The two words Hannah Collins flickered on the phone screen, and those slightly pale hands pressed the answer button.

"Norman Bennett, I know where Little Sprout will be."

Hannah’s loud voice ca through the phone, sounding sowhat hurried, as if she was walking.

The three words Little Sprout were like a lightning bolt that awakened him, and he imdiately inquired, "Where?"

Hannah said, "I can’t explain over the phone, you need to prepare equipnt for five people for ."

As soon as these words fell, Norman Bennett unconsciously furrowed his brow, pondering for a few seconds before asking, "When will you arrive?"

"I’ll arrive by tomorrow morning."

"Alright." After hanging up the phone, he called out, "Raymond Wood."

...

―――Near Galloway Pier.

Elliana Lyle was sitting in a car, the vehicle cruising along the boulevard, while the old man Brooke sat next to her. Thankfully, the old man didn’t get handsy with her and was behaving himself.

"Where are we going?"

She had asked this several tis, yet the old man Brooke simply kept his eyes closed, unwilling to say anything or even open his eyes.

She was getting a bit angry yet felt helpless, as iron bands were around her wrists. Even though there was so slack, she couldn’t break free, with the other end attached to the seat.

The sa applied to her ankles.

Her arm was also wrapped with a piece of gauze.

A few hours earlier, she was still in her room, but after the door was opened by others, several ard n rushed in, rudely pushing her into Brooke’s study.

In the process of being pushed around, she fell at the entrance of Brooke’s study. Trying to protect her stomach at the ti, she injured her hand, scraping off a layer of skin.

It hurt, yes, but as long as she didn’t touch it, it wasn’t unbearable.

Because of this, old man Brooke took care of those who had pushed her, right in front of her; the scene almost made her faint from fright.

Afterwards, Brooke took her to bandage her wounds, and she ended up in the car, in her current state.

At this mont, old man Brooke suddenly opened his eyes, looking at her and said, "Miss Lyle, the place I’m taking you to is a very beautiful place, but you’re not like the others, you’re my own angel."

Again, he ntioned the others. She really wanted to et these ’others’, while also beginning to fear.

Anything the old man Brooke said should be taken in reverse; a beautiful place must an a horribly terrifying place.

She had no clue what kind of place it was, so she continued, asking, "What’s the na of the place?"

Old man Brooke didn’t continue to reply, just looked at her amicably, which unsettled her.

At this mont, Brooke suddenly reached out to her, and instinctively she backed away, but she bumped against her wound, gasping from the pain!

"You promised that if I didn’t agree, you wouldn’t touch !" In this ergency, she could only hope Brooke kept his word.

However, old man Brooke rely smiled at her, then stretched out his hand to the top of her head, gently smoothing her forehead hair.

After that, he retracted his hand and said, "Miss Lyle, I don’t want to wait too long. My days can’t outlast a beautiful angel. I want to have you by next month, today is the 27th."

Next month? That ans in just three days!

Just as she was still in shock, the car stopped, and soone untied her restraints, with a maid helping her out of the car.

At first glance, it was the sea, and beside the sea was the pier.
