"Cough cough!" Ye Wanwan was drinking a beverage when she heard Zhang Xinyue’s words and couldn’t help coughing, her face showing a slightly embarrassed expression.

However, she couldn’t control her gossiping heart and cautiously shifted her gaze to Song Ziyi, a bit curious herself.

Song Ziyi was already embarrassed to death by Zhang Xinyue’s comnt, only to find Ye Wanwan looking at her as if watching a lively show, making things even worse!

"What kind of person does that! Who discusses whether soone is capable or not in public!" Song Ziyi said through gritted teeth, her face red with anger.

"It was you who brought it up first," Zhang Xinyue said with an innocent face.

Driven to frustration, Song Ziyi bared her teeth at Zhang Xinyue, but obviously, that wouldn’t scare anyone.

A little while later, Song Ziyi changed the subject and said mysteriously, "I just got back and heard so juicy gossip!"

Ye Wanwan looked at Song Ziyi, and Zhang Xinyue also gave Song Ziyi a look that clearly ant for her to spill the beans quickly.

"It’s about this morning when we went to the Ji Family’s old mansion, Ji Yunting’s little niece was clinging to him, crying because her fiancé cheated on her!" Song Ziyi exclaid.

"Ji Yunting’s little niece." Ye Wanwan thought carefully, "Is that the girl who caught the bouquet at your wedding?"

"That’s her!" Song Ziyi nodded vigorously.

"I rember she seed quite fond of her fiancé." Ye Wanwan had only seen the girl once at the wedding, where the young lady had made a point of snatching the bouquet and showing it off to her fiancé.

"Yeah, she was so heartbroken this morning. Ji Yunting is quite fond of Ji Chenghuan, and his face looked awful when he heard the news this morning. I bet Ji Chenghuan’s fiancé will be in trouble!" Song Ziyi declared with conviction.

Ye Wanwan didn’t know exactly how that guy was going to suffer, but however it was, he deserved it!

After discussing the niece, Song Ziyi went on to talk about so other trivial matters until the waiter ca to serve the dishes, and only then did she stop.

Ye Wanwan thought that she might be worried Zhang Xinyue would ask her about whether Ji Yunting was capable or not, so she didn’t dare stop, fearing Zhang Xinyue would seize the opportunity to ask.

After dinner, none of them was in a hurry to leave. Ye Wanwan was waiting for Shen Yi to pick her up, while Song Ziyi was waiting for Ji Yunting, and only Zhang Xinyue would have to drive herself back.

Shen Yi and Ji Yunting arrived back-to-back. The two n nodded at each other from a distance as a form of greeting.

The three said their goodbyes at the entrance of the restaurant, with Song Ziyi giving Zhouzhou a hug and a kiss before she finally let go.

After they each got into their cars, they went their separate ways.

In the car, Ji Yunting noticed that Song Ziyi seed in a good mood, thinking about how before getting into the car she’d been hugging soone’s little kid and would not let go until she’d kissed him.

Ji Yunting asked indifferently, "You seem to really like that kid nad Zhouzhou."

Song Ziyi nodded vigorously, "Yes, Zhouzhou is super cute!"

Ji Yunting appeared to understand. They had just gotten married, and their families had already started to push for children. He didn’t care whether it happened sooner or later, but the family was really persistent, and he was worried that Song Ziyi might be unhappy about it.

But seeing how much she liked children, she probably wouldn’t be opposed to having kids.

As Ji Yunting was thinking this, he heard Song Ziyi say, "If I ever have a daughter in the future, I’ll marry her to Zhouzhou!"
