Xia ilin maintained her distance for the following days. anwhile, Lu Yifeng did the sa for her. He was not going to force her to him since he knows it will frighten her. Other than that, he tightened the securities around her for her safety since he knows that soone was after her.
In the end, Xia ilin decided to stay in that villa. The way Lu Yifeng treated her made her good mories overwheld her bad ones. Despite that, she was still wary of him that’s why she was sleeping in a different room and she rarely talked with him.

This was bringing confusion to her, whenever she thinks that she wants to leave the place, another feeling would well up which made her stay.
It’ll be easy to continue hating him, it’ll be easy to make herself kill him if he was the Lu Yifeng of her past but the man in front of her was different.

Little lon entered the room. He was wearing the sa suit and there was holding a plastic pumpkin basket. "Momma! Dada! Let’s go!"
Xia ilin and Lu Yifeng turned their heads to look at their son and they couldn’t help but be surprised at it. They took a glance at each other. Xia ilin was the first to break contact.
"You’re supposed to wear a Halloween costu, right?"
Little lon nodded cutely. "llo is dressed like dada. llo’s gonna haunt the monsters and ghosts with dada. We will defeat them!"
"You’re going to a Halloween party." Xia ilin said. She closed her book and stared at her son. The Little lon of this world loves Lu Yifeng a lot, it was different from her past life.
"Then llo and dada will haunt them while we’re on the way, right dada?" Little lon bead happily. "llo has gun too!"
He took out his toy gun. When he pressed it, it shoots out water. "See~?!"
Lu Yifeng chuckled at this. He went and picked his son up. He turned to Xia ilin, "Let’s go."
She took her coat and wore it befor she walked towards them.
"Are you sure you want to go with us?" Lu Yifeng asked worriedly.
Xia ilin nodded. "I want to et uncle Yong." This was sothing that never changed. Yong Wei Qing never appeared in her past life, she even didn’t know that he actually existed. She wants to know more about her mother’s family.
Lu Yifeng sighed in defeat. He reached out and offered his hand to her.
Xia ilin turned and frowned when she saw this. She ignored it and walked ahead but what made her stop was when Lu Yifeng grab her hand. She turned to him and glared. "Don’t touch ."
"Bear with it for now. I don’t want you to step on sothing and suddenly slip when we get out."
She pursed her lips and looked away. "Just for today."
Little lon stared at his parents and blinked a few tis, "Are momma and dada fighting?"
"No, we’re not." Lu Yifeng smiled. "I didn’t allow her to eat another apple candy so she’s mad."
"Candies are delicious, dada."
"Yes, they are. But they have sugar in them, too much sugar can be bad." He explained. "You don’t want your mother to get sick do you?"
Little lon turned to Xia ilin. "Momma, you should listen to dada. Too much candies can make you sick."
Xia ilin huffed in response and decided to ignore the father and son duo. "We’re going to be late if we won’t leave now."
