The young face was handso and cool, the skin was smooth as jade, and his dark green eyes were so deep they were almost irresistible.
The purely black military uniform with golden patterns was both hard and radiant. Above the chest was the emblematic Golden Star Pattern of the Galaxy Empire, an epito of intricate grandeur.
The shoulder ranks displayed a six-pointed star rank insignia adorned with majestic golden thorn flowers, and the cufflinks, and collar buttons all showcased the noble elegance of an Imperial Soldier.
Out of the three major political entities in the universe, the Galaxy Empire’s military uniform was the best at blending splendor with a stern, steely resolve.
“Mr. Major General,” the butler bowed respectfully in greeting.
Fu Xing raised his hand and returned the gesture, his movents smooth and graceful.
“Has Lin Fu arrived?”
“Yes, Lady arrived this afternoon at the Star Port. The Second Young Master and Young Miss went to et her in person following your instructions. The Old Lady has yet to return from the fief.”
Fu Xing turned and sat in the high-backed chair behind him, propping his cheek with one hand, a trace of helplessness in his brow.
“Mother still cannot accept it.”
“No one would support the Old Lady. The Purple Wish Token is far more important than she imagines.”
“Indeed!” Fu Xing’s thin lips curved into a faint smile, “Using a Purple Wish Token in exchange for my marriage is an excellent deal for the family.”
The elderly butler bowed respectfully and kept silent at the right mont.
“The purpose behind the Purple Wish Token’s appearance can’t be so simple. There must be sothing unknown to us, and we must investigate thoroughly.”
Fu Xing suddenly stood up, and even through the screen, the butler could feel the strong pressure that inadvertently radiated from his movents.

Fu Xing snorted coldly, “What if it really does involve the Royal Family?”
“But… surely Lady has no connection with the Royal Family.” The butler trusted his own judgnt.
“Mr. Major General, regardless of whether there’s a deeper conspiracy, Miss Lin Fu is beautiful and kind, making her a fine marriage prospect. She has sworn that as long as she is your wife, she will love you, protect you, and support you.”
Fu Xing was taken aback, pausing for a long while before asking, “Did she really say that?”
“Yes, I have the recording.”
The butler quickly transmitted a piece of data.

The next day, after finishing breakfast, Lin Fu sat at her desk, staring blankly at the three docunts in front of her.
“The First Military Command College of the Empire is the highest military academy in the Galaxy Empire, gathering top talents from one hundred and sixty-three main star systems. The talents trained here are spread throughout the Cosmic Fleet and land forces. Among them, the Command Departnt is the most formidable, and Mr. Major General is an alumnus,” explained the butler as he finished introducing the first docunt, then, pointing to the second, “The Imperial Royal Starship Academy is the preferred choice for the Nobles, the Second Young Master attended it, and Princess Therese of the Royal Family is currently an honor student there.”
“Lastly, there is the Albert Officer Academy, which specializes in cultivating technical talent and was founded by Marshal Albert Defo, one of the most distinguished figures in the history of the Empire.”
After the butler finished the introduction, he looked at Lin Fu with a smile.
Lin Fu stared at the three recruitnt brochures in front of her, her hands trembling with excitent.
This was the dream of her forr life!
“So, Lady, which academy are you applying to?”
True to the pragmatic thoughts of the common folk, Lin Fu placed her hand on the application for the Albert Officer Academy.
“I probably won’t be able to get into the first two, given my level.” Because she had prepared herself ntally, she had looked into it on the way there.

The court maids each froze like cicadas in winter.
A beautiful princess with lovely rose-pink long hair had lost her composure and could no longer maintain her perfect etiquette.
Not until her personal lady-in-waiting, Nora, ca over, dismissed the maids, did the Princess realize she had been out of line.
“Your Highness, you are to be Empress soday, you cannot lose your temper over a trivial matter.”
“I’m sorry!” Princess Theresa lowered her slender and delicate neck, a tear rolling down from the corner of her eye, and said with sorrow, “How could Major General Fu Xing humiliate like this?
