When she ca into realization, Xia ilin’s face beca red because of the words she spat earlier. No wonder Shu Yang and Su Lei had weird expressions in their faces!
She wanted to hide because of the embarrassing situation she placed herself in. It was a good thing that Su Lei and Shu Yang didn’t say a thing until they reached the mall.
"Mr. Su, let accompany you. I rember that I have to buy sothing for my sister." Shu Yang didn’t want to be left off with this shaless couple! His single was already feeling so bitter ever since he accompanied Xia ilin in the police departnt.
After the two left, Xia ilin was finally able to relax her tensed shoulders.

It wasn’t long before things beca heated for both of them because of how much they yearn for each other. They may be apart for a few weeks only but for them, it felt like it was years already.

By the ti the two assistants returned, they noticed how red Xia ilin’s face was.
Shu Yang and Su Lei didn’t say a thing but just by looking at each other, they already had an idea of what happened between the two married couple.

As soon as Lu Yifeng and Xia ilin arrived ho, they were greeted by Lu Yifeng’s mother, Jing Yue.
"Yifeng!" She went and hugged him. She was happy to see that he was fine.

The three went to have their dinner together and as they do, Xia ilin introduced her twin daughters to Jing Yue.
After their dinner, Xia ilin showed her daughter’s photos to them and because of it, Jing Yue was so eager to et them. "Why don’t you bring them here? They can stay in Guangzhou with . Father Lu will definitely love them too. The safest place in this country is with us."
Xia ilin turned to Lu Yifeng as if asking with her eyes on what should she do?
To be able to have their children in reach, Xia ilin wanted that too but... protecting them from harm was their priority.
Lu Yifeng patted her head and smiled. "Mother can take care of the children better than Li Bingbing."
Xia ilin sighed. She knows that what Lu Yifeng said was true. To be honest, she was really worried about leaving the children with Li Bingbing but because of her brother, Xia Sinian and her son, Little lon, she knew that everything would be fine.
"Okay... but I can’t go get them now, my schedule is full for this week."
Jing Yue’s eyes lit up, "No worries, sweetheart. I can go get them, I will leave first thing in the morning."

The mont Xia ilin entered the room with Lu Yifeng, he cornered her against the door.

Lu Yifeng leaned back and look at her with a smirk on his lips. "Then let’s go for a bath." He carried her in his arms like a bride.
She hugged him by his neck and smiled. "Will you buy so pills later?"
Lu Yifeng stopped from his tracks, "Pills for what?"
"Birth control." She placed her hand on her cheek as she closed her eyes. "You see, a certain soone doesn’t like to use a condom. I can’t get pregnant again, you know."
He blinks a few tis, "Aren’t we going to build a whole volleyball team? six for regulars, four for substitutes. Three down, seven more to go."
