But she discovered that Shen Yi and the others hadn’t prepared any formula milk, and she didn’t know if it was because they hadn’t had the chance to get it ready yet, or if it was for so other reason.
However, Shen Yi and his family had prepared everything else well in advance, so if they had really planned on using formula, it shouldn’t have been overlooked.
Ye Wanwan hurriedly said, "Zhouzhou needs to be breastfed."
Back when Zhouzhou was eight months old, he had started weaning off breast milk. But Zhouzhou didn’t like formula; when they first tried to get him to drink it, he outright refused, crying and fussing constantly.

"Let do it," Shen Yi said as he took the bowl of pig’s trotter soup from Lin Xu’s hands, feeding Ye Wanwan carefully.
Just as Ye Wanwan finished the soup, and the atmosphere in the sickroom was getting pleasant, the previously quietly sleeping Zhouzhou suddenly started crying.
This sudden cry startled everyone in the room, and all attention shifted to the baby imdiately.

"Then give Zhouzhou to ," Ye Wanwan said, reaching out her hand to signal for Shen Yi to hand the baby over to her.
