Heavenly qi would undoubtedly appear again during the god’s birth. Though training inner qi was traditionally done in mountain caves which were rich in earth qi, this ti we needed to do the opposite of that since heavenly qi would undoubtedly appear in the sky. I consulted many scholars and they all agreed that training outdoors was best for it.

Everyone in the Ancient Hill Forest chipped in to build a large sky platform. Since we were pressed for ti, it was a simple tower made of bamboo instead of a proper one made of carved stone. We did manage to pool enough of our resources to hire an old master to inscribe it with a qi-gathering formation.

The non-cultivators among us arranged shared accommodations in the village hall for the children who needed care while their parents absorbed the heavenly qi.

I hope I make a breakthrough again.
