“Let her go,” Ye Qingtian replied.
“Let her go?” Zhu Lie said in shock. Liu Lili had taken Ye Nianhai, which in his eyes was a death sentence. Even though matters in the underworld shouldn’t involve family, this situation with Su Changfeng was different and didn’t require such rationale.
“This matter has nothing to do with Liu Lili, and her daughter probably doesn’t know anything about it,” Ye Qingtian stated. Given Liu Lili’s status before she disappeared, she couldn’t have been in contact with Shangguan Xuanjie, nor would Shangguan Xuanjie have collaborated with her.
“Do you already have so information, Old Master?” Zhu Lie couldn’t help but ask.
There was no information, but Ye Qingtian had reason to suspect that Sun i was likely behind the whole affair, though he couldn’t find any concrete evidence.

“Is there really no way to help Changfeng?” Zhu Lie asked bitterly.
“If there were, do you think I’d be sitting here?” Ye Qingtian said with a wry smile. If there were any way to help Su Changfeng, Ye Qingtian wouldn’t stand idly by.
But in the current situation, there was indeed no possibility. Ye Qingtian understood the power of the Shangguan Family. If he were to forcibly intervene, it would only cause more trouble for Su Changfeng.
Hearing Ye Qingtian’s words, Zhu Lie felt drained and lowered his head.

“Let her co here,” Tang Qiulu said.

“I trust Aunt Liu’s character. She definitely wouldn’t do such a thing. Even if she disappeared with Ye Nianhai, she must have been taken away. We need help at ho, so let her co to the villa,” Tang Qiulu said.
Tang Qiulu never believed Liu Lili would betray Su Changfeng and disappear with Ye Nianhai. She knew Liu Lili’s character and was certain Liu Lili wouldn’t do such a thing.
“Are you worried that Chen Qingqing will be implicated because of this matter?” Zhu Lie said helplessly. The situation had already reached such a point, yet Tang Qiulu still worried about outsiders’ safety.
“No matter what, we are responsible for this, and her mother got involved because of it,” Tang Qiulu said.
“Sister-in-law, being kind-hearted is truly good, but sotis too much kindness doesn’t yield good results,” Zhu Lie cautioned.

Zhu Lie nodded without further insistence and said, “Alright, I’ll have them bring Chen Qingqing to the villa.”
When Chen Qingqing entered the Mountain Villa, it was the first ti she realized her mother had lived in such an opulent house and truly understood the extent of Su Changfeng’s wealth.
Tang Qiulu introduced herself to Chen Qingqing and ntioned how Liu Lili and Ye Nianhai had disappeared together.
Chen Qingqing didn’t make excuses for Liu Lili but said she believed Liu Lili wouldn’t do sothing to betray Su Changfeng.
“I also believe your mom wouldn’t do such a thing. If you don’t feel wronged, you can help with so chores here. It would also make your situation a bit safer,” Tang Qiulu said.
