It's been two days, Leena has visited Devin's office, and the last ti they saw each other was at Azure hotel. Devin tried to reach her phone, but she ignored him as usual. While she was checking a report of the new client sitting in her office, Reese barged into the office room hurriedly.
"Nail-biting girl appeared in our office and she wants to et you," Reese inford, not understanding the reason for her visit. One thing was clear for Reese, she is here to create a problem.
"Looks like the dose was not enough for her," Leena retorted. In fact, she expected Regina's visit on the day she visited Devin's office. Her obsession for him seems too deep and Leena has a hunch that even Devin is aware of it.
"What a pathetic white lotus bitch. Even before we confessed our feelings, trouble has raised in the form of her."
"She doesn't have an appointnt. Shall I send her back?" Reese asked expecting a positive response from Leena. She doesn't want to ruin her day watching that woman eating her fleshy thumb
"Bring her in. Aren't you bored with the work, Reese? Let's relax and hear that cody piece's story." Leena leaned back, as smug as a raffled winner.
"I will ask Renya to escort her. I can't even stand the sll of her cologne." Reese did not attempt to hide the disgust in her eyes when it ca to Regina.
"And what are you going to do, if Renya escorts her," Leena asked.
"I will hide in the screening room and listen to your conversation." Having said that, Reese whisked into the room right after she made a call to Renya and urged her to receive the guest.
Regina walked into the office in a poised manner. All the employees were busy with their work while Mandy alone was looking at the beauty with a dumbstruck expression. After working in Bliss, she made many model and actress friends and that's how she gathers all the gossips that are transpiring in the entertainnt industry. She knew Regina very well, she was a model before she retired and started her designing career. Knowing that she is garnering the attention of Mandy, Regina flashed a sweet smile, and instantly, Mandy was knocked down by it.
Renya escorted her into Leena's room and walked out so that they can have a private chat alone.
"Hello, Leena." Regina walked into the room with a confection smile observing the surroundings. She was surprised when Victor inford that Leena has started her own company. Up until now, she did not sense a threat from other won and she has eliminated them easily even if they were dangerous but right now, Leena has beco a strong hazard to her.
"Who are you miss? You are talking as if I am your friend." Leena's arrogant behavior psyched Regina completely.
"I_I we have t already and_"
"Co to the point if you are here for a business." Leena interrupted her words sharply.
"I heard you are a model and I am here to get trained under your company," Regina explained
"We don't train people who lack morals and ethics. Please, get out of the office when I am being nice" Leena lazily replied without even looking at the woman. Her headache ignited with Regina's strong cologne sll. She wondered how her colleagues are enduring it.
"I thought you have morals but you proved wrong. Before I leave the place, let warn you. Don't run behind him." She warned about the danger she has to confront if she is still stubborn enough and goes behind her man.
"I like the competition. The more you warn, the more I want him for myself." Leena chuckled amused by her warnings.
"He already loves soone and you are just an imposter of her. Once she cos back, he would toss you aside." Regina heard that Devin liked a girl at his friend's wedding while the thought alone was making her burn with jealousy, she still used it to make Leena furious.
Although Leena was hurt by the words, she quickly composed herself. She knew that Devin likes soone already, but it's all in the past.
'Be positive Leena! Harley already talked about his feelings. He likes you now.' Leena convinced herself with the thought. But she still wanted to get her retaliation on this shrewd woman otherwise, Reese or so other innocent person has to suffer in her hands.
"Do you think he would accept all my ridiculous conditions if has so other woman he likes? Even if he doesn't like , there is no chance for you. Don't soar your heights, Miss nail biter. I have a strong trust in his taste and he will never like soone as shrewd as you. Get out of this place before I throw you out of my company. The stench of your perfu is bringing tears in my eyes so much that even onions would be jealous of it."
"You dared to insult again?" Regina seethed pointing a finger at Leena.
"I hate soone pointing a finger at ."
"Reese!!!" Leena shouted and imdiately Reese appeared in front of her from the screening room.
"Call the security and throw this garbage out of the office" Leena commanded and walked out of the office letting Reese handle the matter.
Although Regina left the place in anger, the urge to take revenge on Leena intensified.

"I threw her out and asked the servant to clean the room. Don't dwell on her words, Leena! She is just bluffing nonsense. I think, my pri___ Devin likes you a lot." The words 'my prince charming' were at the tip of her tongue but, Reese controlled, not after watching Leena's outrage.
"Shall we go shopping?" Reese asked again when she did not get any response. She knew, only shopping can bring Leena to herself again.
"No! I am going to his office." Leena got up from the seat. Right now, no shopping can bring her peace except seeing his face.

Leena did not call him thinking of surprising Devin unexpectedly with her appearance and right after she went into the office, Harley rushed to receive her. She brought Leena to her office room in a private elevator.
"What brings you here, Leena? Did you co to see ?" Harley asked with a wide smile.
"No. Why would I co to see you? It's obviously my babylicious. Where is he?" Leena was thrilled to see his shocked face when she suddenly makes an appearance in front of him.
"But he didn't co to the office today. Didn't you guys exchange the numbers? I thought he would have inford you." Harley questioned.
"I_I ignored his calls." With a dejected mood, Leena looked down at the floor. It was her mistake, to begin with for not answering his calls when he has called her for umpteen tis.
"Do you want to go to his ho? I can give the address." Watching Leena on the verge of breaking, Harley couldn't handle it. Although Devin doesn't like visitors, he sure would love the surprise if it is his sweetheart.
"I would love that." Her face bead, her eyes twinkled in delight.
After receiving the address, Leena was about to walk away but suddenly she rembered an important elent and approached Harley.
"I_I can I ask you a question?" Hesitantly, Leena posed.
"Of course, yes."
"Does he live with his parents?" Leena was a little hesitant to visit him if he is at ho. She was not yet prepared to et his family since she doesn't know anything about them. Back then, she attended a dinner with Ethan when he forced her to have, but to their surprise, her mom happens to be there partying with her friends and the eting did not end well. Leena was least bothered at that ti. But, it is different now. She doesn't want any mistake to happen and before visiting them, she wished to know about his parents.
"I understand your concern. He lives alone. But trust , everyone is loving in the family and they will surely like you." Harley assured her.
"Thank you." Leena hugged her for being so supportive in their relationship.

After a whole morning of trying to make a kale salad, Devin finally succeeded in making it but almost burnt his kitchen in the process. Leena used to eat a lot of Kale salad when they stayed in Seattle and he started learning her favorite dishes so that he can make it for her in the future. Speaking of that girl, his face darkened. He has called her umpteen tis but still ignored them.
Letting the thoughts aside, Devin was about to put a spoon full of salad into his mouth, his phone buzzed. He neither has a mood to walk towards it nor to talk with anyone. His focus was only on the food which he made for four long hours of watching youtube but still burnt the kitchen.
He ignored the calls and was close to putting the food into his mouth again, but heard a loud bang on the door followed by the servant's voice.
"Sir is not at ho. He went to the office. Please visit him in the office." A voice spoke up.
"Sir doesn't like visitors. Please talk with him in the office."
"I am coming from the office. Let in, dumbos!! He is lying to again?" He heard a familiar voice now..
"Leena? Why would she co here unless it's my hallucination? She doesn't even know where I live." Still, to check who barged into his territory, Devin put aside his dish and stood up.
"Who is that!! I told not to disturb my privacy when I am_"
His words died off when he saw a striking goddess attempting to kick his servants away. When Leena heard the door opening, she looked up and her eyes twinkled seeing him.
"Vinny!!!"
"Your servants are bullying . They are not allowing to see you." Almost on the verge of breaking, Leena dashed towards him and hugged him tightly. She has co here with a mission now and until it is accomplished, she is not leaving the place. Even if he has liked or loved soone in the past, she doesn't want to dwell on the past.. She will make sure that she would be his present and make him forget whoever that woman it is.
