The Big Illusion Insect naturally couldn’t answer Ian.

The photo appeared for only three seconds before the gates of the Crystal Palace closed again.

The pressure on their bodies disappeared, as if nothing had happened.

Aiers also returned to human form due to the disappearance of the pressure.

The three looked at each other, sowhat confused.

Finally, Ian was the first to speak: "What does the King an by this?"

Aiers and Archi exchanged glances, then both shook their heads simultaneously.

"No idea," Aiers replied.

However, Archi, after pondering for a few seconds, asked, "Does the King want us to go to the Human World to find her?"

Ian’s eyes lit up, "That must be it!"

"Since it’s such an important mission, leave it to . I’ll definitely complete it."

Archi gave him a rather indifferent look, "Insects like you, who only know how to fight and kill, aren’t suited for going out alone."

He adjusted his collar with so restraint, "Such a challenging mission is better suited to ."

Aiers glanced at the two of them and suddenly spoke, "I have Space Ability, which allows to enter the Human World unnoticed by other humans."

The implication being that she was the most suitable for the task.

Ian: ...

Archi: ...

Though they didn’t want to admit it, they had to acknowledge that without Space Ability, they couldn’t ensure they’d go unnoticed when entering the Human World.

Seeing the two fall silent, Aiers smirked and said, "Then I’ll go pack my things."

This ti, she was definitely going to bring the gift for her little one!

————

On the Central Star, Su Ruan planned to go out and buy so things.

After wandering for a while, she found a remote bench to sit on.

The air was laced with the scent of machinery, and as she took a deep breath, it seed like a trace of iron perated her body.

She fiddled with the Light Brain in her hand, saw no new ssages, and lifted her head to gaze at the empty street ahead.

Suddenly, intangible ripples seed to spread out, and Su Ruan instinctively felt a hint of abnormality.

But this feeling was fleeting, too quick to grasp.

Su Ruan stood up, frowning slightly, and looked around.

The street remained empty, showing no signs of anything amiss.

The sudden pang of unease vanished without a trace, as if it had rely been an illusion.

At that mont, the Light Brain chid.

It was Ye Chong asking her to co to school.

Su Ruan didn’t linger longer and quickly headed to the school.

Unbeknownst to her, not far away in an alley, a girl appeared out of thin air.

The girl was slim, yet she carried a backpack twice her size on her back. Her eyes were fixed intently ahead, with a hint of joy in them.

But when she looked around and didn’t see the person she wanted to et, the joy in her eyes faded instantly.

Even though she had Space Ability, it was not godlike enough to locate Su Ruan at any given mont.

The previous two encounters with her were due to sheer luck.

But it didn’t matter; as long as she was in the Human World, she would find her eventually.

She was sure Su Ruan was on this Central Star! Then she would be able to give her these gifts!

Aiers composed herself, packed up the two large bags of stuff, and then walked out.

To keep humans from realizing her true Insect Race identity, she even wore a hat to hide the small antennae sprouting from her black hair.

She walked out of the alley, unaware that Su Ruan had just left a few minutes earlier.

This fateful near-miss ant Aiers took so effort to find Su Ruan.

anwhile, Su Ruan hurriedly reached the school and t with Ye Chong.

Ye Chong had approved her sester’s work, and this ti he called her over to draw the tasks for the next sester.

They were still those seven black cards, laid out in front of Su Ruan, allowing her to draw one at random.

Su Ruan stared at the seven black cards; from their appearance, they were indistinguishable.

She looked at Ye Chong, curiously asking, "Teacher Ye, is the Logistics Departnt’s sester task always drawn like this? Are there no designated tasks?"

"None." Ye Chong waved his hand, "That’s how it is now."

Su Ruan: ...

She felt like she had enrolled in a rather unusual university.

Though she knew the Logistics Departnt at the Second Military University was sowhat unreliable, wasn’t this too much?

She thought she might be able to attend classes with students from other departnts next sester.

She was interested in the cha Combat course.

"Hurry and draw. Apart from the military uniform design, the other tasks are very difficult academic assignnts," Ye Chong urged, "Why else do you think I asked you to draw now? It’s because I’m afraid you won’t complete the tasks next sester."

"Just so you know, I won’t go easy on you just because the academic task is challenging."

Ye Chong lazily raised his eyes, tapping his desk with his weathered hands.

Su Ruan took a deep breath and selected a black card based on instinct.

"Let see," Ye Chong took the card, glanced at it, "Oh!"

Su Ruan: ?

What kind of reaction is that?

"Looks like you’ve got good luck." Ye Chong flipped the card open.

Su Ruan glanced over and saw two words written on the card.

[Insect Race]

Su Ruan was slightly taken aback.

Insect Race? What does that an?

"This is?" Su Ruan looked at Ye Chong in confusion.

Ye Chong put away the black card and said casually, "It ans you have to hunt the Insect Race and obtain important materials from them."

"But considering the Insect Race isn’t invading right now, you can complete this task in the Second World."

"Just complete the top ten Insect Race dungeons in the interstellar ranking. Rember to record the entire process and collect materials from the Insect Race; I’ll check them later."

Ye Chong stood up, lazily yawned.

"This will be your task for the next sester."

He said no more, yawning as he left.

Su Ruan never expected the Logistics Departnt to handle Insect Race matters; wasn’t this the task for the cha Combat Departnt?

No, it should be hunting the Insect Race; the most important part was acquiring valuable materials from them, right?

Ironically, so materials from the Insect Race were integral components of even S-Class chas.

Understanding this, Su Ruan also left the school.

She was probably the most idle person in the entire Second Military University, as she rarely visited the school even twice in a sester.

In the evening, Su Ruan told Lu Shinian about this matter.

After hearing it, Lu Shinian had only one response.

"I’ll accompany Ruan Ruan through these Insect Race dungeons."

Still thinking about learning the cha course, Su Ruan’s eyes lit up when she heard his words.

"Before that, can you teach how to pilot a cha?"

Her eyes shone brightly, almost dazzling Lu Shinian.

Under such expectant eyes, he couldn’t find any reason to refuse.

"Alright," he replied in a low voice, "I’ve also finished my recent tasks, so I’ll be available to teach you in the next two weeks."

"That’s great." Su Ruan proactively grabbed Lu Shinian’s large hand, smiling with curved eyebrows, "Can we start now?"
