noticed sothing was wrong.
"It's just a small bruise." Leena imdiately shifted the topic tired of telling the whole story.
"I forgot to tell you. If you touch any of my dresses, I will kill you when I co back ho for real." Leena warned trying to sound serious. A weird hobby Reese has, she only likes Leena's clothes and buys Leena's used clothes at a discounted rate when Leena is tired of wearing them. Sotis to anger her, without telling Reese steals the clothes and it always ends up in a fight.
"Who wants your clothes? I have enough dresses now. My baby brother has already gifted many."
"Your baby brother brought it?" Leena laughed clutching her stomach. "Then they must be outdated cartoon printed clothes."
"Leena!" A clear scream was heard from Reese.
"I am not deaf, generator! Let's co to the main topic. Did you visit mom?" Leena asked.
"Yes. Don't worry. Aunty is fine."
"Did you find anything suspicious in the hospital?" Leena questioned. She once heard Francy and uncle Caleb talking about so accident which is related to her mom. Then after, Leena tried digging into the past, but she ended up in a paradox. There was no proper technology back at the ti to get the information she wanted.
"Everybody is treating her well. I don't find any suspicious person."
"But do check up on her until I am back, Reese. Take care of my Carrot also. I am sleepy. Bye! Bye!" Leena hurriedly cut down the call when she heard her door was pushed open. To her disappointnt, it was not him.
"Are you talking over the phone?" Drew entered the room when he was not feeling sleepy.
"I am done." She added. "It's my best friend. Do you need anything?"
"Do you have B12 capsules? I forgot to bring it here."
"How can you forget B12 capsules being a vegan?" Unlocking the drawer, Leena pulled out over tens of bottles and handing one to him.
"OMG! You have so many. B12 co in flavors now?" Drew exclaid examining the bottles. There were papaya, cheery, lemon, raspberry, tropical fruit and the list goes on.
"You should upgrade Mr. Andrew Dawson,"
"Then you should also upgrade with your mindset. Why did you fight with him?" Drew asked. When he was entering the room, he saw Devin's worried face again just like in that scum's house. He assud it must be related to her.
"He started it." Leena pouted her lips recalling the way he closed the door with a loud bang. She knew he must be angry but then again what can she expect from a sugar patient. He did not even wait for her to speak and assud everything by himself.
"He is a little stubborn sotis. But he cares a lot about you. You know, he was about to hit for sending you into the house again. Friends don't fight, they communicate and solve the matter. Go and speak with him once." Drew explained as if he is an expert and at the sa ti praising Devin to earn good points.
After hearing Drew's talks, Leena was pondering over one sentence and started mind talking.
"Is he my friend? But we didn't make any verbal agreent about it. I will first ask him to submit a friend request and when he passes the test with maximum marks, I will approve his friend request. He should have taken a bath in holy water to get a friend like . When he becos my friend, I will patch up the things of being a big girl here and ignore his childish behavior.. What a plan Leena!" Leena was wondering if her plan itself is as impressive as her, she couldn't imagine how stunning it turns out to be when she implents it.
