Just like that, three rounds were done but the dart did not hit the target once.
Angel was however enjoying the process and Ryle was equally engrossed with her.
Daisy paid again and let them have their fun as she stood on the side.
And in ten minutes, many rounds were over but the dart did not hit the target once.
Was Ryle missing the targets on purpose?
But this ti when the stall owner rotated the wheel, her gaze wandered off to the chanism behind it and her brows tugged together.
Angel also beca irritated when she could not get her miniature dolls and she started fussing about in Ryle’s arms.

Once Angel got the miniature fox-rabbit doll she wanted, she was all smiles. She was so happy that her eyes turned into crescent moons and soft giggles erupted in the quiet place accompanied by the little girl’s incomprehensible babblings.

’’It seems like so people walk with their nose in their air after winning the children’s ga,’’ A sarcastic voice entered their ears and as they looked up, they were greeted with the sight of a familiar face.
Lu Xian walked towards them, one of his hands tucked in his pockets.
Daisy was a bit surprised when she saw the man.
But Ryle’s face visibly darkened. He had specifically limited the crowd inside the amusent park for the safety of Daisy and Angel but still, a pest sohow managed to slip past his arrangents.
Lu Xian’s sarcastic gaze shifted from Ryle to Angel, ’’Oh here is your little doll,’’ he looked at Daisy before reaching towards Angel, ’’The last ti I went to your place, we got busy with other things and I did not have the chance to interact with her. I think today is my lucky day.’’
Daisy did not understand the implication behind the man’s words.
But Ryle, as a man, saw right through it the suggestive phrases like ’got busy with other things’. He knew that the bastard was definitely referring to the ti he had sent his lawyers over to Daisy’s place because according to the information he received, that was the ti he was there at Daisy’s place before he left for Beijing.
Yet, he had to put it in such a way that those who did not know better would think that he had sothing going on with Daisy.
Lu Xian could feel the deathly aura around Ryle. However, he could not be bothered so he still stood in an approaching stance towards Angel. The more he ruffled the man, the better he felt for so reason.
Daisy was clueless about the tug-of-war between the two people.
Angel had gotten the doll that she wanted so she remained still in Ryle’s arms, playing with it and not paying attention to anything in the surroundings.
Ryle’s lips curved up, ’’She stays away from pests.’’
’’She hasn’t just noticed my presence,’’ the man reached to pat Angel’s head but his hand was blocked by Ryle.
Daisy’s lips twitched. She knew these two people did not like each other but she did not like the involvent of Angel in their mutual display of hostility.
Ryle, on the other hand, did not want both the mother and daughter to remain in Lu Xian’s presence for another second.
He held Angel in one arm and walked towards Daisy.
Daisy felt his broad arm smoothly wrapping around her waist as he whispered, ’’Wrong choice of shoes.’’
Daisy glanced at the heels that she was wearing. They were not too high but still for the pavent-like path, it felt rather tough on her feet. In the past, she did not even bother or have the ti to dress up properly. Now that she was living rather leisurely days at ho and getting to spend most of her ti with Angel, she had the ti to be idle, dress up properly, and do things she barely did before.
Hence, sohow she ended up not choosing comfortable shoes so as to not ruin the dress.
Ryle’s movents were so natural that Daisy did not find anything amiss about it.
But Lu Xian’s expression changed visibly. The last ti, Daisy seed to be wanting to have to do nothing with Ryle. And even before that, there was not much to their relationship. There always was an ambiguous air around them but now, it almost looked like the both of them were intimate.
