Shana glanced at the crying nymphs and let out a sigh.

Even those from different tribes expressed their

"Shivani, what are we going to do?" Shawarna asked. Her heart was stuffy causing her speech to be disoriented.

"We’ll prepare for a funeral later. Prepare the boat and gather treasures. Have soone carved the horns for the ceremony later or if we don’t find any, just make a drum with the fish skin." Shivani said, dismissed the nymphs and had the body be transported into her room in the anti.

"Alright." Shawarna wiped off the tears on her face and accepted the order.

Thalassa slipped and followed the nymphs carrying the body comprising of Shillo and other nymphs. Shana spotted her figure and wanted to follow her but she was stopped by soone before she can climb the stairs.

Upon arriving at the Priestess’ room, they placed the body on the sponge bed.

Shillo curiously looked at the Oceanid’s body closely. So this is the rumored King, she looked so different from us. Shillo stated in her mind.

A series thudding noises echoed from behind her.

Shillo spun her head, looked behind her, and saw a nymph whose right hand and arm had a hideous burnt wood. Her eyes abruptly caught sight of the nymphs knocked out on the icy floor.

Recalling sothing that the Champion said before they embarked on a trip, Shivani called Shana about an important matter.

"What is it?" Shana asked. Her brows creased a little bit because of frustration.

Shivani whispered in Shana’s ears.

Shana’s eyes widen. She quickly grabbed Shivani’s arm and dragged her to the stairs, "We need to get down."

They heard a faint scream, and loud thumping noises. The two imdiately quickened their pace and when they manage to reach the room, the King’s body was gone and so was Shillo, leaving a partly destroyed room and unconscious nymphs.

They heard another splash coming from behind and realized that the culprit hadn’t gone far away.

"Search the premises!" Shivani instantly commanded before the two jumped down in the sea ignoring the hot temperature.

A few minutes before another Major league restarted, the ace that doesn’t miss a bat and her teammates were looking the any signs of survivors which they could ask about but so far, only charred unrecognizable corpses registered within their sight.

"Chef Long, how’s your mission?" Unable to determine if the targets of their mission were still alive, Chunhua thought a way to get them a clue.

Haoran imdiately check his mission progress and saw the rate of progress changed. "It’s 75% now."

"75%?" Chunhua fell into deep thought. Is the system saying that half of the governnt already been dealt with?

The foodie crew was not used to such grueso scenes. They hopped onto Chunhua’s shoulders, cuddled together and closed their eyes.

Triton levitated closer to the corpses and observed their features. It’s the sa height as those violent kids that tried to rob the brat.

For so reason, he couldn’t help but associate them to a particular race in his distant mory that seed to be blurred and no matter how much he tried to recall further, his head was in pain which is very surprising considering he was spirit that was incapable of feeling pain any more.

Even more so, he forgot the na of his ho planet? What was it? Hy-...Hy-...sothing along that line...

Suddenly a voice obviously belonging to soone who was extrely agitated entered their ears.

"You little twerps."

Chunhua and the others looked ahead and saw soone standing near the cave entrance. His robe had traces of getting burned revealing leather clothes inside and half of hoodie was clearly torn with so smoke and fire still arising from the top.

For a second there, Chunhua thought he was a candle with his white hair being exposed and burning serving as the wick.

Sensing Chunhua’s stare, the halfling touched the top of his hood and realized it was burning.

He yanked off his hoodie exposing his aged face that seems older than Grandpa Trident.

Triton raised his brows finding the angry fellow familiar.

[Advance Appraisal Skill Activated]

Chunhua thought her appraisal skill wouldn’t work but she was surprised it did. However, what she saw wasn’t completely a good news.

[Halfling Elder Mage Cannoneer- Hidden Boss Level 213 (HP: 5, 600, 000/ 5, 600, 000)

-STR: 890/ DEF: 469/ STA: 220/ AGI: 840/ DEX: 1404/ INT: 1330]

Triton: Would you look at that, the galaxies are so small. I didn’t think I would see him here.

"You know him Grandpa?" Caught off guard, Chunhua inquired.

Triton: I know him. I have fought with him once. His na should be Limnad if I rember it correctly.

It was during a preliminary competition in the Taoist School.

The second sentence was not said to Chunhua otherwise, Triton would have been bugged by soone who missed her ho.

Limnad?

Chunhua recalled Uncle Ron’s stories and the hairs on the back of her neck stood.

Isn’t he supposed to be dead? Could what Uncle Ron told her was fake news?

Haoran was also able to see the prompt and his guts told him it wasn’t good.

"I thought it was soone powerful but you got this kid. As long as you can close in and deliver a fatal blow, you can win the battle." Triton added but his cheers made no effect to Chunhua.

A mage cannoneer was a class with massive damage output and if his dexterity is high as 1300, he was no different from a walking turret that can shot multiple types of attacks at once and most of their attacks are AOE causing dodging to be difficult.

With the island bare of any structures that can shield them, staying in this place only ant trouble and she doesn’t even know if he possessed PEN skills that can ignore defenses.

Since Grandpa had fought with this guy. She needs to know what skills Limnad possesses in order to have better chance in winning.

"Let’s retreat first, Chef Long." She shouted but Limnad after getting played by the teors earlier was mad and he had no intention of letting off those who made fun of him. He couldn’t sense another group of living beings nearby which only ant they were the ones behind the incident minutes ago.

Haoran also thought that the place was unsuitable to engage in a fight. He quickly grabbed Chunhua’s hand and they fled out of the island and headed towards the Clam.

Triton: Kid, he’s not that powerful. You can beat his ass.

Chunhua, recalling the DEX and the halfling’s Tier level: "..." She really wanted to say, ’How about you do the fighting Grandpa.’

"Where do you think you’re going?" The staff in Limnad’s hand glowed and transford into two large red cannons which he imdiately carried on both of his hands before activating [Rapid Fire].

Similar sounds when the Gatling Gun release a barrage of shots echoed in the Island.
