Jiang Shu had said there was no danger, so there must be no danger, right?
"Okay, please sit in your seat, take a seat." Jiang Shu raised his hand towards his chair, and the audience mber’s chair slowly rose. Then Jiang Shu waved his hand and explained, "This is just simply lifting him up, don’t overthink it, it’s not my new magic."
"Ha ha."
"He just ntioned magic, right?"
"I knew it! I saw him moving his lips; he was silently chanting a spell!"
The audience joked and their eyes turned to the young man in row twenty-three, seat seventeen.
As his seat slowly ascended, the young man looked increasingly closer to the Thunderstorm Cloud, feeling sowhat strange inside.
With a gentle wave of his hand, Jiang Shu caused the closest fragnt of the Thunderstorm Cloud to move towards the young man.
The young man reached out and slowly felt the Thunderstorm Cloud.
This was...
Like touching mist, slightly cool, the entire cloud felt like a mix of vapor and ice crystals.
It felt rather peculiar.
And clearly, this couldn’t possibly be so kind of holographic projection.
After two or three minutes, Jiang Shu pressed down his hand again, and the audience mber’s chair was lowered.
"How did it feel?" Jiang Shu asked.
The young man took a microphone from a staff mber and considered his words before saying, "It’s like... mist, but a bit cool, it feels quite magical, though there was no feeling of an electric shock."
He added again, "It’s definitely not a holographic projection or anything, as my hand went right through it."
His added comnt was what all the audience witnessed; from the recent scenario, those Thunderstorm Clouds surely weren’t any kind of holographic projection.
They were familiar with technology like holographic projections, and it surely wasn’t like that.
So...
What exactly were these rain clouds?
"Next, let’s have two more lucky audience mbers co up," Jiang Shu continued.
Subsequently, two audience mbers randomly selected got to experience exactly what the previous person did.
Only...
"Ah!" The third young man suddenly scread out, his body trembling.
At the sa ti, lightning tangled within the Thunderstorm Cloud, and the sound of thunder reverberated.
"Damn it!" Jiang Shu instantly realized what the young man had done, so he waved his right hand, conjuring sothing out of thin air towards the young man.
A cluster of Thunderstorm Cloud was flung towards the young man following Jiang Shu’s gesture, pushing him away from the cloud and back to his seat.
"Fuck, there really is electricity!" The face of the young man showed shock as he looked towards Jiang Shu on the stage, "Is this for real?"
"I’ve said not to pass your hands through the Thunderstorm Cloud; it will cause the upper and lower ends to connect," Jiang Shu shrugged, "Lucky I noticed in ti."
"This..." The young man had a bizarre look in his eyes, but he couldn’t argue with Jiang Shu’s words.
Just now, he still didn’t believe it.
But now, he realized this was really not a holographic projection since he’d just been hit by the Thunderstorm Cloud, and there really was electricity.
The exclamations of the audience died down, and from that mont on, they truly started believing Jiang Shu’s words.
Don’t ss around, it’s dangerous!
"Good, next, let show you how to control the electric current." Jiang Shu grinned and waved his hand, and several Thunderstorm Clouds floated over, then poised above Jiang Shu.
"Boom—" Lightning struck near Jiang Shu, who then instantaneously caught it with his hands.
Afterwards, in Jiang Shu’s hands, the lightning continuously changed shape, sotis spreading into a grid of electricity, sotis compressing into a ball of thunder.
"What?"
"Electricity..."
"Is he controlling the lightning?"
"Is this the Thunder Son?"
Jiang Shu smiled, freely controlling the electricity in various thickness and lengths, then nonchalantly explained, "This is all very scientific, all very advanced technology, it looks like magic, but it’s definitely science."
In the midst of laughter, he apparently slipped his hand slightly, lightly trembling, a bolt of lightning struck the stage, imdiately causing a bright flash and a scorch mark on the stage.
"Sorry," Jiang Shu said as he scratched his head with one hand.
Next, Jiang Shu demonstrated to the audience how he could casually manipulate these flashes of lightning like playing with so children’s toy.
And in the audience seats, there were continuous exclamations; in that mont, they finally set aside their stereotypical impressions of this magic and wholeheartedly imrsed themselves in the performance.
Ten minutes later.
"So, that’s all for today’s magic, thank you all for your support, thank you!" Jiang Shu bowed deeply to the audience, then clapped his hands.
The cluster of Thunderstorm Clouds instantly dissipated, and light returned inside the theater.
As usual, the audience left the hall following the guidance of the staff, leaving the Black Currant Theater.
Outside the Black Currant Theater.
Recently exited audience mbers were still discussing the magic; those thunders had perfectly appealed to their senses, making the whole magic show look stunningly cool, like watching a sweeping special effects blockbuster.
"It looks like it’s going to rain today."
"Yes, there might be a thunderstorm tonight."
"Wait, look there, in the sky, there’s soone!"
Suddenly, one audience mber’s discovery made other audience mbers who were coming out stop in their tracks, uniformly gazing up.
In the sky, a figure stood out of nowhere.
"Is that... Jiang Shu?"
Soone guessed based on the figure.
"What does he want to do?"
This was a question from an audience mber.
Suddenly, the figure in the sky moved his hand, pointing towards the deserted plaza next to the Black Currant Theater.
A streak of golden light flashed, and amidst the dark thunderclouds high up, there was a brilliant flash of lightning, a bolt of thunder directly striking down towards the empty space on the plaza.
"Boom—" Several seconds after the flash of light, the muffled thunder sound slowly followed.
"This..."
"Can he really summon thunder??"
"Is that Jiang Shu up there?"
"Fuck!"
For a mont, the emotions of amazent filled the audience’s hearts.
But it wasn’t over, the figure in the sky stretched out his hands towards the Thunderstorm Clouds.
Simultaneously, a bolt of thunder shot straight towards his fingertips.
In that instant, the audience rembered the poster.
The figure on the poster...
Was touching the tip of the thunder!
