Xia Sinian went down from his spot, the place he was hiding earlier. He was the one who shot the n, aside from that, one of Lu Yifeng’s bodyguard was there to help him.
When he entered, he saw Lu Xian Yu hugging Li Bingbing. He clenched his fists when he saw this.
Lu Yifeng left the place in a hurry to get Little lon to the hospital. Even if he wanted to torture Huang Xiubo to death and make him experience hell on earth, Lu Yifeng didn’t do a thing. Little lon was his priority and he can’t allow him to be in a place full of dead bodies any longer.
Seeing that his n are dead, Huang Xiubo refused to accept defeat. He will not allow Lu Xian Yu to live! He crawled and grabbed the gun that was nearby. He will make him suffer!
When Li Bingbing leaned back, she saw Xia Sinian standing by the entrance of the warehouse. Lu Xian Yu noticed that Li Bingbing was looking sowhere else and when he turned, he saw Xia Sinian.
He felt a terrible pain in his heart. Li Bingbing stood up and was about to run towards Xia Sinian but Lu Xian Yu noticed Huang Xiubo move from his peripheral view.
A ’bang’ resounded and everyone was surprised by this. Seeing that Huang Xiubo was still alive, Xia Sinian used his sniper rifle to shoot him down.
Li Bingbing turned and saw Lu Xian Yu’s back. He turned and smiled at her as blood dripped off from the side of his lips. His sight beca blurry and everything went dark, he fell on the ground.
"Lu Xian Yu!" She quickly went to his side.
Xia Sinian hurriedly went towards them. "We need to bring him to the hospital! He’s losing too much blood!"

Xia ilin and her grandparents entered a private room in the hospital and saw Little lon on the bed with Lu Yifeng lying down beside him. He curled close to his father since it made him feel safe and secure.
Lu Yifeng looked at them and placed a finger on his lips as if telling tje to be quiet since Little lon was sleeping.
Ji Ruo and Xia Jiamu looked at each other and nodded. Xia Jiamu turned to Xia ilin. "We will just go and check on Li Bingbing."
"Okay." After that, she hurriedly went to Little lon’s side. She bursts out in tears when she saw her son’s sleeping face. When she received the ssage earlier, she wanted to go and fly to Little lon and Li Bingbing’s side to save them but because she was pregnant, Lu Yifeng didn’t allow her. Instead, he brought Xia Sinian with him.
"I... Is he okay?" Xia ilin tried to lower her voice as much as possible when she asked this.
"Mm. He will be fine." He whispered back. "So don’t cry."
"I-I’m sorry." She quickly wiped her tears away before she reached out and gently stroked Little lon’s hair. "My baby..."
"Co, lie down with us."
Since the bed was a bit big, there was enough space for them. Xia ilin went and lied down on the other side of Little lon.
anwhile, Lu Xian Yu was taken to the ergency room and his surgery took a while. Li Bingbing couldn’t help but get worried.
Xia Sinian brought new set of clothes for Li Bingbing and by the ti she finished changing her clothes, Lu Xian Yu was already transferred in the private ICU room.
Li Bingbing visited him with Xia Sinian. Although, Lu Xian Yu was still unconscious.
Li Bingbing turned to Xia Sinian.
Before she can say a thing, Xia Sinian asked, "Do you want to stay and watch over him tonight?"
Li Bingbing pursed her lips, she shook her head. "I... I’ll visit him tomorrow. Let’s go ho..."
Xia Sinian didn’t say anything, instead, he quietly went out with Li Bingbing.

In the middle of the night, Little lon woke up because of the nightmare. He started crying out loud because of this. "Momma!"
His cries woke Xia ilin and Lu Yifeng up.
Xia ilin held him in her arms. "Mommy’s here. Mommy’s here, baby."
"Momma..." When Little lon saw his mother, he cald down and went back to sleep. He easily fell asleep because of his heavy eyes and weak body.
Xia ilin turned to Lu Yifeng, "Yifeng... will he be alright?"
She didn’t know what happened but she still couldn’t help but get worried that this will traumatize her son.
"Don’t worry, ilin, our son will be alright." He gently touched her cheek. "Go back to sleep."
She nodded before she turned to Little lon and kissed his head. "Mommy and daddy are here, baby." She whispered softly before she closed her eyes and slept.
