The next morning, Xia ilin woke up sored. She turned and saw Lu Yifeng’s sleeping face. She frowned at this. Give him an inch and he would take a mile.
She puffed out a breath. She felt sorry for herself, she should have never untied him last night. She touched her tummy and suddenly beca worried. Are her babies alright?. She should probably go see a doctor later.
"Good morning." Lu Yifeng said in a husky and thick voice. He reached out and held her by her waist. He lashes fluttered as he opened his eyes.
"Carry ."
He blinked a few tis, confused with what she suddenly said. "Hm?"
"I want to take a bath, carry ." She pouted. Because of the soreness she felt, she have a hard ti in moving around.
He chuckled at this. He pulled her against him. "We can do that later. Let hug you for a while."
"Darling." She whined, pushing his head away from her chest.
"Ten minutes." He doesn’t want to pull away from her yet. The mont he gets out of the bed, he knows that will have to start preparing for his work.
He turned to her and asked: "Are you busy today?"
"No. I’ll be busy the next day." She said as she ruffled his hair. "Why do you ask?"
"Do you want to beco my assistant for today?" He smiled lovingly at her.
She blinked a few tis, "I have to go to the hospital for my check up, plus I will only be a burden to you if I go."
"You will never be a burden to .All you have to do is to sit still and be pretty." He tucked a stray strand of her hair behind her ear. "I can accompany you to the hospital as well." He started rubbing her tummy. "I want to see our twins."
"Fine, I guess we can do that instead." She held the blankey close to her chest before she hardly sat up. "We should go take a bath."
Lu Yifeng got up and carried her in a princess style in his arms. He walked towards the bathroom and gently placed her down inside the huge bathtub.
The warm water made Xia ilin sigh in content. The soreness of her body was lessened because of this.
Lu Yifeng entered the bathtub and sat beside her.

After having her check up, Xia ilin and Lu Yifeng went to the Skywort company. Every employee in the company greeted them when they saw them.
Lu Yifeng went directly to his eting while Xia ilin waited patiently in his office. She was lying down on the sofa while she was looking at the photos that she took during the parental activity. She couldn’t help but smile when she saw those photos.
It was almost lunch ti and yet Lu Yifeng was still in his eting. Xia ilin stood up and decided to go buy their lunch. When she went out of the office, she saw Dong Hua and Zhao Junxu were guarding the door.
Dong Hua turned to her. "Madam, do you need anything?"
"Oh, uncle Dong Hua, good timing." She smiled at him. " Can you go buy so lunch for us?"
"Yes. What food should I buy?" He asked.
Xia ilin cupped her chin. "Hm... I would love to eat so steam dumplings. Get us any kind of apple desserts too. You should buy so Peking duck too." She licked her lips as continued on thinking on what to eat. "I want to eat so chicken wings too. Oh! Don’t forget my apple juice, okay? As for my husband, he loves steak so buy him one. That’s all."
That’s too much food... She only ordered steak for his master and the rest was for her. Can she finish all of that? Dong Hua took a glance at Zhao Junxu.
The way Zhao Junxu looked at Dong Hua was telling hhim not to underestimate their madam. She is a pregnant and a pregnant woman’s appetite can be big.
"Why are you still here?" Xia ilin tilted her head to the side as she looked at Dong Hua.
"I will go get them now." Dong Hua quickly left them there.
Xia ilin went back and sat on the sofa. She was about to read a book when she suddenly heard her phone’s ringtone.
Before she can pick her phone, she started feeling dizzy. "What the..." She furrowed her brows when she realized that her eyes started to beco blurry. Because of the dizziness, she had a hard ti standing up.
"Soone... help..." Her voice was weak and her head started aching badly before darkness consud her. She ended up fainting on the sofa.
When Lu Yifeng’s eting ended, he went back to his office and saw Xia ilin sleeping peacefully in the sofa. His gaze softened when he saw her. He looked on his wrist watch and saw that it was already lunch.
He took out his phone and was about to call Su Lei when he suddenly heard a knock on the door. "Co in."
Dong Hua entered and was carrying so plastics filled with the food that Xia ilin ordered. "I have brought your lunch."
Lu Yifeng turned to Xia ilin who was still unconscious before he turned to Dong Hua and took the plastics.
Dong Hua excused himself and left the room.
Lu Yifeng placed the food on the coffee table. He opened the lunchboxes one by one. Peking duck, stead dumplings, chicken wings, apple pie, two bottles of apple juice, and the only that was out of place was the beautiful looking steak.
The delicious scent of the food filled the room and this made Lu Yifeng’s stomach grumble. He turned to Xia ilin and patted her arm. "ilin, wake up. Lunch is here."
There was no response coming from her. She is usually easy to wake up but for so reason, her sleeping state made Lu Yifeng nervous. He touched her forehead and checked her temperature, it was normal. He touched her wrist and tried feeling her pulse, it was there so what was wrong?
He gently shook her and called out to her again. "ilin."
He didn’t get a reaction from her. "ilin!" He raised his voice as he called out to her again.
Xia ilin instantly opened her eyes and looked at him in surprise.
