Chapter 331: Chapter 38: The Elf Prince’s Wish
The first to make a choice was Xia Chuanyue.
She angrily yelled at the conch that produced the voice, "Are you an idiot? How can you ask such a stupid question? I won’t choose either. I refuse to answer this stupid question."
Then, she passed.
When Xia Chuanyue received her reward, she was still a bit confused.
Not making a choice can also pass?
Tianmiao smiled slightly, sotis not making a choice is a choice itself.
However, this place of trials by the rmaid Clan is quite interesting.
Asking such questions, is it predicting sothing? Or is there sothing in the trial place that can foresee the future, hence predicting it?
Camille’s choice was to choose both!
He wanted to save his lover and the world.
He also passed the test and received a reward.
Camille, usually gentle, has his monts of boldness and confidence. This is also a hint of his future. If not for the Demon Clan causing trouble behind the scenes, Camille could indeed achieve this.
As for Dean...
Tianmiao put down the little white cat, picked up a fork, and began eating the grilled fish, watching while eating.
Dean, he almost instantly chose to destroy the world.
Even though the conch that posed the question reiterated several tis that he could still see the person he liked and interact with them without destroying the world, just not beco lovers.
But Dean turned a deaf ear, directly choosing the option to destroy the world.
Then, he passed the test as well.
This is the most direct answer from deep within his heart. No concealnt or hesitation.
Bart gasped here, drawing a cold breath.
Is this Elf Prince truly a White Elf? White Elves are supposed to be kind, love nature, and cherish peace. Yet Dean almost without hesitation chose to destroy the world and passed the test.
This indicates that this is the truest thought deep in his heart.
Tianmiao suddenly chuckled softly, "This White Elf Prince has a beast residing in his heart."
Bart looked at the mirror with a complex expression, not knowing what to say.
"Don’t worry, I won’t let him cause trouble." Tianmiao said lazily, noticing Bart’s worried yet hesitant expression, "He can’t jump around. Instead of worrying about this, why not help
move those dishes over here? That green vegetable looks pretty tasty. Eating at all the ti is a bit greasy; so veggies should help offset that."
"Sure, sure." Bart’s heart eased imdiately upon hearing Tianmiao’s words. He cheerfully went to move the vegetable dish over.
After Tianmiao took a bite, his expression changed.
"Wh-what’s wrong?" Bart asked nervously.
"What is this sticky stuff?" Tianmiao frowned and asked.
"It’s probably so kind of sea vegetable?" Bart answered cautiously, afraid that any slight displeasure from Tianmiao would cause the rmaid Palace to collapse.
"Forget it, I won’t eat anymore. Let’s go et Xia Chuanyue and the others, they should be coming out." Tianmiao stood up, wiping his hands with a napkin as he spoke.
"Okay, okay." Bart nodded repeatedly, sighing in relief. He even imagined that if one day Tianmiao got angry and wiped out the rmaid Clan, it would definitely be because of the unpleasant food from the rmaid Clan.
"Nah, am I that kind of person? To wipe out a clan just because of food?" Tianmiao retorted indignantly.
Bart was startled, his heart tightened, and his mind went blank. He must not let his imagination run wild. He mustn’t. The boss sees through everything. If he continues thinking recklessly, the boss might... Stop! Don’t think, don’t think!
