Chapter 820: Chapter 821: Chen Tongtian’s Past

Basically, everyone in China Town knows that Chen Tongtian made a particularly serious mistake before. If it weren’t for his mother’s strong protection, he would probably have been burnt to ashes buried underground by now. So in his view, Su Changfeng’s words sounded like a deliberate attack on him.

Only cowards hide behind won when things go wrong; these words sounded incredibly irritating to Chen Tongtian.

Su Changfeng himself didn’t realize that his casually spoken comnt hit Chen Tongtian’s sore spot, mainly because he didn’t know Chen Tongtian’s past and wasn’t interested in investigating such low-level opponents’ information.

Seeing Chen Tongtian’s angry expression, Su Changfeng frowned. He didn’t understand what had provoked Chen Tongtian, but could soone like this really stop him?

"A piece of advice for you — get lost." Su Changfeng said coldly.

Upon hearing this, Chen Tongtian imdiately swung a punch at Su Changfeng, trying to vent his anger through sheer force.

But Su Changfeng’s speed was faster; in a blink, he had already grasped Chen Tongtian’s neck and hoisted him up directly.

"Trash like you thinks you can qualify to be my opponent?" Su Changfeng said coldly.

Mu Yang and another mber of the team had seen Su Changfeng’s skills before, so they weren’t surprised at Su Changfeng’s actions. However, the Naxi people, though they had heard from Mu Yang, remained skeptical, as Su Changfeng couldn’t possibly take down that burly bald-headed guy all by himself.

Chen Tongtian, though an adult, looked like a re rag doll in Su Changfeng’s hands.

Chen Tongtian was internally panicking, not even expecting Su Changfeng to be so skilled. He felt his breathing becoming more difficult, as though death was beckoning him, with only powerless struggles remaining.

However, Su Changfeng wasn’t a person who kills indiscriminately, so he just threw Chen Tongtian aside and left.

With a loud bang, Chen Tongtian was violently smashed to the ground, the pain from which prevented him from standing up and forced him only to watch Su Changfeng swagger away.

Mu Yang’s team mbers looked on at Su Changfeng’s retreating figure, now believing what Mu Yang said about Su Changfeng single-handedly smashing up the bald guy’s turf wasn’t a lie.

"Why did Chen Tongtian get angry for nothing?" Su Changfeng asked Mu Yang in puzzlent.

Su Changfeng’s question made Mu Yang chuckle. Back then, that incident was known by basically every family in the Chinese Town of M Country, and Mu Yang had witnessed the whole event firsthand, clearly knowing how embarrassed Chen Tongtian was at that ti.

"You poured salt directly on Chen Tongtian’s wound," Mu Yang said.

"Hmm?" Hearing Mu Yang’s explanation, Su Changfeng realized there was more to the story, and smilingly asked, "What happened?"

"Previously, Chen Tongtian made a particularly serious mistake and his then-enemy threatened to kill him. At that ti, Chen Tongtian was too scared to leave his house, but the enemy ca directly to his ho, demanding a life for a life. Those words scared Chen Tongtian so much he wet himself on the spot, constantly hiding behind his mother’s back, trembling. If it wasn’t for Chen Tongtian’s mother’s exhaustive efforts to save him, the grass on his grave would be over a ter high by now," Mu Yang explained.

Su Changfeng was taken aback after hearing this, not expecting his casual remark to hit Chen Tongtian’s sore spot directly.

Only cowards hide behind won when things go wrong; back then, Chen Tongtian hid behind his mother without daring to face facts, so no wonder he beca so angry suddenly.

Su Changfeng then laughed and said, "Scared so much he wet himself on the spot; wonder how many pairs of pants his family still has. When I have ti, I might send him a few pairs."

This comnt made Mu Yang and his team laugh out loud, admiration for Su Changfeng growing. They had been harboring this grievance in their hearts, and at last, had a chance to vent it.

"Brother Su, Chen Tongtian’s thods are particularly devious, so be careful," Mu Yang advised Su Changfeng.

"He seems like a typical rogue, but if he dares to act recklessly, I’ll make him experience wetting his pants from fear once again," Su Changfeng said calmly, not viewing Chen Tongtian as worthy of his serious consideration.

Mu Yang was very curious about what kind of person Su Changfeng really was. There wasn’t such a figure in China Town before, and if he had developed only in recent years, his family’s foundation shouldn’t be deep. So how could he dare go head-to-head with Chen Tongtian?

Moreover, Su Changfeng picked him as the team’s driver, so his opponents wouldn’t just be Chen Tongtian alone, but also An Shiwen, who was responsible for his downfall, making An Shiwen the least wanting to see him succeed again.

Nevertheless, Su Changfeng didn’t seem to place these two wealthy scions in his heart.

Upon entering the venue, many garages were bustling with activity. In a few days, there would be an internal entertainnt-like competition. Despite the claim of entertainnt, these rich kids all cared about their reputations, each wanting to win. Therefore, their teams exerted all efforts, unwilling to slack off.

Mu Yang’s appearance caused many to react as if they’d seen a ghost, as he was the one who had been expelled from the racetrack, and An Shiwen had publicly declared in China Town that anyone aiding Mu Yang was going against him, preventing anyone from offering any help to Mu Yang.

"Has this kid gone insane, daring to make Mu Yang his driver?"

"I think this guy simply doesn’t know An Shiwen’s power. He’s asking to die."

"I’m curious how long this idiot can last once An Shiwen learns about this."

A group of young heirs gathered, vehently debating this issue, as to them, Su Changfeng’s actions clearly provoked An Shiwen, but provoking An Shiwen most certainly results in being trapped between life and death.
