Chapter 185: Sudden Change
The others panicked, seeing that Wang Hao jumped out of the ship. Even though Wang Hao has a soul body now, the environnt in the Dreamworld made it material and substantial. That ans that in the Dreamworld, Wang Hao’s soul can be damaged by physical attacks.
And a fall from the sky was a damn heavy hitter.
Everyone in the ship stared out of the door, trying to see if Wang Hao was still alive or not.
Roxy scratched her head, clearly confused on why Wang Hao did that.
“Why did he not even coat himself with protective qi? If he had done that, his fall should have been mitigated!” Roxy asked as she stared at Wang Hao’s unmoving body from above.
Gabrielle replied with a misty voice,
“I think Master Wang Hao has an unfathomable plan. We had no way of understanding it, so I think we should just watch and see what happens.”
Roxy raised her eyebrows as she looked Gabrielle with scrutiny. “Maybe it just , but I seem to notice that you were treating Master Wang Hao like that since earlier. What happened between you two that made you like that huh?”
Upon hearing this, Gabrielle’s reddened from the mories of Wang Hao earlier. This redness was not due to bashfulness, but due to fear to Wang Hao. That’s just how Gabrielle’s body reacts under fear.
But on the view of everyone, Gabrielle’s redness indicates that she and Wang Hao might have done sothing that was embarrassing to Gabrielle.
“Don’t tell ... you did so naughty things earlier while we were still unconscious?” Roxy’s eyes widened as she gave Gabrielle an inquisitive stare. “I did not expect you to grab the succulent flesh first. Lucky you.”
“Ah no I did not!” Gabrielle shouted while being embarrassed. “I just saw Wang Hao doing so things... and he made swear to not tell anyone about it.”
“Liar!”
“I did not lie!”
Jieshu tilted her head as she stared at the bickering Roxy and Gabrielle. She pointed to the two won and asked sothing about them. The way she talked was eerily similar to a book-holding bespectacled man who saw a butterfly.
“Is this a harem?”
Uranus face-pald after hearing that coming from Jieshu herself. She did not reply, only thinking to herself,
“Don’t you even notice that Wang Hao was making so moves on you? Is this a harem? Co on, if you do not open your eyes, you will be in that harem too!”
Jieshu’s awkward question stopped the quarrel between Roxy and Gabrielle. Jieshu paused, clearly still waiting for the answer to her question.
“.....”
Uranus sighed and was about to talk when she heard roars and people approaching the ship. They looked, and they saw the followers of Jieshu hovering outside the door.
Due to their cover, Uranus could not see any of their emotions. But from their body language, it was clear that sothing has happened. Uranus looked down, and she saw Wang Hao’s body gone, along with the portal and the hydra.
“Wait where is Wang Hao?” Uranus imdiately asked Jieshu’s followers. “Since you were here already, kindly explain it to us.”
“.....” To Uranus’ dismay, they did not speak at all. A few minutes passed by, and nothing still happened. She was about to let loose her temper on Huo Huangdi when Jieshu suddenly spoke up.
“My followers only follow my orders. Telling them to talk would not make them talk unless its who says so.”
“Why did you just tell that to us now?” Uranus complained in her mind. “If you said that earlier, that awkward wait might have not happened!”
Jieshu then approached her followers and imperiously said,
“Tell us what happened to him.”
“Yes, your highness.” The followers gave Gabrielle a salute as they started talking.

“Ah.” Surprisingly, Wang Hao felt no pain after landing on the ground. It was as if the energy of the fall did not affect him at all.
Wait, the fall did not affect him at all?
Wang Hao felt happy, thinking that maybe the backlash had been removed already. But to his dismay, that was not the case.
Wang Hao jumped out of the ship earlier because he was thinking only life-and-death experiences can force him to regain his abilities.
His gamble paid off, just slightly.
He managed to only regain his ability to absorb energy, but not manipulating it. That ans Wang Hao can absorb any attacks given to him now, but he cannot do any attacks with the energy around him.
That ans he’s all for defense now.
As for his Space-Ti Gyroscope, he still cannot use it as of now yet.
“Well at least I am already near there.” Wang Hao thought to himself as he continued laying down on the ground. It may be just him, but the grass on the ground felt comfortable for him. It felt good to just lay down there, so he never tried to move.

The hydra and Jieshu’s followers gave Wang Hao an odd look after seeing that he was not moving, even though he was clearly fine and well.
“Roar!” To the surprise of the trio, they saw the four heads of the hydra letting out a new sound. Compared to its roars earlier, the roars of the hydra were now filled with desperation, and hope?
In just a blink of an eye, the hydra waved its hand and it disappeared along with the portal and Wang Hao. The trio could only stare at everything that disappeared. Upon seeing that nothing else happened, they decided to go back to report to Jieshu.
As for Wang Hao, he felt the shifting in the surroundings. He knew this has sothing to do with the hydra. Once he was sure the surroundings were already stable, Wang Hao stood up, examining his surroundings.
Right now, Wang Hao was inside a large cave stashed with many treasures. Gold coins and various jewels adorned the walls, as precious materials littered the floor. Wang Hao’s eyes sparkled, knowing where he was brought at.
This was the Multi-Headed Hydra’s lair.
“So you also appreciate these treasures. You have a fine eye indeed.” Wang Hao looked back, and he saw a mature and graceful woman staring at him.
“Yo...”
The woman facing Wang Hao now was one that reached the pri age of her beauty. Her current appearance was that of a 27-30 year old woman. She had long black, hair that reached until her waist. Her dainty white skin managed to fit well with the black clothes that she wore.
The clothes that she wore hugged her body perfectly, showing Wang Hao curves comparable to that of Xiao Ya. Paired with her mature charm, this woman was a legitimate planet-toppling beauty.
One more thing unique about her was a symbol of flower with six petals on her forehead. Wang Hao sighed in relief, now sure that this woman was also sealed like him.
“So you think I am mature huh. Thanks for the complint.” The woman giggled slightly as she hid her face with a fan.
This coquettish attitude of hers managed to spur Wang Hao into talking to her. “So you are the Multi-Headed Hydra?”
“What gives you the right to ask questions!” Shockingly, the woman’s seductive expression changed into that of a raging person. Gone were her flirty eyes and licking lips. They were instead replaced by gritted teeth and pissed-off eyes.
“Wait what?” Wang Hao was surprised by the sudden change in her attitude. First she was flirty, now she was angry? Talk about changing minds too fast!
“You still have the gall to talk to huh? Seems like I need to discipline you more!” The woman’s aura peaked as she prepared to attack Wang Hao.
“Calm down!” Wang Hao roared back, feeling wronged from being yelled at by this woman. “You brought here right? Where is your hospitality?”
“Hick, I’m sorry!” The woman suddenly cried, losing all her anger at Wang Hao. She huddled at the corner of the cave, trembling miserably. Wang Hao could hear her muttering “I am nobody and I should just die, yes, I am a useless person....” She ignored Wang Hao’s comforting words as she just continued sobbing and bemoaning about her miserable existence.
Wang Hao’s eyes twitched as he realized what was happening.
Everyti a Multi-Headed gains a stage, it gains a new head and a new dao/law to learn. Aside from this, nobody else knew what else the hydra gains.
But with Wang Hao’s eting with her, he realized that each new head that arrives gives the Multi-Headed Hydra new personalities!
That ans this woman right in front of Wang Hao had multiple personalities!
Wang Hao laughed hollowly, realizing the that his talk with the woman will be of the most imnse difficulty.
“Well what can I do now except to face is HEAD-on?”
“....”
The woman did not comnt on the s**t pun as she continued her miserable mumbling.
