The places the two frequented were vastly far apart, although they both attended the sa military academy, with an inland lake in between.
"What advice are you seeking?"
"Finding a high-quality, well-mannered boyfriend!" Stars twinkled in Qi Na’s eyes.
Qi Hang: "..."
He looked at his sister with an unfamiliar gaze and exclaid, "I hadn’t expected you to be so ambitious, good for you. At the very least, for the sake of your ambition, you should study hard."
"Uh... what did you say? I don’t understand."
"If you want to find an outstanding man like Major General Fu Xing, you should at least be outstanding yourself. Just like Lin Fu, only then can you deserve an outstanding man. Otherwise, why would any man like you? Is he blind?"
"But... doesn’t liking soone co down to genetics?"
"Ha! How naive!" Qi Hang didn’t hold back his ridicule, "You believe such nonsense ant to fool idiots? With your current state, don’t even dream about having anyone from the First Military Command College as a boyfriend. Are they blind? Why would they like you?"
"What’s wrong with ?" Indignant, Qi Na turned and asked the people dining around her, "Would you like ?"
Everyone shook their heads.
"Then would you like Lin Fu?" Qi Na asked, unwilling to accept it.
Everyone shook their heads frantically.
Qi Na imdiately felt smug, "See! Even though they don’t like , they dislike Sister Fu even more."
Qi Hang covered his face with one hand, "I think it’s not that they don’t like her. They’re just too scared to."
Qi Na, still defiant, turned her head to look.
Everyone frantically nodded, making the dining area an anomaly, drawing curious glances from people in other areas.
"Damn it!"
Qi Na was fuming and about to say sothing more when her brother reminded her, "Lin Fu and her friends are coming."
"Oh!"
Everyone had much respect for Lin Fu, the new student leader. Even Qi Na, known for her capricious nature, would subconsciously behave in Lin Fu’s presence.
Unbeknownst to Lin Fu herself.
Whoosh... A large group led by Elbert arrived, and without any courtesy, took the middle seats. Lin Fu imdiately spotted Qin Mo sitting by the window and after notifying Ivan, she walked over and sat down in front of him.
The dining Qin Mo raised his head in surprise.
Previously, he had always been the one making advances, which Lin Fu ignored.
Now that their relationship had turned sour, Lin Fu was taking the initiative.
This was getting interesting.
Others seated with Qin Mo, like Morris and the rest, all turned to look, but Lin Fu’s gaze was fixed on the handso man sitting next to Qin Mo. His black hair and green eyes sowhat resembled the Fu Family traits, although his facial features and contours were sharper and less refined.
Lin Fu had her suspicions but maintained an indifferent facade, saying to Qin Mo, "Aren’t you going to introduce us?"
The man didn’t wait for Qin Mo to introduce him and took the initiative to stand up, reaching out his hand, "Hello, you can call Su Ye. I’m Major General Fu Xing’s cousin. We are relatives, after all."
Lin Fu also stood up and shook his hand, "So, you’re the heir to the Deminas family. It’s a pleasure to et you."
"Please, have a seat," Su Ye said graciously, his manner impeccable and his conversation appropriate. "I really should’ve taken the initiative to visit my cousin and cousin-in-law."
"Family ties don’t matter much during competition," Lin Fu joked, also giving Su Ye an out for his earlier comnt.
She had noticed Su Ye, who often accompanied Qin Mo, was out of the ordinary but didn’t think much of it. After all, it wasn’t odd for people of any background to appear at the Galaxy Empire’s top-ranked military academy.
But since learning of her own heritage and overhearing conversations between Fu Xing and Principal Xia Zeming, Lin Fu suddenly realized many previously unnoticed details.
