Ashton's POV
When I heard my girlfriend sing, I couldn't help but stare, and I was stunned. The hair at the back of my neck stood. gan has a beautiful voice, and I wanted to listen to her as I watched her beautiful face, even if her eyes were closed. She is very talented, but she didn't know about it, and I can tell that she is shy to sing in front of a crowd, but I could tell she could be a good singer if she wanted to be, and my heart swelled with happiness as I look at her carried away by her music. And I want to take her into my arms and hug her because I want her to know that I care for her.
gan looked so hot while her smooth fingers were strumming her guitar without a care in the world while she was engrossed with every lyric of her song. And I feel so lucky to be with her as of the mont, and I am delighted that she shared her talent with . I know I look like an idiot looking at her lovely face because of the expression on my face. And when she opened her srizing eyes and looked at , I could tell there was no turning back because I was falling in love with gan.
I feel so happy that she enjoyed her stay at my grandfather's estate, and I don't want to go ho yet because I still want to spend more ti with my girlfriend, but I don't want her to get worried because I know she constantly thinks about her howork and lessons. Besides, I don't want her parents to get angry with for taking her ho very late. And I also wanted to et her family before going ho to our house in Astikoz hills. I want to know gan. I am serious with her, and I am not playing with her heart.
I already knew that she would love the treehouse, and I wanted to bring her here again to spend another quality ti. I know she is always busy with her work and studies, but I will convince gan that she needs to have a break once in a while. I know I am also busy with the hectic schedule of my football practice, but I will find more ti to be with my girl. I will never waste my second chance with gan.
"Ashton, I am so happy that you ca, and you bring gan with you. No wonder you like her, son. Your girlfriend is beautiful, and we want her too, and you told once about your dad, don't listen to Gregory. You are still young, but I can see the look in your eyes as you gazed at her. And this is the first ti I have seen you this way, and I am so happy. I thought you didn't have ti for love, and now I realized you finally t the girl that you like." My grandfather said the mont we returned to the house.
"Thank you, grandpa, and thank you also for the food you prepared for us, it was superb, and we had a good ti swimming in the lake. We will co back soon." I said, and my grandpa's face lit up. I know he always wanted us to co and visit them.
"I love it that you have a girlfriend now because you are planning to visit us more often, and you take good care, son. Your grandma and I will be waiting for your next visit, and I want you to inform in advance so that we can prepare your favorite food." My grandfather said. I can feel the sadness in my heart as we say goodbye to them.
I drove away from my grandparents' house while gan waved her hands to my grandma and grandpa, and I couldn't stop myself from grinning. I felt so happy that gan fell in love with the place. I turn on my stereo, and this ti gan sings along with the artist. I know the guys in our school will beco crazier about gan the mont they hear her sings, and I felt so glad she didn't participate during school programs, or else I couldn't stop myself from feeling jealous.
Halfway through our drive, my girlfriend fell asleep, and she looked so adorable, and I know she got so tired from swimming. I continued to drive with a beautiful smile on my face, and the mont we arrived in the city, I felt so glad that we were almost there at her house. I don't want to wake up gan because she looks like an angel sleeping, and it seems like she is sleeping soundly, but we need to get inside her house so that her parents will not worry about her.
gan was a little disoriented when I woke her up, but she smiled when she realized we had arrived at her house. I brought all her belongings as we got inside their house.
"Dad, et Ashton, Ashton this is my father." gan introduced to her dad since he was the only one who I hadn't t yet.
"Good evening, sir," I said to her father, and I could feel my knees suddenly wobbled since gan's father was intimidating.
"Are you my daughter's boyfriend?" He directly asked , and he was looking into my eyes.
"Yes, sir, I am," I answered without hesitation, and I heard gan's sister giggle.
"Welco to our ho, son." He said, and I released a sigh of relief when he offered his hand to , and then he tapped my shoulder and asked to sit down, and we talked, and I felt so glad gan's father loves football too.
"Honey, please let Ashton eat his dinner first, they had a long drive, and I can tell they are both starving." gan's mom said, and his father sweetly smiled at his wife, and I could tell gan's parents are so in love with each other like my mom and dad.
"Of course, please go to the kitchen now, kids. Enjoy your al, and it is nice to et you, Ashton. I hope to watch one of your gas, and I know you are good, son." He said.
"I hope you can, Mr. Corteza," I replied, and he bead at , and he said good night to us as he walked to the stairs while gan held my hand as she guided to the dining room. It was a bit late, but her mom was right. I am starving, and I can tell the sa with gan. I want to take my girlfriend to a fancy restaurant, but we don't have ti, and I like this because I was able to et her parents.
I said goodbye to gan's mom and Ava since her dad had already gone upstairs, and the mont gan walked to my car, I couldn't stop smiling because I like her family. They welcod warmly, and I was no longer nervous when we ca across Dexter, who ca from his work. I could tell he looked so tired, but when he found us on the driveway, he smiled and waved his hand at us.
"Goodnight, gan, and thank you for spending ti with . I want to let you know, and it was a fantastic date ." I said, and she bead at , and I could no longer stop myself from kissing her lips after I saw her brother got inside the house. And I smiled when I made her breathless.
"I love spending ti with you too," gan replied, and she said goodbye to . And I didn't want to leave her house, and I knew I had beco a different person after making gan, my girlfriend.
"Hey! It seems to you had a wonderful day with your girlfriend!" My brother said the mont he got inside my room.
"Yeah, I did, and we had an amazing ti swimming at the lake," I replied.
"Next ti, inform in advance so I can bring Sherry," Lennon said, and I bead at my brother.
"That would be aweso," I said.
"So, how's gan's brother?" He asked, and I looked at him in the eyes.
"We are good, at least he allowed gan to date again, sa with Isabelle; I don't know what happened between Isabelle and Dexter, but I could tell they are both hurting, and I don't think gan's brother has a girlfriend now since he was always busy with his work. As per gan, her brother has two jobs right now." I responded.
"Well, I guess maybe dad was the reason why Dexter broke up with Isabelle," Lennon said.
"Maybe, and I don't want gan to break up with because of dad. I admit I am already upset with him because he hated for playing my favorite sports, and I don't know what will happen if he will intervene with my relationship with gan." I replied.
"I think you have to brace yourself for the worst, but I am sure you will never allow our father to ruin gan's future, Ashton, so be ready for the worst to co, enjoy the mont with gan, I hope dad will allow you to be with her, and he will not find ways to make gan stays away from you," Lennon said.
"Yeah, I know, and I am hoping the sa thing," I replied, and my brother said good night to before he left my room, and I admit I am affected by his words. And even if I was so happy with my date with gan, I couldn't stop myself from worrying about her.. I know I need to protect gan from my dad, and I hope she will not leave the mont my dad gets in the picture and ruin what we have.
