In the second round, Jiang Shu had the seven of spades; Liu Tingruo, the king of clubs.
"Do you rember that day? The day we t; you lived in Zone A and I in Zone F. How did you find ?" Jiang Shu asked, a question that had puzzled him for a long ti.
"I was just... hungry that day," Liu Tingruo fell into her mories, "I heard there was a dessert shop in Zone F with limited-edition pudding, so I thought I’d check it out."
"But they were sold out, and as I was walking along the road, I suddenly slled sothing delicious." Liu Tingruo continued, "I followed the scent and found you there, grilling fish."
A gentle smile unconsciously appeared on her face, and Jiang Shu was montarily stunned by her expression.
"Right?" Liu Tingruo flicked his forehead.
"It seems that did happen." Jiang Shu nodded, rembering now.
There had been a street stall grilling fish, and he could tell at a glance that the owner had no prior catering experience. So he approached, won the owner over with his skills, and ended up minding the stall for an afternoon.

The sunset gradually spread and blurred, rging with the clouds—or perhaps the clouds were rging into the sunset—at which point they intertwined, indistinguishable from one another.
The deep orange sunlight stroked Liu Tingruo’s face, tracing the golden outlines.
At the edge of the platform, clouds billowed and dawn shimred, the beautiful woman standing as if detached from the world.
Liu Tingruo watched the sunset and murmured, "It’s beautiful."
Jiang Shu stood beside her, looking into her eyes where the clouds billowed and dawn shimred, and where there was the glow of the morning and the stars, the rise of the day and the rest at dusk.
Standing slightly behind her, watching her enveloped in the sunset’s radiance, Jiang Shu smiled and said, "Yes, it’s beautiful."
