I folded my arms as I cleared my throat, then I shook my head. I needed to put so distance and them, sitting in their midst would be the complete opposite of that.
With that thought in mind, I sat on the rug which I was standing on just now. It was sparkling clean since my maids cleaned it this morning while I was still asleep, so I didn’t need to worry about germs.
"I’m okay over here, thank you," I said to them while suppressing the urge to grin, because the bewildernt across their faces was almost hilarious to look at.
Damon was the one to speak first. "Since we’re all here now, then we can proceed now, yes?"
Everyone nodded around him and I did the sa, even though I was curious as hell as what they wanted to discuss. I was nervous, because it had to be sothing important since the three of them were here for said discussion and not just Damon.
"So, rember when I told you to never have to reveal to anyone that we’re mates else you’d be killed?" Damon’s eyes were on as he spoke and I nodded.
"Yes, but you refused to tell who it was that would want to kill ." I pointed out and he humd while nodding.
"Anyways, a new developnt has co up and you won’t need to hide that from anyone, or act like my mistress, because you’ll be known as our mates." He revealed but I wasn’t sure I was following quite well, so I blinked at him.
"Huh?"
"What my brother ans is that we’ll all accept you as our mate in the eyes of the public." Landon supplied and my mouth fell open.
"Oh."
"Not just that. We’ll get mated to you, and get married to you as well." Angelo added and this ti, it felt like my brain short circuited.
"What?" I echoed out, eyes widening and heart flying straight into my throat.
Last night, the king had announced that his sons would get married to their betrothed brides. Their betrothed brides had all ran to embrace them from clear happiness, while I watched last night.
I had felt a little irritated by that sight, and hadn’t been sure of how to feel by that announcent at the ball last night. By the Prince’s shocked expressions, it had been clear that they weren’t aware of the news beforehand.
When I had been feeling a weird discomfort within at the sight of the Prince’s betrothed being all over the princes, I forced myself to look away and I also reminded myself that it wasn’t like I wanted them to accept anyway.
From the onset I wanted them to reject because of who they are. They’re enemies of my pack. Their pack has caused my pack so much suffering for decades, and my hatred for them worsened when they took against my will and brought here.
And now, they’re saying they’ll actually mate with and marry ?
"I- I don’t understand..." I began, trailing off when words failed .
"We’ll be getting married to you in about two weeks." Angelo said this ti and my eyes almost fell out of their sockets. My eyes clearly weren’t playing tricks on , I really heard right the last ti.
"What? Why??!" I yelled as I got to my feet.
"You can’t be serious. You didn’t even ask if I want this, you’ve just concluded again, haven’t you? You’re all the sa in that category!" I hurled at them while pointing at them.
They all got to their feet in the next mont, and this ti. "It was a crucial decision, and your opinion wasn’t needed in it."
I let out a scoff of disbelief. "You’re the one who wants to marry , and yet my opinion wasn’t beefed??!"
"Why are you sounding this way? You should be grateful that we’re doing this. We never intended to marry you or give you a mating mark each. We’ve just been shoved into a tight corner and have no other choice." Damon bit out this ti and I laughed as I looked between them.
"Well shove this marriage up your ass because I’m not interested! Go marry a girl who’d be grateful that you picked her, but as for , I’ll never ever get married to bastards like you three." I inford them firmly while breathing hard.
"You don’t have a choice in this situation. The marriage will happen and you’ll be our bride." Landon reminded and I glared daggers at him.
He was starting to beco the one I hated the most.
"If you force , I’ll scream bloody murder throughout the wedding. You can’t force ." I tell them while looking between them.
"Insufferable as usual." Damon sighed as he pinched his nose and I bristled, but before I could get a word out, Angelo was stepping forward, his hands in his pockets.
"Here’s the thing, kitten. You’ll get married to us, or we’ll go wipe out everyone in your pack." He stated flatly in a low voice and my eyes and mouth fell open at the sa ti while I staggered from shock.
"What?" I whispered, unable to believe my ears.
He shrugged a little as he continued. "It’s simple. Agree to beco our bride and mate, and your pack would be spared."
As I stared at him right now, for the first ti, I saw the true monster that he is. He didn’t even seem a little fazed as he spoke, his face a blank canvas.
"You can’t seriously harm my pack mbers just because I refuse to- to..."
"Oh, but I will." He drawled and I flinched. "Surely you’re aware of all that I’m capable of. I’m certain you’ve heard thousands of tales about , and I’m assuring you right now that every single thing you’ve heard about is nothing but the truth."
