"Here you go, Mister White. Ten gold coins."

Solomon White stood outside the temple with his white shirt covered in bits of blood.

He collected the reward for the mission and prepared to leave. However, before he did, the religious man’s hand landed on his shoulder.

The man wore a saddened look on his face as he spoke. "D-did she... pass peacefully?"

It was common for hunters of Olaria to give the undead a peaceful return to the afterlife through prayer.

Solomon’s mind flashed back to the way the woman’s arm grew grotesque and exploded bits of bone into her brain, killing her in an instant.

He tried his best to show the man a comforting smile.

"She passed peacefully."

...

With the powers of the restoration vein established, Solomon returned to his circus tent and started to create a plan that would allow him to infiltrate the Valanian Kingdom and take down Prince Godrick.

The capital of the Valanian Kingdom was Vodengaard City, where the royal family lived.

Getting there wasn’t the problem. All he needed to do was find a horse.

The problem instead lies in the interior of the palace, and sohow making his way into the room of the young Prince.

To do this, he would need to learn the man’s schedule, and he could only think of one way to do this.

...

In the Olaria Palace...

Lucy Windelle sat in her bedroom preparing to offer her prayer to the God of Information.

Ever since she received the news of her marriage to the evil prince, her mood has been sour. The day dragged, and she found herself struggling to find any joy in her daily activities.

The only thing she looked forward to was her etings with The Clown. She would find peace and solace in that.

As her prayer was answered, she found herself drifting off into the god’s pink world and was invited to sit opposite the handso man in the clown suit.

As the pink clouds faded away from her body, revealing her body which was dressed in her white sleeping gown, she found the Clown staring at her with a serious face.

"T-thank you for answering my prayer, Sir Clown."

"Thank you for the prayer."

She noticed that the god’s expression seed more serious than usual. The playful, confident tone in his voice was no longer there.

Just as she was about to question it, the clown spoke first. This was already unusual in itself.

"Princess Lucy. Do you plan to visit Prince Godrick anyti soon?" He asked her seriously.

The question caught her off guard. She found herself stuttering over her words.

"Why- I an, y-yes. It is customary for the female to visit the male at his palace for a family dinner. Later this week, my father and I will be travelling to the Vodengaard Palace to et their family."

Perfect.

This was exactly the opportunity that Solomon was looking for. Now, he just needed to find a way to present his idea to the Princess.

If he wasn’t careful, he could expose himself in many ways.

Solomon sat back and crossed one leg over the other. He was able to fill himself with confidence, returning to his usual deanour.

"I am going to send Godrick to the afterlife."

He didn’t mince his words.

"..."

Lucy’s eyes went wide in disbelief. For a full minute, she was stunned on what to say...

At first, she wanted to express her shock.

The Clown is going to kill Prince Godrick. Why? Could it be because he’s looking out for ?

No, don’t be so self-centred Lucy! Although you have ford a relationship with the clown, that doesn’t an that his actions are always connected to you!

This is probably a part of so sort of greater plan that far exceeds my understanding.

Lucy fiddled with her dress nervously, but managed to keep her emotions from her face.

"W-why have you told this, Sir Clown?" She asked carefully.

Solomon flashed her a smile. "Because I want you to help ." He said in a casual manner, as if talking about the weather, and not making her an accomplice in death.

He could see the shock on her face, so he continued before she could ask any questions.

"On the day of your eting, I will need you to invite Godrick into a room. Try to get him by yourself and keep him there long enough for to find you. I will make it look like an intrusion. An assassination done by an enemy party within the prince’s own kingdom."

Lucy sat there and listened. As she did, she found many problems with the plan, and also extre dangers.

She wanted to refuse, but then she thought about the Prince, and her potential future with him.

Nothing could be worse than that.

So she decided to accept. To no surprise, the thought of the prince dying did not bother her. After all, the world would be a much, much better place without him.

And if the god that she worshipped wished to see him dead, then wasn’t it right for her to follow his will?

Lucy nodded her head with as much confidence as she could muster.

"I... I will do this for you, Sir Clown. However, there is only one question that I would like to ask you regarding this mission."

Solomon didn’t respond. Lucy knew that his silence was often an invitation for her to continue.

If he didn’t wish to answer her question, then he simply wouldn’t.

Lucy gulped before speaking. "Why do you wish to send Prince Godrick to the afterlife?" She asked hopefully.

Solomon had expected the question. After all, the timing was perfect.

The day after he had found out that Lucy would be married off to an evil man, the Clown suddenly decided that the man needed to die.

So, he didn’t bother hiding his true intentions.

"When you earn yourself the favour of a god, they might begin performing small, convenient miracles for you."

Lucy took in the words and tried her best to process them. Afterwards, she couldn’t help but start smiling.

"T-thank you, Sir Clown! Is there anything I can do for you in return?"

Ah, a question I was waiting for you to ask.

Solomon found that he did indeed have a request for the orange-haired princess. One that he would have been hesitant to ask, before his eventful ti spent with Goddess Juniper.

"There is sothing you can do for ." He said, struggling to keep the smile from his face."

"Anything!" Lucy replied.

"I would like you to bend over the chair, pull your underwear down, and present yourself to ."
