A minor provocation, a small tactic, but executed perfectly.

Finally, the leader of Fenglin Military Academy spoke, feigning surprise. "This is the third section? Impossible. Given your Military Academy’s ranking, shouldn’t you be placed sowhere after the fifteenth section?"
Laughter erupted again.
Other Military Academies discussed quietly among themselves; even the high-level generals in the guest seats noticed the dispute and started discussing it softly.
