Still, Leena wasn't completely sure if she is living in a hallucination or real-world. Only when she found a little prick on her waist she consud her thoughts that he is really standing here. Leena felt like she has t a human version of the sun in his form and every ti she is with him, he provided the warmth and care she wanted. The force he was using on her waist to hold her firmly was a little rugged just like he did in the airport but she didn't mind it when those hands were giving the secured and cherished feeling.
Staring into their eyes, both were in their own thoughts drowning into their pools, oblivion to the surroundings as if the world has stopped in front of them. She wished to run away from this devil, but couldn't. Her legs were rooted as if her heart has stopped listening to her whenever he is near. What's wrong with ? She avoided n like plagues, but her damned heart is pulling closer towards this man without her consent. Did he cast a spell on ?
Leena gazed at his face in bewildernt. There must be many won throwing themselves at his feet. The way he flirts with her, he clearly looks like a playboy but doesn't even know how to hold a girl's waist properly! Like a shot, Leena felt a rush of pain thinking of other won in his arms. She scolded herself for having such a strange thought.
She brushed off those surging feelings when Leena rembered the most important thing. Why is he here? Did he co to take revenge on her?
Devin would have burst out laughing if he had heard her inner thoughts. If any other person would have seen his state, except this dumb woman, they would clearly know he looked like a lovesick puppy. How long it takes to make her understand his feelings? If he had followed his own ways, by now they would have beco a married couple with force. But He never wanted that. He wanted her love, her heart, her willingness, her everything. No matter how long, he will wait for her. Besides, he liked courting her. Her annoying yet cute and childish looks when he teases, their bickering monts, her hookup stories. He wanted to treasure those monts to reminiscence them in future.
"We et again betrayer."He threw a wink at her playfully.
Devin clearly understood she must be hallucinating when his little kit was approaching him very boldly which rarely happens. If she knew that he is in her room, she would have barked at him already.
"Wait! can_ can we talk like adults?" She stuttered with her words. Good, God! Now that Leena rembered, she had valiantly provoked him, hurting his ego. Never in her dreams, Leena would have thought, she would be eting him so soon.
"Aren't we doing that now?" Pointing towards their posture, he glead mischievously. Her eyes wide opened when she looked at their position they were in. She was half bent holding his shoulders for the support and he was holding her waist with just an inch away from her face. It clearly looked like, they were about to do so adulterous activity if soone would have barked into the room out of blue. His grip becos even tighter when she tried to twist her body.
"You are as shaless as I rembered." She yelled at him.
"A pervert talking about sha? Throw that flying kiss again like how did it in the airport?" The scene was still fresh in mory mocking him.
"Actually I_I did not_"
"Lava did it for you right?" He added. Leena nodded her head fervently.
"How many tis you will use her as a scapegoat?" He whispered still holding her with a tight grip.
"My lava my wish. Let go of , you baby biscuit!"
"Baby biscuit? Let see if you are going to call that again."
"Mommy!" Leena cried. She expected he would pull her up but he rcilessly released his hold on her waist. She pressed her eyes tightly anticipating her body to hit the ground, but his strong hands gripped her waist securely again and yanked towards him with a sudden force.
She cursed all the gods opening her eyes when she looked at his face which was even closer now.
"Can you pull up. I feel a bit uncomfortable." She whispered turning her face away. Leena's breath hitched with their sudden closeness when his warm breath tickled her face.
"But I feel comfortable." Devin breathed looking at her blushing face with amusent. He was just an inch away from her lips and one wrong move, they would end up doing sothing.
"What!" She whispered yelled.
"Nothing." Devin reluctantly pulled her up. If not, he doubted his self-control. Leena sighed in relief and maintained a distance imdiately.
"Dunce idiot! Let go ans, you should pull up. That is what I ant." She barked at him.
"You should have communicated properly then." He lazily replied.
"Properly? Can't you at least understand that also?" Leena hollered. Why he is so thick-skinned.
"I can. But magma cannot." Looking at the wall, Devin answered pressing his lips not to laugh looking at his darlings face.
"Who is magma?" Leena curiously asked followed his gaze.
"Lava's sister, AI robot and she follows only commands."
Leena balled her fists not to strangle this man.
"Woah...We have a copy cat again." She exclaid.
"It's called originality darling. You should try mine ending your stupid illogical theories.." He remarked patting her head which was imdiately swatted away by a stubborn one.
