"Him?" the receptionist raised her chin a bit.
Ye Wanwan said, "He is my driver. If it’s not convenient, he can wait here for ."
The receptionist was sowhat speechless, preserving her last bit of professionalism to avoid rolling her eyes in front of others.
Do people nowadays like to put on such an act?
Actually bringing a driver to the interview!
"Let him wait here," the receptionist said while taking out the registration book and a pen, handing them to Ye Wanwan.
"Thank you," Ye Wanwan said, quickly writing down her na and contact information.
After she finished, the receptionist glanced at it and swiped her access card.
When Ye Wanwan arrived at the floor for the interview, she found about a dozen n and won there; they seed to be interviewees too. So of them even looked like they had co together.
Ye Wanwan felt a bit nervous. She hadn’t expected so many people to be interviewing. Didn’t that an her chances were slim?
Just then, a man ca out of the conference room and called out, "Anyone here for the anchor position, co inside!"
People walked towards the man and then entered the conference room.
One went in, then two, then three... until finally, only Ye Wanwan was left standing there.
Seeing Ye Wanwan staying put, the man felt impatient, despite thinking she was the best-looking and most elegant one he had seen that day. "Well, are you going to co in or not?" he exclaid.
Ye Wanwan quickly shook her head, "I’m not here for the anchor position."
Ye Wanwan was shocked. Were all these people here for the anchor interview?
The man frowned, "You’re not here for the anchor position? Then what are you here for?"
"I’m here for the planning assistant position," Ye Wanwan replied.
"Planning assistant?" The man clearly hadn’t expected such a pretty girl would co to their company for the position of planning assistant.
At that mont, another conference room door opened, and a girl with glasses ran out, asking, "Who’s here for the planning assistant position?"
As she finished her question, the girl noticed there were only two people outside, one of whom was Zhang Lei, the person she disliked the most, and the other was a stranger, likely the one here for the planning assistant position.
"Ms. Ye, is it?" Tang Xiaorou eagerly asked.
Ye Wanwan nodded, then Tang Xiaorou’s eyes lit up as she reached out and took Ye Wanwan’s arm, acting as if they were close friends.
"Why did you co before the ti?" Tang Xiaorou said while leading Ye Wanwan into her conference room.
She gave Zhang Lei a fierce glare as they passed by him.
Inside the conference room.
Ye Wanwan sat at the conference table, watching the girl whose na she didn’t even know go get her a glass of water, her heart filling with countless questions.
Indeed, she had never worked before, she lacked interview experience, but that didn’t an she was clueless, right?
Shouldn’t an interview be a serious matter? Even if they wanted to create a relaxed atmosphere and not stress the applicants, it shouldn’t be this informal.
An interviewer offering water to a candidate could be out of politeness, but her deanor was a bit too eager.
Tang Xiaorou brought over a glass of water and, taking a seat next to Ye Wanwan, pushed up her sliding glasses, saying with a smile, "Ms. Ye, please have so water."
