The man before her was none other than Murphy, the Galaxy Empire’s Foreign Minister, and one of the key figures in Therese’s faction, known for his deep strategies and high competence.
He had single-handedly crafted the favorable situation for Therese before, even surpassing Hughes who had more advantages.
As Foreign Minister, Murphy naturally had to deal with various interstellar affairs.
This ti the disputes at the Laniakea Battlefield between the Galaxy Empire and the Free Federation were his responsibility to negotiate.
Murphy had arrived at the Laniakea Battlefield earlier than the Eighth Fleet, hoping to resolve the dispute through negotiations, but the outco was known by all citizens of the empire.

They crushed the Free Federation, intimidated them, and thus they were then willing to sit down for talks.
“How… how could you be back so soon?” Therese asked incredulously.
“Thanks to Major General Fu Xing. He returned quickly, and I followed the Eighth Fleet back.”
Murphy’s smile remained warm, his deanor refined and springlike.
Upon hearing this, Therese’s expression imdiately changed.
“Hmph! It must be for that lowborn Lin Fu. I never thought that the cold and ruthless Major General Fu Xing could have his affections stirred.”
Murphy frowned upon hearing this, truly unable to comprehend how the naive and kind little princess had turned into the person before him.
He had initially not believed the rumors, but now he was forced to acknowledge them.
“Your Highness,” Murphy’s expression suddenly turned stern.
“Where is your poise? A lady should not readily speak disdainfully of ‘lowborns’. You disappoint greatly.”
