Song Zheng nodded frantically at the side, “To everyone at our academy, you are the ultimate enemy.” Then sighing, he added, “Sadly, we can’t muster the strength to truly hate. It’s like being deceived by a scoundrel, yet unable to bring ourselves to retaliate.”
“All right, cut the lodrama. Go on, do your work. Have a look at the testing hall to see if there are any good candidates,” Xia Zeming dismissed impatiently.
“Any good ones have already been snatched up by the First Military Academy.”
Though Song Zheng said this, he did not pause in his departure.

Soon after Fu Xing and Song Zheng left, a middle-aged man discreetly found a blind spot away from surveillance and quietly pressed a contact on his light computer.
He used voice call mode, not opening the three-dinsional holographic image.
“Did Major General Fu Xing really go?” ca the icy voice of Lady Nora.
The middle-aged man’s face flushed with excitent, “Lady Nora, you are indeed prescient. I just saw Mr. Major General with Dean Song myself, likely bringing his lady to register at the academy.”
“Mr. Major General is too presumptuous. The more he values that commoner, the more he slaps Her Highness the Princess in the face,” countered the woman mockingly, as if receiving a trendous insult.
“I agree,” the middle-aged man replied sycophantically.
“He’s telling everyone how much he values that commoner girl nad Lin Fu. The Fu Family has already acknowledged her.”
The middle-aged man felt inclined to banter, but dared not speak ill of Major General Fu Xing.
After all, slandering a distinguished Grand Duke was a grave cri.
“Jason Greno, Vice Dean, I am entrusting you with a task. I want Lin Fu to be rejected by the academy in the most humiliating way possible; ideally, it should beco a lifelong stain on her.”
